Tomb

Li Chen and Tang Shuang closed the Cafe and started walking towards her house. After reaching she started cooking food while he sat on sofa and started watching TV. When suddenly something caught his attention , a news regarding an finding of a new tomb was playing , According to which a new Tomb was discovered accidently by a group of trekkers ,in forest nearby Sanghai now it is being investigated by archeological team.

He pondered for sometime and then decided to visit it , after some time Tang Shuang served him food. After eating and having sex which left her exhausted they slept.

Next day as usual he went to university and nothing unexpected happened expect getting some cold glares from Xia Ningxue . After 3 hours of cultivation he reached Late stage of Qi gathering stage and Initial stage of Gold body. Exhaling a deep breath he stood up and after pondering for some time he decided to visit the Tomb in forest.

Taking a taxi and arriving in the outskirts he decided to travel inside forest on foot, with his high speed he soon found the location of Tomb, it was almost 8:00 PM , the outside area of Tomb was now marked as restricted area and there were 3 guards who were protecting the gate .

He thought for a moment and then started walking towards the entrance of Tomb, soon the guards also noticed his presence and one of the guard spoke" Hey you stop there this is a restricted area".

Hearing this Li Chen stopped and replied " Hey i am lost in this forest can you help me to get out of this forest".

The 3 guards looked at each other and after looking at each other the first guard replied "ok".

He walked near to the guards, and stopped in front of the guard who questioned him,.

"Where are you from ?"

"Sanghai City". 

"Can you show us your identity card?"

"Sure".

Next second Li Chen pretended to take out his ID card but instead took out a knife and stabbed in neck of first guard.

Before the other guards could do anything he held one of guards by his neck and stabbed the other guard in his chest, they he looked the remaining guard who was finding it hard to breathe and with a sudden force cracked his neck and dropped him on the ground. 

After looking around he went inside the Tomb which had a cave like entrance . He started walking inside and finally reached the inner area which looked like a hall , there were 5 people who were busy in exploring the cave whom he killed easily by breaking their necks. 

He looked around and finally his gaze was fixed on the coffin which was lying on platform in the center of the Hall. He moved towards it and without hesitation pulled its door.

Inside it a corpse was lying with which was preserved from decaying , and was wearing a rob with a finger in one of his finger. There was nothing else other than this.

"Did i worked so hard for nothing" he thought.

After thinking for some time he took out the ring from his finger.

"I will settle for this, poor man" he spoke to the corpse.

"Time to fix the loose strings" he sighed.

After he dragged the 5 people outside cave and piled all the corpses then lighted one cigarette and also lighted the pile of corpses.

Taking a puff , "Everything went smoothly, may be i should start working as an assassin" he spoke and continued smoking.

"Clap ,clap , clap..."

He just turned around when he heard some clapping sound, he looked towards the source of sound , there was a man who looked around 20 years.

"That was some good work , now hand over the things which you got from inside the tomb, so that i can give you a painless death ."

"And who are you".

"It doesn't matter for some bastard like you who was born to some outside bitch".

"You got some cheap mouth , don't worry i will cut that tongue of yours before killing you".

"Hahaaaaaaaaa....." 

"A weakling at late Qi Gathering stage wants to kill me who is in peak Foundation establishment phase".

Li Chen frowned slightly this was first time of him seeing any other cultivator than himself that too quite early from when he started cultivating and that also at such a advanced stage.

His brain started thinking and then after thinking everything he concluded that his probability of dying here was quite high. 

After thinking all this through he dashed in opposite direction from that unknown man.

"Wanted to run away you little ant".

Suddenly Li Chen felt a dangerous force closing him from behind his back , he stopped and turned around and gathered some Qi in his arms than put his arms in front of him to block the incoming blow.

The blow landed on his hands and with a BOOM he flew in the air , after hitting a tree and his body slided down , his arms became numb which after regulating some Qi became normal.

"You got quite a tough body weakling" the unknown boy said , but inside he was also quite startled because this blow was able to seriously hurt even a peak Qi gathering expert if not kill. "May be he is a bastard child of some powerful expert from cultivation world, i should clear all evidences after killing him, otherwise it can come back to bite my own ass" he thought.

"Time to end your life " he spoke , then channeled his Qi and attacked to take the Li Chen's life in response Li Chen also Channeled his Qi to block the blow but he was late to defend himself a fist landed on slightly below his chest due to the impact he again flew in the and landed on ground breaking few of his ribs , blood started flowing from his mouth.

"You didn't die, let me give some reward for your efforts to cling to your worthless life".

After this he started raining punches on Li Chen's face which resulted in more blood and bruises over his face.

Then he took out his sword from his back and stabbed in Li Chen's Stomach , in response Li Chen Lunged towards him and bit his ears, as a response he was thrown again and his body this time his body made an impact with a large rock which was blasted in several pieces due to impact.

Soon the boy came to him after and gripped him by his neck but at that movement he saw a sword coming towards his stomach, in response he covered his front with Qi but the sword pierced his defense and was stabbed in his stomach, due to which he released Li Chen who stumbled on his legs and started moving towards the boy who was looking at his wound with horror.

Li Chen came face to face with the boy and gave him a bloody smile which looked like a grim reaper who was smiling to its next victim.

"Don't kill me , i will leave this area and will forget everything which happened today, if you kill me you will be hunted by my "Heavenly Flame Sect", he wanted to speak more but he found that a hand grabbed his tongue and next second with a SWISH it was sliced, he tried to cry but no voice came out of his mouth.

"I promised you to cut your dirty tongue, didn't i".

and with a swift motion of his sword a head dropped on the ground followed by a headless body.

With that Li Chen started moving out of forest with his sheer will and staggering steps.

He walked all night and finally went to his dormitory , he closed his door and dropped to his bed with blood flowing from his wounds.

His body was exhausted due to the fight and travel so soon he closed his eyes.

He didn't woke up next day , Tang Shuang called him but he didn't responded.

After sleeping a day an night he woke up next day , his clothes were stained with blood also his bed was also stained with blood he removed his clothes , removed his bedsheet and replaced with a new one then he walked to his bathroom and stood up in front of mirror he observed his body , there was a deep wound on his stomach which was still not closed but stopped bleeding. His face was bruised, and and there were blue marks on his body , he sighed then after taking a bath, took out first aid kit and wrapped his wound with a band. 

He now saw a sword tattoo on his chest which he ignored earlier after observing it for some time he didn't found anything regarding it.

He sighed and dressed himself , he took the ring which he obtained from the tomb and wore in his middle finger , he checked his phone and called Tang Shuang after telling her that he was all right, he prepared himself to go to university.
