Unexpected arrival

" Alright, that's the end of the fight "

Ean declared, which would disappoint the two boys who would then simultaneously say

" What!?! Why!?! It was just getting good!! "

" Well for one, you two were taking this fight way too seriously, and second, it's about time we ate "

Ean would then point over at a maid who placed a few blankets on the grass, and later on top of it, baskets of food

" Don't tell me you kids aren't hungry? "

Ean questioned, only to look down, seeing the two boy's drooling almost as if they've forgotten they just had a fight

" I guess they are "

Shu whispered as he walked toward the baskets of food, proceeding to sit down beside them, opening one of them up and taking out a well made sandwich

" Don't you dare take a bite out of that! "

A woman yelled as Shu would then look around for a bit, stopping once he looked back, seeing both his wife and Ean's wife Petra, walking toward them

" What are you ladies doing here? "

Ean questioned as he would then place the kids down on the floor, only for them to run after the food, opening the baskets in a hurry

" We came to see what you boys were doing "

Petra replied as she walked toward Ean, stopping to give him a small kiss once she got to him

" Well, we aren't doing much "

Ean replied as he held onto her hand, guiding her toward the food as Ayami would walk toward her son, grabbing him by the ear, pulling him up so he could drop the food he was about to eat

" I told your father not to eat anything yet, so what made you think you could? "

Ayami said as she would then let go of his ear, only to be laughed at by everyone there, all except Shu who simply stared at his son

" Haha! That's what you get for being such a — "

" You too Asterlin "

Petra ordered, as the boy would then put the food back into the basket, sighing a bit before sitting down

" It's disrespectful to eat in front of people and not offer them any food Have I not taught you that Dio? "

Ayami said as she would walk toward Shu, who would simply stare at her, watching every single one of her movements with zero emotion in his eyes

" Yes.. you have "

Dio said as he lowered his head a little only to receive a small sigh from his mother who would pull him down to her legs, allowing the boy to sit on top of her thighs; despite how strong and smart he was for his age, he was still four years old

" Well, now that we're all here, we can eat "

Petra said as the maid that brought over all the baskets and blankets would then offer everyone a plate, and once each one of them had one, she would place food upon their plates so they could eat.

" Ah. By the way, where's Asami? Why didn't you bring her with you? "

Shu questioned as Ayami would then look over at him with food in her mouth, chewing it down before answering him

" She's with the knights, she said she wanted to train with them instead of wasting her time watching what her brother was doing "

Ayami replied as Shu would then sigh, opening his mouth so he could Eat from the sandwich he had taken out of the basket, but before he could take a bite, he looked up, and so did Ean.

" You feel that? "

Ean questioned as Shu nodded in response, whilst the two of them stood up at the same time, leaving their food before taking a few steps forward

" Something's coming "

Shu whispered whilst from the sky, a trail of light would fall, piercing through the clouds like a needle, before crash landing against the ground in front of them

" Don't you mean someone? "

Ean replied as he would then walk toward who had just landed, whilst the women protected their children, standing in front of them

" I've felt this energy before "

Shu said as Ean would then slightly swing his wrist, diapering the smoke which covered the crater, revealing who it was

" Guess who just paid us a visit "

Ean would then pick the person off of the crater, showing everyone who it was

" Hey isn't that the elf princess? "

Asterlin questioned, as Dio would then nod in agreement

" Yeah, now that I think about it, I think that might be her "

Dio added, as Shu would then place her hand upon the woman's forehead

" Yeah, but, doesn't she look—like, almost dead?… "

Asterlin replied, as Shu would then look up at Ean

" She must of been in a battle, she must have fled in a hurry and landed here "

Ean said as everyone there would get tense, all but Shu of course

" Let's take her to a doctor, have her healed and well rested, maybe when she wakes up she could explain to us what happened "

Shu ordered before turning his back to them, disappearing in a blur of speed, followed by Ean and later their wives who held onto their children so as not to leave them behind.

Back in the elven kingdom there was fire engulfing the entire place, the tress which the elves were well known for began to burn down, and fall onto many houses, burning and killing the people living in them.

Screams could be heard all across the kingdom as soldiers dressed in black and red sliced down those who ran, not even the children were spared

" My lord, the take over of the elven kingdom is complete, most of the elves are either dead or captured, all but the royal family "

Loki Loostm, the king of the vampires said as he would then bow down in front of a being covered in red fire

" Worry not "

The being said as blood began to drip from the throne of bones it was sitting on

" I don't need the royal family, I care little wether they're dead or alive, what's most important is that we've conquered this kingdom "

The being continued as Loki would simply stand up, turning his back to the being only to be stopped

" Loki, I am counting on you to find me the gem of life. Failure will not be tolerated "

The being ordered as Loki would then turn back to look at the fired covered being and bowed once more

" I will bring it to this very room my lord, worry not "

Loki said, before walking out of the room, with an annoyed look on his face.
