CHAPTER 3

AVERY'S POV:

It seems as if the last PA didn't do any work. I mean come on not a single folder is in place. Even the table is scattered all around, I think they didn't let her even collect her things from here before kicking her out. But oh well let's get to work.

After one hour of cleaning the table and sorting out things the place was finally somewhat looking civilized and workable. Although I didn't even open the drawers yet will look at them another time, I have got work to do, and I seriously don't want to find out what there might be.

So after a long and tiring day which consist of so much coffee and work, it is finally 7 PM, this dude seriously know how to give orders and work.

Now I just have to drop be boss's office to inform that I completed today's task and then I can go home and soak myself in warm water... oh heaven! As I reach the office I get my hand to knock but the door is yanked open on its own, What The HELL!! Taken by surprise I fall backwards with a loud shriek, it is going to be painful, God save me!!!!!!

Thank you God you did save me, now I will come to service this Sunday. Miracles do happen after all I think, I mean look at me hanging in the air without any support. WAIT WHATTTTT?? I am hanging in air that is not possible.

Then I heard a deep chuckle, "Open your eyes Ms. White, you aren't falling." Said a man, or to be more specific Mr. Knight.

I then registered that I wasn't hanging in air but actually in his arms...oh how Embarrassing!! Straightening myself I turned red and apologized profusely, to which he laughed out loud. What? Wasn't he supposed to be that cold man people were taking about, why does he have to laugh at my expense?

"It's okay Avery, I was the one who opened the door. By the way, what were you doing out here? Don't you need to leave?" Asked him.

"That's what I was here for, I wanted to check it my work for today is done, and also the drawers of my desk have things from the previous PA and I don't know what to do with those things. What should I do?" I said it all in one go.

"I think you can do whatever with the things just keep the important documents and throw away the others." He suggested.

"Okay Boss that I will do. Have a good day." With this I took my leave.
