-After End of Match-

Just like in the canon, the match ended with the Irish team winning, even though Krum was the one who caught the snitch.

And as expected, the Bulgarians were a little disappointed with this result, but not even they could deny that Ireland were superior to their team in this match.

But leaving the match aside, as we all started to leave the stadium Sirius immediately headed towards Bagman, who had a look of comical panic on his face.

And I don't know what the content of their conversation was, but after he wrote something on a piece of parchment and handed it to Sirius, the smiling Lord Black returned to our group, while Bagman left looking like he had just experienced death.

But well, with all of us gathered, our large group left the stadium, and walking through the dozens of Quidditch fans and lovers, we all headed towards Sirius' tent, where we decided to spend some time to talk about the match and even playing some games.

We continued talking and joking for a long time, with the twins talking to Sirius and Remus and me discreetly silencing Ron several times to see if he would stop bragging about Krum.

But after a few more minutes of revelry, Mr. Weasley decided it was getting late and it was time to call it a night, telling all the kids that it was time to head back to their tent.

Once the kids and the Sr. Weasley got back to their tent my parents also decided it was time for bed, with Cele already on her fifth sleep, having fallen asleep as soon as we arrived at the tent after leaving the stadium.

My parents then went to their room, while Remus and Sirius decided to stay in the living room to talk some more.

I also went to my room, but instead of going to bed I took out my suitcase that was on the chain around my neck, and increasing its size I took my combat and stealth clothes from inside it, dressing it quickly and using a little transfiguration to make it look like regular pajamas.

Now wearing this outfit I sat cross-legged on my bed, obviously having no intention of sleeping as I knew the night wasn't going to end as peacefully as others had hoped.

Taking a deep breath, I heightened my senses, sensing the magic of everyone around me and using my hearing to listen for any sound that would indicate that Death Eaters had appeared.

I waited for a few minutes, not losing concentration, until in the distance I heard some screams of panic and fear, as well as a subtle fluctuation in magic around the camp.

'It's started' I thought to myself, getting to my feet as I checked to see that I had my dagger and wand.

Feeling both of them in their holsters on my wrist I relaxed, before pretending to leave my room with a tired yet alert look.

As soon as I walked out of my room I saw that Sirius and Remus were sitting around a table, talking quietly.

"Ethan?" Sirius asked, but instead of answering him I just stared at the entrance to the tent.

"What there was?" Remus asked me.

"Are you not listening?" I asked back, still not taking my eyes off the entryway.

"Listening to what?" Sirius asked, and then began to listen for sounds outside, with Remus doing the same.

Of course, there was obviously a lot of noise coming from outside from the fans who were still cheering, but using their canine hearing Sirius and Remus were able to pick up some screams in the background that didn't seem to be of joy or celebration.

Having faced a war before, the two easily realized that these screams meant trouble, and after glancing quickly at each other they immediately got to their feet.

"Ethan, go wake up your parents" Sirius said, and I nodded before going to do it.

Arriving at my parents' room I walked in, noticing that the two of them were sleeping with Cele between them.

Before going to wake them up I went towards their coats, which were hanging up, and I put a black crystal in the pocket of each coat.

And these crystals were special portkeys, which I had learned to make from Nick. The only difference between this type of portkey and the others is that the more magic you accumulate in it, the stronger it becomes, to the point that it can even pass through some anti-portkeys wards.

And I accumulated a lot of magic in these crystals, having already planned to use them for this situation, and luckily the wards that covered the camp weren't very powerful.

Finishing putting the crystals in their coats pockets, I nodded to myself before heading over to my parents.

"Mom! Dad! Wake up!" I woke them up, shaking them lightly.

The two then opened their groggy eyes, before looking at me in confusion.

"Ethan? What's going on? Why did you wake us up?" my dad asked, rubbing his eye.

"Something's going on out there, we need to get out of here now" I said, letting a certain urgency creep into my voice so they realized the gravity of the situation.

And listening to me not a second later the two were already on their feet, and I sighed in relief to see them taking their coats and putting them on.

My dad then took Cele in his arms, who woke up confused.

And together the four of us went back to the living room, where we found only Remus.

"Where's Sirius?" I asked.

"He went outside to see what the situation is," Remus replied, and in the next instant Sirius walked through the doorway, with a faint look of panic and anger.

"Sirius, what's going on?" my mom asked nervously.

"Are Death Eaters," he replied, and immediately the atmosphere turned heavy inside the tent.

"What?" Remus asked in a strained voice.

"That's exactly what you heard. Some people dressed as Death Eaters have shown up and are attacking the tents and the muggles" Sirius said, looking at my parents at the end of the sentence.

"We can't stay here. We have to get to the other side of the camp where the wards don't work, then we'll be able to Apparate" he continued.

"This isn't going to work, it's going to be too dangerous for my parents to be out there in the middle of all these wizards and Death Eaters" I said.

"So what do you suggest?" Sirius asked honestly, knowing that in situations like this I would do better than him.

"I suggest this" I started to say, before turning to my parents, "Activate!" I said out loud, causing a few confused looks to be directed at me.

Only those looks of confusion changed to surprise as soon as everyone noticed that my parents' coat pockets started to shine.

"Ethan, what are you –" my dad started to say, but I cut him off.

"We don't have time for this" I said, "You guys are going to show up at the house so hold Cele tight, and don't worry, I'm on my way"

"Wait! What the—" but before my mom could finish her sentence, she, as well as my dad and Cele, disappeared in a bright flash that was sucked into a vortex, with an audible pop.

And once my parents were gone, it was just Sirius, Remus and me in the tent, with both of them looking at me in surprise.

"What are you looking at? We don't have time to stare at each other," I said, before snapping my fingers, using wandless magic to summon all things my family and I brought.

"Was that a portkey?" Remus asked, and I nodded.

"Yes it was," I replied, looking down at our bags at my feet, "Linnly!" I called.

"Master Ethan called Linnly?" the little elf asked, appearing in front of me.

"Yes, could you take all this stuff back to our place" I asked, and she nodded before snapping her fingers, making all the bags and items on the floor disappear.

"Great, now you can go back" I said but Linnly kept looking at me.

"Err... Master Ethan, Mistress Sarah and Master Joshua looked very worried when they showed up at the house" she told me, looking confused and nervous.

Sighing with a slight smile, I crouched down to the little elf's height.

"Don't worry Linnly, it's just a small urgent matter" I said, patting her on the head, "And please, when you get back tell my parents that I'm fine, and that I'm going to find a safe place to hide"

"Okay, Linnly will do it" the elf nodded, before disappearing in a snap.

Shaking my head I got up, before turning to Remus and Sirius.

"You were lying, weren't you?" Sirius asked with a slight frown, "You're not going to look for a safe place and you're not going to hide"

"Sigh, I'm going to look for a safe place, but before that I have to see if my friends are ok" I said.

"But that's going to be dangerous" Remus said worriedly.

"You don't have to worry about me, I can handle myself" I said, "I don't intend to mess with these Death Eaters, I just want to see that my friends are all right. And besides, I'm sure you want to see if the other children and Harry are fine"

And listening to me Remus opened his mouth to say something else in an attempt to make me reconsider, but Sirius put a hand on his shoulder.

"Okay," he said with a sigh, shocking Remus.

"Padfoot?"

"Don't worry Remus, if there's anyone here that we don't have to worry about in this situation it's Ethan" he said confidently but then looked at me, "That said I know I can't stop you but please , prioritize your safety and try not to get into combat with Death Eaters. You can be an amazing wizard, but they are very dangerous"

And listening to him I nodded.

"Okay, I understand," I said.

But you could see a glint in the depths of my eyes, which did not hide the wildness of my magic, which was asking to be released.

'I know it's going to be dangerous... For them' I thought.

End.
