10. Rossa In Pain

After they left, Vanya came to Billy's room to ask about the X-ray. When Vanya came in, she saw Billy standing with empty eyes.

"Doctor, Doctor Billy? Dock!" Vanya exclaimed while touching Billy's shoulder, then Billy woke up from his daydream.

"Uh, Vanya," Billy muttered.

"Doc, Doctor Billy why? Why do you look like a confused person?" asked Vanya.

"Oh, yes. By any chance you came, I wanted to ask you about this," Billy pointed to the clichéd photo still on the wall.

"Was that x-ray earlier?"

"Yes, this is the result of the X-ray earlier. Let's see, what do you think is wrong with her heart?" Billy asked again. Billy hoped that Vanya would answer as he expected.

"When I see him, his heart is good. There are no problems with his heart, especially if you read the description of the results, it's clear that the patient's heart is indeed healthy, what's the problem, Doc? Because that's all I see." Vanya looked at the clichéd photo, and she was sure that the answer was correct.

Billy's eyes opened wider, then he massaged his forehead which suddenly felt very dizzy, it was true that everyone couldn't see the wound, only he could. What is this?

"Doc, was my answer wrong?" asked Vanya with a bit of fear seeing from the unusual expression on Billy's face.

"No, you are not wrong at all. Your answer is correct, the heart is healthy and there are no injuries," Billy answered without looking at Vanya.

"So is she not sick, Doc? Was it just an illusion, her?" asked Vanya again?

Billy shook his head, he couldn't directly justify someone regarding mental problems or illusions because he wasn't an expert in that field. Let alone diagnosing someone, he is still confused about his mental health.

"I can't say anything about that, because I'm not an expert," Billy replied.

"So what's my job after this?"

"Nothing, you just control that patient. As for the disease, I can't diagnose it yet. I have to observe again and I will also do a CT scan, "explained Billy.

"Okay, then I'll excuse myself, Doc," Vanya chose to say goodbye because she saw that Billy was not feeling well. It was clear from the look on her face that she was dizzy and confused, so was better for Vanya to go out because she needed some time to herself.

"Okay, go ahead," Billy said.

After Vanya's death, Billy leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes. But Billy's brain couldn't stop thinking.

"How could this happen? Why is it only me who can see the wound? Why can't the others see the wound?" Billy asked himself.

Suddenly he thought back to the princess in his dream, there the princess seemed to have committed suicide by stabbing a knife in her chest, and it was sure to hit her heart. Rossa's face is very similar to that of the princess and Rossa also has the same wound even though only Billy can see it.

"I'm sure that all of this is related because this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't related to each other. There's no way I'm the only one who can see the wound while the others can't. Could it be because I am often visited by the princess in dreams, so only I can see the wound in Rossa's heart?" thought Billy.

Then he opened his eyes, he was sure that was the only possibility that could happen here. Or maybe he and Rossa both have mental disorders and often hallucinate?

Two possibilities can make this happen, Billy has to prove which one is preferable. Does it seem that after this Billy will take Rossa to a psychiatrist with him and check their mental state to see if the wound and pain are just an illusion? But if not then it's clear that this is related to the dream that has always haunted Billy.

Actually, Billy was quite enthusiastic about this matter, although it was enough to make his head spin because he had been waiting for a long time for a clue to reveal the dream and now Rossa had come to give him a hint. Hopefully, after this Billy can soon find the answer to his strange dream. Billy hoped that when it was all over, he would never have a dream like that again.

"Should I have another CT scan? But from the X-ray, it's clear that she's fine," Billy muttered, who was in a dilemma thinking about his patient's condition.

When Billy was engrossed in daydreaming suddenly, the phone in his room rang, finally Billy's daydreams ran scattering somewhere. He immediately picked up the phone because he was worried that there was something important.

"Hello," said Billy.

"Hello, Doc. This is Vanya, can you come to Rossa's patient room now? She's in pain again like this morning," said Vanya in a panicked tone, Billy could also hear Rossa's deafening screams.

"Okay, you wait there, I'm going there now," said Billy.

"Yes, Doc. If possible, don't take too long, Doc. Rossa is in pain," said Vanya just before she turned off the phone.

Without wasting any more time, Billy immediately walked hastily to Rossa's room, not forgetting that she wore her white coat first as a sign that she was a doctor. His mind didn't stop thinking about all the possibilities that could happen. Billy thought that Rossa had to be operated on considering there was a wound in her heart that needed to be treated immediately. But the problem is that Billy is worried that if Billy decides to dissect Rossa's chest, then in fact it turns out that Rossa's heart is fine, how about it?

Even though Billy is the doctor who is fully responsible for Rossa's condition, he also can't act rashly, he has to ask for approval from other doctors, but in fact, the two doctors who have been Billy's colleagues all this time say that Rossa's heart is fine.

It didn't take long, Billy arrived at Rossa's room, then he went in to check on her. Billy stared at Rossa who looked very in pain.

"Doctor Billy," cried Vanya and Mrs. Risma almost at the same time.

"It hurts… Please, it hurts," Rossa kept screaming in pain while clutching her chest.

"Doc, help my daughter, Doc. Rossa has been screaming in pain ever since," said Risma half pleading with teary eyes. Not until Billy's heart saw it, Did he remember the face of his mother at home who was always worried about her condition.

"You calm down, I will try my best to heal Rossa. You don't have to worry too much. Now you please wait outside because I have to check on Rossa's condition first," said Billy while gently touching Mrs. Risma's shoulder, hoping that Risma would calm down a bit.

"Yes, Doc. I believe in Doctor Billy, please help, Doc," said Risma once again.

"Yes, Miss. Surely I will help him, "said Billy.
