Hengar - Leader of 5th Romania Hunter Team

Two days later, I was about to leave the abandoned building, where is actually the base I am working at together with the other four hunters, but something has stopped me to leave this place, and that thing was not an object, monster, or Jacob, it was the leader of our Hunter Team, Hengar.

"Lydia. We have a mission for you," says Hengar to me and he hands me a letter. "You got an invite to go tomorrow to the Buzău."

"For what ?" I ask the leader of my Hunter Team.

"It is just for a day. You will have to go there and try to help the Hunting Team Number Four to catch a dragon."

"Wait? A dragon? How come a dragon came here in the first place? Didn't their world has to be sealed and impossible to travel to dimensions."

"I know how you feel it, but I don't really know the details myself if I have to be honest with you."

"Alright. I will probably go, but there s an issue with my family. How can I told them I am going to Buzău?"

"I have already done that. I sent a letter to them to inform them you are going to Buzău to see a Police Academy. The details are on that latter. Tomorrow after the hour 14:00 I wanted to see you here ready to fight a dragon."

"You did that? Thank you very much!" I ask Hengar to feel happy and glad that I have chosen to work on their Hunter Team instead of being in Prison and later on send into another dimension.

I took the letter Hengar was giving to me and them I left the base and going back to my home and on the road to my home I was thinking about how should I dress to go into Buzău, and there is even the probability to meet with the guy who saved and I also fell in love with because the guy it is in the team four of the hunter team, and the hunter team number four and five has to share the same sectors to protect because these sectors are big and needed much more manpower.

After a while, I get into the minibus he will take me to my home and there I will send the letter to my mom because she is the only parent there who could help me go there and make her think I am going there for some experience I need to work in Police System, but on the last days, she has started to act weird when she is looking at me. One time she thought I was lesbian because I wasn't dating a man but I am always with the girls and she also doesn't believe the fact that I am going to one of friends house to study or even to a County library, which is very small if I have to compare with one of my classrooms. I sit somewhere on the back of the bus, and there I put my backpack on the place where backpacks or other bags should be putting, luggage rack that is attached close to the ceiling of that minibus. After I put my backpack there, I came back to my seat and I have started to wait until the minibus will arrive at my station.

While I wait until I reach my destination, I take the phone out of my jeans pocket, turn it on, go to social media, and check the state of the world in which I live. I notice that some people still believe in the appearance of Bigfoot, which is hilarious because the Bigfoot monster is in the triangle between Alaska, Canada, and America, and in that part, it is impossible to enter if you are a monster-man, complete monster, ghost or any other creature that is characterized by normal people. And I have also found some sad posts about Mihai, the guy who got killed by that clown killer named Mike, which his parents said: "Rest in peace, poor Mihai! Now some people will take care of you up there. I hope you will rest in peace there and you will look at us..." and It the post has continued for about twenty-two paragraphs.

After I have read that post, I started to remember one thing our leader Hengar has told me a few months ago, when I still was a beginner in his hunting team...

In the room where Hengar sits and controls our team or his office in short, I enter there, soaked in blood and having a primitive tiger tooth stuck in my thigh.

"Are you alright?" asks Hengar looking worried at me.

"Yes, I am." I say sarcastically to him. "Of course not! I need help!"

"Alright. Let me get the medicine." says Hengar going to one of his cabinets and taking from there a potion who could help me regenerate the wounds and make me feel better. "Take this potion now and you will feel better."

"If you say so." I respond to my leader taking the potion he was handed to me and started to drink it with just one sip.

After a while, the wounds have started to disappear and those primitive tiger teeth could be taken much easier and without feeling pain. Hengar was the one who took the teeth, he just put both of his hands on him and he simply just take it like it was some sort of pen cap. After he took the teeth from my thigh I have observed that the wound there is starting to heal and to disappear in just a few seconds. Hengar, after he took the teeth he is putting that into one of his twelve cabinets and he is asking me.

"How was your first solo mission?"

"Nightmare." I say to Hengar while I am sitting on the chair in the front of the Hengar desk.

"You will get used to it." says Hengar sitting in his desk chair. "I wanted to know the report of the mission. How it was? Someone has died? You have successfully captured the beast? Nobody has seen you catching a beast who has lived ten thousand years ago on this Earth and who is living now on a prehistoric Earth Dimension?"

"Mission was a success, boss. Nobody has seen me capturing a smilodon, and nobody has died there. And also, I have successfully sent him back to his prehistoric universe by using the key of the portals."

"Great. That's what I wanted to hear. Now you are officially a member of our Hunting Team."

"Wait. Back then I wasn't?"

"You were but you are assigned as a reserve, is anyone is getting captured or in the worst case is killed, but there we will have to worry about Travis, and now, in your case. You two and I are the only things that are completely immortal."

"I-I understand. By the way, how do you become a leader?"

"Why are you asking this?"

"No. We cannot let a ghost be a leader, especially that ghost who doesn't even know how does responsibility knows, but I kinda understand him... Even if I was immortal I would do those nasty things... Anyway, I wanted to give something to you."

Hengar puts his chair aside, pulls a key out of a drawer in his office, and hands it to me. I take a look at this key and notice that it looks really wonderful. This key has a large sphere that shows what kind of galaxy or size I want to open, and the worlds that exist in this key are infinite because if we were to calculate the number of galaxies with the number of dimensions, we would not even reach a concrete number. After Hengar was handing me the key, he asked me to return the key he lent me to open that portal and send that sword-cornered tiger back to its original dimension.

I gave him the key back, he took his key back and he is inserting into his pockets. After he has done that, he asked me another thing.

"Now, in what kind of school you wanted to enter?"

"At the one, you said it will be good for me." I respond to my leader because that school, even though he accepts anyone, but I wanted to enter there because I will have one of my teammates as classmates and it will probably be fun... What a foolish girl I was back then...

I have arrived at my home, I entered the house and there I saw my mother, who was standing in my front with her expression who can say: "Where have you been, lady?" or "Did you just consumed drugs again?" or "Did you got pregnant again?". My mother looked at me with that expression and asked me where I have been, and I have told her.

"I was in the library."

"Library?" asked my mother. "With who?"

"Alone. I had a project at biology and I had to look for information about the epithelial cell and it had to be from a book at that library."

"Aha... Then why didn't you took from the internet like any other student?"

"I could do it, but you always ask me to come to do the cleaning in the entire house while you are watching at your Turkish drama." I thought to myself and I have answered her: "The teacher told me to search for a book at the library and do a project about it. Anyway, I got a letter to go to the Police Academy to see how are things there and if they could accept me in the future."

"Hmm..." says the mom after I had handed her the letter I got from Hengar. She opened the letter and started to read it for a few seconds, and after that, she said to me not to feel so cheerful. "Good job. But I will talk to your teacher about this letter."

"Why ?"

"Is suspicious to send one single girl there without any teacher to look at you."

"I even was in Alaska for one day trying to catch that Bigfoot and send him back in that triangle, but you did not notice because you were working the entire day on at that time." I thought to myself. "Mom! I will be fine."

"No you will not be!"

"How though?"

"I am not letting my girl going into another county by herself. Who knows how many pedophiles could be there?"

"Mom!"

"Not mom! Tomorrow I will talk with your principal or homeroom teacher about this letter and that's it!" and then my mom has entered her kitchen and started to prepare the dinner and then she yelled at me while I was going back to my room. "The dinner will be ready in almost thirteen minutes!"

"Alright!" I say while I enter my room and then after I closed my door, I am starting to scream silent because now I am really put in a bad situation.

If my mom meets my teacher and the principal I will be in big trouble, she will become much more suspicious that she will start to stalk me and she could even get killed if she is doing that. I was about to my backpack at the window but there I saw someone and it was probably the one who could help me resolve this issue. But, do I even have to trust that person in helping me, what if he will do something bad and I will be in even bigger problems... But, this person could only help me to go to Buzău and catch that monster and send him back in his dimension.
