"Huh" everyone look at him strangely since he was a little plain while speaking a while ago.

"Pay °~°" Du Bao'er looked at him speechlessly she also began to wonder what he would ask in exchange.

"Seventeen million yuan , nothing more nothing less" Tang Yan said with a straight face.

The whole room fell silent while Tang chen began to calculate how long the money could last a person like Tang Yan who just only goes to the construction site, sleeps or lost in his thoughts. The level of martial spirit is mainly divided into six which are Human grade, High grade, Earth grade, spirit grade , heavens grade and immortal grade. The immortal grade and the spirit grade to the people of the lower heavens was considered non existent or myth. But only few knew that it truely existed. " Why isn't it showing an heavens will with it, it also has no bearing at all" she complained feeling down , compared to her martial spirit it seems her little sister's own was far better.

" It's an incomplete awakening. It's supresssed by heavens will, it should be First level earth grade for now" Tang Yan spoke up unfazed by the situation.
