The camera flashes were blinding.
"Over here, Miss Spelt!" The reporters were calling.
"Miss Spelt, a word if you can!" Another press member begged.
"Look this way!" Chimed one more.
Over and over, Emmaline smiled, posed, changed her angle and posed again.
It was her first awards show and who knew she would be out there on the red carpet with the media going wild over her all those years ago?
"You look stunning, Miss Spelt!" Someone else called and she gave them a coy glance.
The camera shutter was hit rapidly.
"Miss Spelt, congratulations on your nomination for multiple awards," The only reporter that her manager had given her the clearance to speak to began the interview.
Emmaline beamed, "Thank you, I didn't expect it so it's been a lovely surprise."
"How has it been, working with your mother on set?" The reporter looked eager for the scoop.
