He puts the liquid into a syringe and then injects it into the fish.

The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended from the fish's body.

He does this process a few more times then stops doing it.

"Ok, now you practice it like this. I will teach you how to make an antidote later." Sandai said and then goes to do his work.

After that Akari repeats the process but even with his chakra control this process is very hard to do.

He needs full concentration otherwise if he leaves more Poison in the fish's body to be cured by the antidote then it will die very quickly before he can make it

He proceeds to do it continuously, and after two hours he is able to do it.

But he knows that for different animals the difficulties will be different.

That's why he started to practice it on it other animals also.

He also injects poison in different places each times to understand which place is more vulnerable to poison and which is less.

This also increases his efficiency.

After finishing up the test tube he takes another test tube from Sandai to practice it.

This also improves his chakra control which has stagnated.

And with the help of practicing medical Ninjutsu his nature transformation of water element has also been achieved.

He is now practicing other two elements earth and lightening nature transformation.

And he also plans to practice the nature transformation of Wind and Fire element after completing these.

In the Anime, it didn't say anywhere that the Nature Transformation of other elements can not be achieved.

Even he thinks that Third Hogake has achieved the Nature Transformation of all the elements that's why he is so proficient in all the elements.

After completing his practice, he went to his room and sleeps and waits for his future.
