Chapter 1

I really hate rainy days not only because of my mom's illness, but I can't stand getting wet in the rain and frankly I'm afraid of thunder.

At last, the first year of university has ended. It's such a happy day, but I can't celebrate it on account of the rain.

I've been at the bus stop since five hours. It's raining heavily outside. Just because I didn't bring my umbrella, I have to wait for the rain to stop. It's already 8:00 pm now I have to get to the hostel dormitory by 10:00 pm. I have no idea what to do, I can't get help because there's no one here. I definitely don't know what to do, I just have to go in the rain? No. It scares the hell out of me. oh my gosh! The phone's battery died at the same time, too. I can't communicate with my roommate anymore. Heaven save me!

In the dormitory, Mira's friends, Ruchi and Tanya, are waiting for her to arrive and seem very anxious for her.

Tanya - Oh my God, it's raining out, is she all right? You got any idea what we should do? Even her phone is turned off.

Ruchi- It's almost nine o'clock now, if anything happened to her then how can she get here at ten o'clock. The gatekeepers never listen to anyone's problem they just shut the door by 10 o'clock. Should we make a request to them ?

Tanya- You're right, wait till 9:45, then we'll check with the doormen and make a request to save her. Okay, Don't worry too much, She must be alright.

Oh! (Mira shouted) It's a really frustrating man! It's almost 9pm now, how can I get there by 10pm? God help me with this.

(She was really worried about how she could get to the dormitory).Just after Mira prayed for help, like God accepted her pray and Something miracle happen.

(A boy wearing black shirt, black trousers, a black cap and a purple-colored bag in his back stopped by his friends there with an umbrella)

I think it's a miracle, Thank God! Should I ask for his help but he has only one umbrella, It's better to walk with him in one umbrella than standing here alone all night.

Hii - This is Mira , Are you also a University student ? Are you Heading back to the dorm?

That boy was really surprised to see what she's doing at this hour all alone.

he replied carelessly - oh ,umm.

Mira relieved that he was from same University as Mira, but also she thought he isn't a gentle man in her point of view.

She thought at least he should've asked seeing her alone at this hour that, why she is alone here at this hour? Does she need any help? But he didn't, instead of this he replied like he's not in the mood to talk.

But Mira didn'tgive up. She asked again - so are you going to the university hostel now? Can you please take me with you in your umbrella to the girl's Dorm? I'm in a lot of trouble today, I don't know what to do now? As you can see there is no one here, and it is unsafe to be alone here at the moment, I am probably waiting for 6 hours for this rain to stop, but it is not stopping, please help me.If you help me, I will be very grateful and if you need me in the future, I will do whatever you ask. Please help.

She said those phrases with a single breath.

It Was really fun to watch her actions with her nervousness to ask the help of a stranger.

Ofcourse this request was uncomfortable to him but the way she pleaded with him obviously he couldn't deny her request .And he answered with a gentle smile. (That gentle grin made Mira comfortable with him)

It's ok I'll take you there , don't be nervous okay. But I think this umbrella is too small for two people if you're comfortable with that, then we should go now otherwise we couldn't able to reach there by 10pm.

Mira happily replied - I'm very okay with that, so let's go quickly.

She was actually very nervous to walk with him under an umbrella.

It was her first conversation with a man.

He asked her to hold his bag and opened the umbrella, after which he drew her shoulder with one hand and took her inside the umbrella.

Then he realized that he touched her. Then strangely, he took his hand off her shoulder and said- sorry I, I, I really didn't mean to touch you like that but it was necessary to do that otherwise you could get wet.

It was also her first time ever touched by a guy. That touch was so warm, so different that she wanted to feel that warmth more and she wanted to be touched by him. Then she responded shyly- that's ok.

They walked quietly in the rain. And the guy tried to keep a distance with her because under the same umbrella with the extremely beautiful woman, he could not control himself if they are close.

Mira felt very comfortable around him like he's not a stranger.

To shatter the silence, Mira began a conversation with him.

MIRA- Are you also a 2nd year student? Cause Mostly second-year students seek shelter in the hostel.

The guy - You're right. So, what department do you belong in.

Mira - Botany. And you ?

The guy - oh! wow! I sit in the department of chemistry.

If I wasn't there in time then u may spend whole night there.

Mira - Absolutely, I had no different choice(replied with a saddest look).

He noticed that his question did hurt her so that she seemed upset

He wanted her to get rid of that saddest thought that she might have to stay there all night alone.

Then suddenly he asked her

"If you don't mind, can I ask you something?"

She replied with curious eyes "ofcourse". Just ask. I don't mind.

He- what special food do you have or put on your skin to make your skin so soft?

She- What do you mean? (She looked very surprised)

He- I mean, when I touched your shoulder earlier, your skin felt so soft. (His heart was saying - oh no! What did you just ask? Maybe she will be angry. Why do you have to ask this? You fool, asshole, don't you have any thoughts in your head?)

She replied with a smirking face "Don't you think we're not that close enough, that you can ask this type of question?"

he suddenly get too close to her and asked "Don't you think, now we're too close enough to learn about each other".

Finding him too close to her made her tremble and her heart raced.

He can clearly look into her flawless beauty now.She is so stunning like an angel.She looked Very hot on that Tight ice blue jeans and Navy blue crop top, revealing her white skinned belly and navel. With her untied hair she looked extremely hot. Her eyelashes and lips were wet from the rain, which made her look sexy.

Glancing at her from head to toe, he couldn't help himself. His heart raced wildly, He just wanted to bite on her lips.

But he did control himself thinking of that she might get him wrong.

He thought as she trusted him that much that she agreed to come with a stranger under the same umbrella in such an alone night, he shouldn't do such wrong thing to her. But he wasn't able to take his eyes off her.

They were alone the whole way, and they were walking along the way just looking at each other.

They were so busy with staring each other that, they didn't even notice that the road was in bad condition.

Mira's feet slipped because the road was slippery due to rain, and she was about to fall, but he saw that Mira was about to fall, so he grabbed Mira's waist and pulled her hard towards him. Her waist's skin felt so smooth, so warm to him that he didn't want to off his hand from her waist.

When he grabbed her waist pulling towards him, her hands fall on his chest. They were too close to each other that they can feel each other's breath.

His hand was still stroking her naked waist, and she felt a different kind of happiness and warmth. He didn't want to let go of her soft skin, and Mira didn't want him to let go of her bare skin. Mira wanted his touch all over her body.They don't want to move on from that moment. They both wanted to melt in each other but they just kept staring each other about 5 min.

(Then Suddenly Mira realized that she had to head back to the dormitory by 10pm, and now it must be 9:45).

She took her eyes from him and said softly that "it must be 9:45 now, we have to reach the dormitory gate by 10 pm anyhow, we should go".

After she said this, she took her hands away from his chest and he also took off his right hand from her waist.

About 7 to 8 minutes later, they reached at the gate of the girl's dormitory.Then they said to good by to each other, and Mira handed back his bag to him.

The rain wasn't fully stopped by then. When he saw her heading back to the dorm and getting wet by rain he shouted "Mira, Don't move, stop right there".

After hearing him, she turned back towards him, then he came to her by running and handed his umbrella to her and said "keep it Mira, I'll come to you to get that umbrella, see you later, okay. And listen, don't get wet, sleep well and take care". After he said this he ran faster towards his dormitory.

Mira's heart fluttered because no one said those words to her before like "sleep well and take care" not even her father said those words before.

She overjoyed today that she had forgotten that she hated to walk around in the rainy days.Now, she can walk around in the rain without any umbrella if it is with him.
