“We didn’t use a rubber.” Kieran said, brushing a strand of Liam’s hair off his forehead. “You don’t mind?”

“No.” Liam didn’t want to move. “Should I?”

Kieran pulled Liam closer to his chest. “I haven’t been with anyone else since I met you.”

Liam gently pulled out of Kieran and tried to hold him, but their bodies barely fit on the couch. He sat up. “Let’s go to bed. We still have a few hours of sleep left.”

Kieran looked sad. His face was pale. “I can’t believe I’m leaving you for a month.”

“Baby…come on.” Liam tipped his head to the stairs. “Come to bed with me.”

Kieran stood, wiped his stomach with his pajamas, and gave Liam a serious look. “Do you believe in monogamy?”

They hadn’t hadthat conversation.

But of course, Liam had thought about it. With Kieran leaving for a month, it was hard not to think about it. “Yes…and you?”

Kieran smiled. “Yes. Big time.”

“A month isn’t that long.”

“Hell no.” Kieran laughed and kissed Liam again. “And there’s always sexting.”
