Chapter 40-Graphic Sexual Abuse Warning-MATURE CONTENT

"Should our visit go well and we become allies, this is the room I'd personally like to use for a celebratory ball."

Konan was showing us the few remaining rooms of the castle after breakfast. Sasori, Hidan, and Obito joined us as well. I was walking in between Obito and Sasuke, chatting quietly with the prince's cousin once in a while. Sasori and Hidan were walking silently behind us, while Ino, Sai, and Konan led the pack.

"It's not quite as big as our other ballroom, but I find its charm more appealing."

I glanced over at Sasuke and tried to stop myself from frowning. After our incredibly intimate encounter last night, I thought he'd be in a slightly better mood than he has been lately because I definitely was. The reality was quite the opposite. His agitation was almost palpable as we half-listened to Ino and the queen gush over the white marble flooring.

"Did you have any trouble resting last night? I've heard it's difficult for humans to sleep in unfamiliar locations," Obito distracted me from my thoughts by speaking softly in a concerned voice.

I offered him a small smile, "That's true for a lot of people. I feel fine, thank you."

A snicker was muffled behind us and we both glanced back to see Hidan covering his mouth. For some reason, the silver-haired vampire both terrified and annoyed me to no end.

"Is something funny, Sir?" I did my best to maintain my polite composure.

Purple eyes narrowed as they locked onto mine and his expression fell into one reminiscent of amusement. Luckily, he spoke in a barely audible whisper, "Our lovely guest may have had trouble sleeping, but she had no trouble performing for the prince."

Both my and Obito's faces immediately blushed bright red, but Sasuke turned to threaten the advisor before either of us could respond, "Don't think that I won't kill you simply because I'm a visitor to this city."

My mouth fell open slightly in disbelief at his blatant disregard for diplomacy. We were strictly warned not to anger any members of the royal family while in Amegakure, but he didn't seem to care.

Hidan's lips turned up into a cocky grin, reminding me ever so slightly of Madara before his change in character, "Topics like this are normal and frequent within vampire households so why are you so against it?"

Even if I was incredibly uncomfortable talking about anything sex related so openly, he had a point. Vampires love two things: blood and sex. It's common knowledge to those aware of the species' existence that those topics are popular for discussion.

Ino even told me that Konoha is one of the only cities where vampires don't feed and mate with humans out in the open. Not only that, but the Uchihas are one of the only pure-blooded families that practice monogamy. How they've managed to maintain their secret for this long is a mystery.

Instead of responding to Hidan, Sasuke spoke more loudly than before to garner our guide's attention, "Let's skip the formalities and address the true reason behind our visit."

I wanted to squeeze my eyes shut in dread, but didn't dare blink.

Konan, on the other hand, looked as though she'd been expecting this outburst, "Of course, Sasuke. If that's what you want to do then we shall."

Ino shot her brother in law a glare as Sai once again accepted her arm and we followed Amegakure's queen out of the ballroom, through the castle, and into her husband's office where he sat behind a large mahogany desk. He appeared to have been waiting for us to arrive.

Once we were seated in the stiff chairs across from his desk, the king spoke in a professional manner. Konan sat on the edge of his desk while Sasori and Hidan stood slightly behind their king. "I understand you're in search of a specific vampire."

It appeared as though Sasuke had had enough of taking things slowly and seemed determined to get information, even if he had to be the one to get it, "We're looking for two vampires, actually. Orochimaru and his assistant Kabuto have committed atrocities against both the Uchiha and Hyuuga families."

Konan sighed wistfully, "I wonder if Kisame knows about this…" I briefly wondered why the terrifying man I'd met at dinner last night would care about the news, but I kept my gaze low and listened for Pein's response, unsure of how I should act in the presence of so many powerful beings.

"It's my understanding that Tanaka blood is also on the line. Should the benefits of such a powerful and unique weapon be offered in return, my wife and I will be happy to tell you everything we know," His rumbling voice chilled my blood as his words sank in.

Ino had been correct, they knew exactly who I was likely from the moment they laid eyes on me. My sister mentioned that vampires often seek Tanaka blood to try and unlock gifts of their own, so I assumed they wanted to feed from me. After being tortured for months, simply being bitten and fed from didn't terrify me quite as much as before. Yes, it still scared me, but so long as there's an understanding that I wouldn't be killed, I think I'd be able to handle it.

Sai spoke up before I could do anything, "Can you please elaborate what you mean by that?"

The orange-haired king spoke again, his odd eyes swirling slowly as he studied the four of us, "To put it simply, one of the Tanaka sisters will owe Amegakure a favor which can be called upon at any time."

I glanced over to see Ino looking at me with an unfamiliar expression and quickly realized that she was about to offer herself to these people for my sake. Before she could do so, I squeezed my eyes shut and cut her off, "I-I'll do it!"

Everyone looked at me and I swallowed nervously, ignoring the rage immediately beginning to radiate from the prince at my side, "I don't know what powers I'll have once I'm turned, if any, but I'll be in your debt if you help us."

Both Konan and Pein's eyes seemed to glow with intrigue as they studied me in silence for a moment, "And if we call upon you while you're still human, demanding blood, will you keep your word?"

I thought I'd die under their intense gazes, but nodded, "As long as I'm not killed in the process."

"We accept. Should you break your vow, know that a fate far worse than death will await you."

The room was silent for a moment before the king finally spoke again and quickly got to business, "Now, for the issue of Orochimaru's whereabouts: we bid him farewell just one day prior to your arrival. He sought us out for aid in capturing the Tanaka sisters, Madara Uchiha, and Sasuke Uchiha."

Ino and I glanced at one another in surprise. It wasn't that odd that he'd want to get my sister because of our bloodline, but why Madara? When the doctor spoke of him whilst torturing me, it felt as though they were well-acquainted. I wondered what exactly the relationship between them was.

"We politely turned him down, but I must admit we did not cut ties with him."

Konan spoke, nearly cutting her husband off, "It isn't wise to become the enemy of such an old and powerful vampire, you understand."

Sai responded, his diplomatic politeness intact, unlike his brother's, "Do you have any idea where he might've been headed? Any information you can provide would be a great help."

The king and queen met eyes for a moment before the former spoke once more, "He didn't say outright, but we believe he intended to travel to Konoha with a group of supporters he rallied."

We almost immediately bid farewell to the royal family of Amegakure and were back on the road, rushing home to verify it was still in one piece. The car was uncomfortably silent. The air was tense as we each thought about what'd just happened and what could possibly be waiting for us in Konoha.

Sure, Madara sometimes psychologically tortures his family members for fun, but he wouldn't just sit back and watch Orochimaru attack, right?

I sank my head into my hands as my stomach churned with anxiety. Not only did I have to worry about my friends back home, but Sasuke hadn't even glanced in my direction since I offered myself to Amegakure without talking to him first. His dark eyes were trained on the road as he sat next to Sai, who was driving, and I sat in the back with Ino.

Her voice suddenly rang through my head as she lay her fingers around my wrist and pulled me from my stressed out thoughts. "He's really pissed, huh?"

I jolted slightly in surprise, but calmed myself quickly and nodded covertly, not wanting to make it obvious to the two up front that we were communicating. She slid her hand down from my wrist and intertwined her fingers with mine.

"I'll join you, when the time comes, to do whatever the favor for Amegakure may be. We're a package deal."

I didn't respond, but squeezed her hand before leaning over and resting my head on her shoulder. I let my eyes slip closed so I could try and rest. Whatever was waiting for us in Konoha would likely require a lot of energy.

The drive through town was relatively normal and nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary even as we pulled up to the castle entrance. A few Militia rushed out to get our luggage and we headed inside, each of us on edge.

Mikoto was resting on the sofa in front of the fireplace, reading a book with her usual calm expression. The scene felt incredibly anti-climatic. My brow furrowed when I suddenly noticed Tenten standing near the doorway to the hall with a tea tray in her hands, but the queen then greeted us and distracted me from the maid for a moment.

Mikoto smiled elegantly as she rose from the sofa, "Welcome home, my beauties! I'm relieved to see you return unscathed."

Tenten covertly waved her hand slightly at her side, pulling my attention back onto her. A terrified expression was plastered on her face and she subtly gestured to the hall with a look of warning. The young woman was desperately trying to tell us something, but we were again distracted by Mikoto, who'd approached and gently offered us each a warm embrace.

She raised her eyebrows and took a few steps back when she realized how tense the room had become, "Why the long faces?"

Sai shook his head, speaking cautiously, "Mother, has anything-"

As if on queue, Fugaku entered the room via the doorway Tenten was standing near, but Orochimaru and Kabuto stood at either of his sides. Ice shot through my veins and my body immediately began to tremble with fear. I thought I'd gotten over my fear of the duo, at least for the most part, but I was horribly wrong.

The king wordlessly acknowledged our presence, but the doctor spoke, "Allow me to make the situation clear. Your parents are under my control."

He turned his yellow eyes onto a shivering Tenten, who was visibly shaken at his mere appearance as she stood just a yard away from the new arrivals, "This one, however, I left conscious of her actions. It's more amusing when they're too scared to disobey, don't you agree?"

Before I could blink, Sasuke had lunged forward to attack him, but froze when suddenly his mother stood in between them. "Now, Sasuke, we show guests our very best manners. I won't tolerate violence in my home. Do you understand, my dear?"

The prince took several steps back, his bright red glare still trained on Orochimaru's smug face. He couldn't bring himself to face his own mother. I couldn't blame him for his hesitation.

Despite being afraid the torture I'd experienced would resume in the near future, I shakily took a step forward while ignoring Ino's vicelike grip on my wrist, "Where are the others?" Itachi, Madara, and Temari were nowhere in sight.

Orochimaru glanced over at Kabuto with a mocking thoughtful expression, "There was an urgent message from the Uchiha cousin in Ame stating the Tanaka sisters had been killed and the princes captured. The others left immediately, correct?"

His gray-haired assistant nodded, his suddenly glowing eyes pulling my attention away as they locked on me. He was obviously still beyond angry about me biting him where the sun doesn't shine. Before I could react, my mind became cloudy and I felt my body give out like I'd been put under a heavy anesthetic.

It felt like I was asleep for a very long time and when I woke up I felt a bit dizzy. The familiar feeling of soft sheets caressed my body and my eyes opened slowly. I was in bed in Sasuke's room. The events that happened before slowly resurfaced in my memory and I struggled up to my feet.

My eyes darted around quickly until I noticed Sasuke looking up at me from his side of the bed, a book in his hands like always.

"What's wrong?"

I realized then that I was completely nude and climbed back onto the bed so I could cover my body up to my chest with the sheets, face hot. My eyes narrowed anxiously and I turned so I could study his handsome face more closely, "I thought Orochimaru and Kabuto were..."

He searched my face silently as though waiting for me to finish. When he realized I couldn't, he turned onto his side and let his book fall onto the small space in between us, "A nightmare?"

A terrible feeling continued to brew despite his nonchalant reactions. Something felt off, but I couldn't put my finger on what it was so I couldn't logically do anything about it. Instead, I reluctantly let out a sigh, "It must've been."

It was silent for a moment before he reached over to caress my cheek, "It's alright now."

"What happened when we got home, though?" I naturally leaned into his touch, face warming slightly as happiness bubbled up in my chest at his affection.

The prince closed his book and sat it on the nightstand with his free hand before turning his body to face me, "Madara and I killed them. Don't you remember?"

Relief should've coursed through my body at his words, but it didn't and I once again tried to pinpoint exactly what had me on edge. Maybe it was leftover anxiety from my nightmare.

"...They're really dead?"

Lips were suddenly pressed firmly against mine before he pulled back, holding my face in between his hands, "They're dead."

Tears welled up in my eyes and I searched his face with my hands lightly against his chest, "So we can finally be together, then?"

He nodded before leaning in to kiss me again. My cheeks flushed as it deepened and he slowly moved on top of me as I laid back against the pillows. His body slid in between my legs and they naturally angled around his hips as he pressed against me.

My fingers danced up his torso to his shoulders when I finally realized what was putting me off. The scent surrounding me…It wasn't Sasuke's usual scent.

My heartbeat picked up in pace and I tried to tear my lips from his, but he wouldn't let me go. This wasn't how he usually kisses me. It felt more akin to how Madara does it, which only made me panic that much more.

He suddenly spoke against my lips, his hot breath dusting my face, "Relax, Sakura."

That was undoubtedly his voice. I tried to respond, but he slid his tongue into my mouth and cut me off. A small sound squeaked out of my chest when he suddenly pressed against my lower regions. He was incredibly hard.

It felt good and my body reacted well. Even if he was giving me pleasure, I still felt uncomfortable with how he was acting. His hands were dancing roughly about my body as though he wasn't completely in control of himself and I couldn't tell if it was normal or not because when we did it in the bath he'd been rough like that. This still felt somehow different, though.

A wave of pleasure rolled slowly up my spine and a gasp left my mouth. He finally pulled away so I could breathe and I looked up at his face and struggled to keep it together.

For a split second, it wasn't him, but then I blinked and it was. My grip on his shoulders tightened and fear froze my body. I blinked multiple times, but the man staring lustfully down at me remained Sasuke.

His eyes glowed brightly as he looked down at my body, when he suddenly shoved himself inside with much more force than necessary. A cry came from my lips at the intense pain that came from the motion.

He would never do that. Even if the person above me looked like the man I love, it couldn't possibly be him.

I pushed against his chest with tears in my eyes, "I-It hurts!"

Sasuke didn't respond, but grasped both of my wrists and held them against the pillows with one hand before beginning to move. He thrust in and out of me with an incredible amount of physical effort as though it was his intention to cause me harm.

I stared up at him with wide eyes. This can't be him. He'd never do something like this, unless…Did someone glow him to do this?!

My chest heaved as cry after cry of pain came from my lips, but the man atop me ignored them completely, "Sasuke, please!"

Suddenly, the awful movements paused and he studied my face for a moment before a small smirk appeared on his lips, making my blood run even colder, "I suppose now's as good a time as ever."

My brow furrowed in confusion before suddenly it wasn't the prince on top of me, but Kabuto.

Total and absolute distress drenched my entire being and I did everything I could to fight against him, "N-No!"

He was forced to pull out of me as I struggled and I managed to free my wrists. I tried to climb out from under him, but he grabbed my hips and pulled me back under him on my stomach before holding both of my wrists with one hand like before, "If you simply would've obeyed last time, this wouldn't be happening."

My body trembled as I sobbed and continued to try and get free, but deep down I knew that my efforts were hopeless. I let my face fall into the pillow in defeat as I cried loudly and he let out an amused laugh before gripping my hip with his free hand and shoving himself back inside.

A sharp scream ripped my vocal chords at the electric pain he was inflicting. Hot breath dusted against my shoulder as he moved quickly against me and taunted me above my cries, "You really don't like me, huh? You're so tight."

I forced my body to arch under him, if only to lessen the awful pain he was causing, and a noise akin to a wild animal came from him before teeth suddenly dug into the back of my shoulder. I tugged at his hold on my wrists and continued to try and fight him despite knowing it wasn't helping.

After a minute or two, he suddenly shoved himself in even harder than before and held it inside, his nails digging into my hip as he gripped it tightly. My eyes shot open in panic as I realized what was happening, "No, don't! Pull it out! Get it out of me!"

It was too late. Heat spread within my womb and a sound of pleasure came from his chest after he pulled his teeth from my skin.

His grip on my wrists let up slightly in his relief and I, again, tried to get out from under him, only for him to flip me onto my back and descend on top of me once more. I clawed at his skin as he pressed against me slowly while he got himself hard again.

His voice was low and gravelly as he spoke in my ear, unbothered by my attacks, "If I knew it would feel this good, we would've done this every day in Oto."

Then he was shoving it inside once again. Sounds of pain left my lips endlessly. I thought it'd dull after a minute or two, like it did when I slept with Sasuke after Ino's wedding, but it didn't. If anything, it hurt more the longer it happened.

He sat back on his knees and pulled my hips up off the bed with rough hands as he continued. Somehow, I managed to get one of my legs through the space between his arm and body and was able to kick him roughly in the jaw.

Everything froze for a moment as he slowly lowered his head so he could glare angrily into my eyes, "You just don't know when to give up."

My hips fell back to the bed and he held my wrists above my head with both hands before sinking his teeth into my skin between my breasts. Then, he returned to moving. My ability to fight steadily weakened until it was all I could do to stay awake.

One moment he was abusing me inside and out and the next he was gone. Weak sobs continued to tear from my chest as I struggled to sit up on the mattress, only to realize it'd been Sasuke to tackle him off me.

The prince didn't look at me as he held the gray-haired vampire against the floor with a hand around his neck, but spoke in the most terrifying voice I've ever heard, "I don't want her to see this, Uncle."

My head turned to see Madara standing at the side of the bed with wide glowing eyes as he looked down at my bloody appearance. I couldn't care less that I was naked or that the two had just witnessed me being shamed in the worst possible way. I also didn't care about any of the offenses the man has committed against me in the past. I weakly reached a hand out toward him with a steady stream of tears still falling from my eyes.

"Your girlfriend's a good fuck, Uchiha, but you already knew that. She's the best I've ever had."

Bile rose in my throat at Kabuto's hoarse voice, but I refused to look at him again.

"Get her out of here! Now!" Sasuke was obviously losing his ability to control his rage.

Madara eyebrows rose and he seemed to snap out of his trance. He let me cry into his shirt as he carefully picked me up, only pausing a moment to grab a thin bathrobe to pull around my body before quickly leaving the room.

The sounds that started to erupt from the room once we left were nightmare-fuel.

My hands clasped into fists of his shirt as sobs ripped through me. My womanhood hurt like crazy and I could tell I was bleeding from how rough Kabuto had been. There was also blood still pouring from the bites he'd given me.

"We only have a few minutes. I need to heal you or you'll bleed out."

My sobs softened slightly as I pulled back to look up at the Uchiha elder. He was staring down at me with an unreadable expression. We were in his room, but the door had been torn from its hinges and his belongings were all either destroyed or tossed about.

I nodded reluctantly and winced when he sat me down on the edge of the ripped mattress. My breathing was uneven as I struggled to gather some iota of composure.

He wordlessly knelt down in front of me and moved the cloth of the robe away so he could heal the bite on my chest. I couldn't look at his face as he did it and I got the feeling he didn't want me to anyway.

Once it was done, he held me steady as he helped me stand and turn so he could heal the one on my back. My eyes squeezed shut and the tears falling became heavier.

I'm not an idiot. I know that what just happened wasn't my fault, but an unbearable shame had come upon me and I wanted nothing more than to take a bath of acid, if only to rid myself of any sign of Kabuto.

My chest ached as I struggled to catch my breath and my legs nearly gave out from under me, but Madara wrapped an arm around my waist, "Calm down."

He gingerly re-tied my robe closed before leaning down slightly to look me in the eye, "The battle's not over yet. Orochimaru is still alive and I don't intend to let your lover have all the fun. Let's go."

I allowed him to pick me back up and closed my eyes once he started moving. My head was unbelievably cloudy with a mixture of blood loss and trauma. A daze came over me until I was suddenly thrown to the floor.

A groan rumbled from my chest as I weakly rolled over onto my hands and knees to see that Madara had been attacked by two of Orochimaru's henchmen, only recognizable by their familiar masks. It was obvious he'd triumph over them, so I simply had to wait for him to finish up.

We were in the dining hall. The castle was a complete mess. Furniture was broken, glass littered the floor, and the curtains and tapestries were all torn and ragged. The palace had appeared fine upon our return, at least the part of it I'd seen, so how long was I out of it for this much damage to be done?

Judging by the sounds echoing through the air, people were fighting throughout the place. I could see a few others in the room, but didn't recognize anyone.

Shakily, I rose to my feet, only for Madara to reappear and pick me back up. We moved for a few minutes before he forcefully tossed me away from him.

When I turned to see what'd happened, my eyes widened. Orochimaru was biting into Madara's neck as he held him against the linoleum floor.

Panic threatened to paralyze me, but I forced myself upright and searched the broken furniture in the area for something I could use as a weapon. Finally, a broken piece of wood about eight inches long met my eye and I rushed to grab it, wincing in pain at the pain between my legs but trying to ignore it.

My feet got all cut up by the broken glass on the floor as I hurried across the room and stabbed the doctor in the back with as much force as I could muster. A chilling scream came from him as he released the Uchiha royal and turned to face me with an enraged expression.

The fright did freeze my body that time around and all I could do was mentally brace for impact as he hit me in the stomach with an unimaginable amount of force. I was thrown a yard away, my head hitting the wall with a sickening crack.

There was a long period of time after I slid to the floor that I couldn't intake a breath and mentally I accepted the fact that I was probably on my deathbed.

With wide eyes, I saw Madara rise to attack the doctor before ultimately losing the battle with my body and passing out.
