Meeting Jacob

I leave the room where I and the leader have discussed some information about me joining his team and I say that this is the decision I have to take because for the reason that if I do not join them, I could be arrested and sent into another dimension, but I decided to join their team because of my family. I do not want to see them in despair when they will find out their daughter will be in another dimension with people who are like my kind, and not with them. And also I got some friends... Who doesn't talk to me that much... Or they realize I am around them...yeah... I am alone. I always was alone from Kindergarten. But now, in the past, I meet these guys, who are my first friends and also my first co-workers, an achievement that not many kids my age back then couldn't obtain.

We walk on the hallway, a room that will lead us to other room, where someone who will probably help me to see this place, but when we have arrived there, I was disappointed at first and also scared, because, in that room, it is a ghost, who was watching on the television attached on the walls at looks some porn videos. This scene has made do the thing every girl is doing when he finds someone is looking at this and a girl walks into his room, screams, and then uses hands to hide because this thing is so embarrassing that it will always be glued in the brain and she will always think at that embarrassing moment and she will try to suicide, but she can't do it... After all, things like these happened to every person in life.

Jacob (the ghost who is my closest friend, co-worker, and also "classmate", and the one who will show me around this house where I will work for almost my entire life) turns off the TV, and then he flys from the couch and comes to me.

"Welcome, little lady! The name is Jacob, by the way. An... You must be?"

"L-Lydia! Please... Don't do anything!" I screamed at that ghost while m face it is completely red because first I thought this dude is going to **** me.

"What can I do to you, little lady?" says the ghost, and then he touched my hands who was covering my face.

"Please! Leave-" I screamed when he touched me, but when he did that, I felt something weird in my entire body.

When the ghost, have touched my hands who I used to cover my face from this embarrassing moment, I felt something weird. Like some dust that was touching my skin and then bounce into the air, or something similar like that. I slowly take my hands from my face and I observed the face of that perverted ghost. This ghost has brown eyes, short hair, a nice smile, a mole on the left cheek, a nose with a scar on vertical, and he also got a wound on the forehead.

"You see... I am a ghost... And I cannot do anything to you... And I wouldn't even do anything to a young colleague." says the ghost smiling at me and looking in my eyes. "You see, I am a ghost who lived 300 years ago in this place, and I am also a hunter on this team."

"Um... W-Why yo-you were watching porn?" I asked him started to shake.

"Oh... That wasn't porn. It was the Titanic."

"Huh?"

"Don't worry," says Hengar to Lydia putting his right hand on the shoulder of Lydia. "You will get used to this guy."

Hengar (who is having a small beard, spike hair, green eyes, white skin, were a white blouse with a jacket with the Norwegian flag, a pair of brown cargo pants, has a wand and a small book of spells on his belt, and muscular masses) looks at me, and then he told me.

"This guy will not even hurt a lady like the guys in those disgusting videos."

"A-Are you sure?" I asked him while I was still shaking because this was the first time I saw someone looking at porn... A porn version of the Titanic, which was illegal back then, and this porn version come from another universe, a quite good one because Corona got eradicated in just a matter of two weeks. After all, that's what Jacob told me when I asked where does that video be from.

This was quite a good first meeting with an annoying friend who can't even shut his mouth.

A few minutes later, Jacob was flying on my left, and both of us were walking into the house. I quickly moved on from this shameful event and decided to ignore it for a moment. The first room Jacob showed me is the weapon room, and in this room, we have so many weapons and different kinds of weapons, we'd make an American who has a fetish gun jealous. Jacob entered the room and showed me that he can't touch the weapons, then he explained to me that ghosts can't get their hands on lifeless objects, but on objects that are meant for ghosts maybe, and he let me in on that. Room and get my hands on some weapons and look at them. I took a pistol with my right hand that looks like one for aliens.

"That is a pistol-grenade," says Jacob to me.

"... It can explode?" I ask him after I analyze the gun I was holding.

"When you throw it, but this one creates a laser wall."

"Alright..." I say while I slowly put the gun back to his place because I do not want to make the pistol explode and create a laser wall that could decapitate me or cut me in half like a salami.

After I put the pistol down, I saw a dagger on the other shelf, I take that dagger from there carefully, I look at it speechless, and then Jacob told me.

"So you like daggers, eh?"

"...Well... They are easy to use in fights... Right?"

"And doesn't need a big space to be carried with you. But these kinds of daggers you hold are not for everyone."

"What do you mean?" I asked him after I put the dagger back into that shelf.

"You see. There are four kinds of weapons for hunters. The first kind is the normal one. The second kind is uncommon. The third kind is rare. And the fourth kind is legendary... The weapon you have touched belongs to the uncommon and right now... You are not even graded normal kind. You have to do some missions to accomplish this one dagger, and also become powerful without it."

"Missions? Such as?"

"Hunting wild beast who doesn't belong here, but right now. You are not prepared yet. You have a lot to do, such as stabilizing a connection with the beast inside you."

Jacob leaves this room, and then he tells me he has to follow him, because the tour has just begun, and there are many more rooms that are even more interesting than the armory room.

In a few more minutes, we have visited so far the Cafeteria, Training Room, Bedrooms ( which belongs to Travis, Hengar, and Alexandra, because Jacob wouldn't need a place to rest ), and Living Room. After we have visited the living room, Jacob then showed me a big computer in the living room that shows the entire map of Romania, with every city, village, and forest. Jacob looks at the map, and then he tells me.

"We are the 5th Team who are in this country. t team got the west part of Romania. The second part got the north. The third has the east, and the team four and five got the rest, which is South and Center."

"Why yo- we are having the rest and has to share with another team?" I ask the ghost, who then looks at me and tells me in a serious tone. "That was the trade..."

But right when I was about to ask about the trade, someone walks into the room. The one who entered the room is a woman, who is dressed in black, has black hair, kinda chubby, and has even the skin way too white, which means she hasn't left the room or underground house in a while. When the woman has entered the room, she looks at me, smiles, and then goes fast to me and she starts hugging me for no reason, which made me confused.

"Thank God! I am not the only female in this team!"

"U-Um... Yeah. T-The name is Lydia!" I say to her while she was still hugging me and then I start to feel something in my body, some sort of hatred towards the woman, but why though? I don't even know this woman and I have never seen her in my entire life?

When she stopped hugging me, then she told me her name is Alexandria, and she is the first vampire hunter who has joined the team, but right when I was about to say "Nice to meet you!", my head has started to hurt me so bad that I have fallen into a big sleep for no reason. But when I wake up, I was in a cage, a cage that got some laser bars and outside the cage was Alexandra, who was sitting on the chair and she wasn't that happy, and next to her, it is a guy who wears some kind of... punk clothes with a green mohawk. The woman, she asks me.

"Are you bitten by a werewolf?"

"More like scratched."

"It is almost the same thing." says the guy who wears the punk clothes.

"No, it ain't, Trav." says Alexandra to the guy, who apparently, the name is Travis. "Look. We are not going to hurt. We are going to try to do something that might better for us, you, family and humanity."

"What do you mean?" I ask them, and then, Travis raises his arm, and then I saw something so disturbing, his right arm who was raised... Was entirely gone.
