The Emperor Alius

Princess Aria's thinking mind was broken with the sudden sound from behind her. "Emperor Brother... What took you so long? I've been waiting for you." Aria cried.

"There was suddenly an unexpected crisis happened on my way. Why? Did something happen?" Emperor Alius inquired.

"Hmmmm. I bumped into the wrong person. I'm sorry your highness! Please forgive this subordinate." Princess Aria suddenly kowtowed in front of his Emperor brother showing his deep repentance on what she had done earlier. She could not forgive herself for failing the mission. She was given the simplest task due to his brother being cautious of her situation. She was a perfectionist, detail-oriented, and calculative person, how could she have mistaken at the exact time she would purposely bump to their target.

"What exactly happened?" Emperor Alius did not believe of her mistake. This was a first case he thought. But he remembered one thing their mother told them before.

"Son, no matter how detailed a person's plots are, there are bound to be changes on the way. Remember, your mission to Mount Tifa? You met your baby sister Aria, right? But she was not in your plans that's why you were on a dilemma. You don't know if you would pick her up or leave her be. You see, fate will find its way for those who are fated no matter the time. Meeting Aria was your fate Alius. Please remember that."

"I see. Please rise my dear sister. You are not to blame. It doesn't matter. I am just glad your safe. So who was the one you bumped into?" Aria shook her head. "No one important Emperor Brother. He's just a master from a Merchant Group. I heard them call him Master Hane."

Emperor Alius flinched when he heard the name. "What a small world" he sighed inwardly. Things will be getting interesting later.

"Emperor Brother? What are you thinking?" Aria asked his brother curiously when she noticed the change in his facial expression.

"Nothing. Just don't bump into him the next time. He's a dangerous guy!"

"Don't worry brother. I can take care of myself. I was just careless because I have to act as a servant that's all." Trying to reason out the mistake she made earlier, she kept reminding herself that it was just because of acting as a servant girl and nothing more.

"Alright. I will not take your time further. I will retire to my room now. Please sleep early." Emperor Alius commanded.

"Goodnight Emperor Brother!" She greeted with a deep bow.
