Chapter 25

Arriving at Tang Yan's home, Tang sisi was sitting in a meditative with  clear mist of air surround her with her eyes closed while Mrs su watched over her from a close distance within the room. Tang Chen on the other end was still unconscious with bandages wrapped all around his chest region.

Tang Yan pushed open the door holding a bag containing few kilos of fresh meat and vegetables along with cabbages.

Noticing hus arrival, Mrs su silently walked over but was declined by Tang Yan and told to continue to watch over Tang sisi situation.

With all being said, he walked into the kitchen grinning from ear to ear as he started at the kilos of neat in front of him.

(Few-hours ago)

Arriving in front of the bank was a cab with two figures steeping out of the cab neatly and properly dressed. These two people were Tang yan and Lu ding who had a frown on his face.

" Did we really need to dress well just to come to the bank"

Lu ding asked still uncomfortable in the suite attire he was in.

"Yes, it helps to improve the image of us. Didn't you learn of this since you arrived on this plain" Tang Yan was speechless. It  was as if the two had swapped their mentality

"Improve image by wearing a flashy suit, like hell it would help. It would only make us look more like paid thugs" Lu ding sighed.

Not wanting to becker with each other ,they both proceeded in their steps towards the bank entrance. Getting to the entrance, the door was open by two security men who had fairly a  huge body build. It could be deduced from their pose and breathing that they were well trained for the job.

" Welcome to the Haolan bank" one of them welcomed with a smile. Entering into the bank was a large area filled with many busy workers on their various desk. One of the receptionist who happened to be passing by saw the sight of Lu ding and rushed over.

"Young master Ding" he called out.  Looking back at the direction of the voice, Lu Ding met with the sight of  one of the people he had often seen visiting while he stayed home.

"Po lan" Lu ding whispered. The returned the courtesy with a bow when po lan was a a close distance. Tang Yan felt green and sour seeing Lu ding getting the whole attention. He had already planned to show off and act high and mighty in front of Lu ding which was why he had dressed so flashy and formally but what can be done when his plan ends up favouring another party.

" Young master what are you doing here?, why didn't you give me a call that you were around"

" It isn't that I didn't want to call but that it isn't me who's here for business" he answered pointing towards Tang Yan who had seemed invisible the whole time.

"Yeah, ah , I'm here to cash in a check" Tang Yan scoffed showing his dissatisfaction .

"You can be serious right now..."Lu ding surprisingly looked at his reaction.

" Permit my negligence you g sir"  Po lan smiled as he led the duo down the VIP special reception room.

When they left, the seemingly quite and concentrated staffs began gossip about Po lan's attitude towards the two who had just left with him.

"Did you see that?. Mr PO was respectful to those two"

" Yes indeed I also saw it.i at first thought my eyes were deceiving me but still..."

"I know right. But come to think of it he addressed one of them as  young master, do you think it's the young patriarch of the Big boss"

" Wow,... Yeah, he really is the one look at this " one of the customers who had been paying attention to the gossips exclaimed as she showed they near by reception staff a picture of Lu ding.

" ....."

" Where did you get this " one of the staffs asked

" Of course from a trusted source. My half sister goes to the same school as him  obviously his identity is well know amongst his peers I suppose " the customer flaunted.

"How lucky " another staff said expressing her jealousy.

"But who's that Receptionist Po lan" the customer further porbed

"He's more like the one with the highest authority since he's a representative of the person who owns the second highest shares of this bank. Even the manager has to be respectful when talking to him" the staff who was talking paused then looked at the customer weirdly before asking" who are you again"

" Ah ,ah , I'm Gu Bin of the Gu family"

"Gu family huh, but there isn't anyone with that name in the Guy family that we all know if right. Also why does it seem like the whole place has very was customers today"

"Is that so..."

"Anyways that's enough of the gossip we'd better get back to work before it gets rowdy in here" one of the staff who seemed to be the leader said.

Gu Bin who had been ignored at the moment felt lost and angry. The new discovery of her not being know as a member of the Gu family made her felt ashamed to stay in the bank any longer, and since she had already been dine with what she had cime to do in the bank , it made it seem more natural for her to leave.

"What a weird person" the person who had been attending to her murmured.

In the VIP reception room, Tang Yan sat lividly on a soft fancy couch while Lu ding sat uprightly crossed leg opposite him with a cup of green tea in his hand as he gently blew off the steam before taking a sip. This action of his didn't go unnoticed by Tang Yan

"This brother of mine is a natural when it comes to acting cool" he thought.

The sound of keyboard clicking resounded in the room for few minutes. Seeing that the process of verifying the check was still ongoing, Tang Yan took the TV remote and switched on the TV that was present in the room to pass time.

"Done" Po lan said just as the TV was turned on.

"Great timing. Took you long enough" Tang Yan lazily answered looking at the TV.

" It can't be helped since it was a check from the new mayor. It would need time to very it to avoid it being a scam" PO lan humbly said.

Po lan told Tang Yan that he would receive the a notification of the money being paid to his account. Although Po lan didn't really say, he wondered why the young lad account was of a diamond rank, but after thinking of him being a friend to his young master and how he had a check from a newly elected mayor, it was justifiable that he was a big shot.
