Abigail Trent was unaware of the awkward atmosphere, her mouth covered in sauce as she said, "Mommy, this meat and shrimp are so delicious!"
Suzanne served her some more, grinning, "Of course, how could a hotpot made by this fairy not be delicious?"
Lily nearly spat with laughter, her mouth full of food, as she chewed while trying not to let the meat fall out.
"You should eat more too, we'll start filming in a couple of days. I won't have this much time every day to cook at home, and I'll probably be too busy to take care of you." Suzanne served some more for the man across the table.
Mason King made eye contact to express gratitude, saying calmly, "There was some misunderstanding just now, don't take the child's words seriously."
Suzanne looked at him and then laughed, "I know, if you dared to have malicious intentions toward me, I would've kicked you out long ago."
Mason's eyebrows raised, watching her for a moment, "What if I really did have such intentions towards you?"
