Chapter 24: He Still Hasn’t Realise His True Feelings

Wendy was a little surprised.

With how much Hanson had loathed her, he did not leave right away after Ryan was gone. Instead, he had his secretary bring over several documents to him so that he could work in her ward.

Wendy badly needed some rest as she was very tired.

However, Hanson's presence had kept her nerves on edge the whole time.

After enduring the tension for quite some time, she finally came to realize that Hanson was doing it on purpose.

He was deliberately making her feel uncomfortable.

A sumptuous meal was prepared for dinner.

Vincent had put together a big and exceptionally nutritious meal that would help improve her health. And then, he even stood beside her and watched her eat.

Hanson was still going through his work in the ward.

But he would glance furtively in the direction of the bed from time to time.

In the past, Wendy had always been a picky eater.
