The last champion of the last primordial

Asdek was dumbfounded by the proclamation of this being that he just realized was a primordial.Shat baffled him more was that he had never heard of beings known as primordials.

He politely inquired

"Umm…..primordial of fate as you call yourself,how come I haven't heard of you and any other primordial for that matter in all my 300 years of living." Asdek asked with the most humble tone he had in his arsenal.

"Primordials are known as the first gods.We gave this universe its vibrance and beauty our reign although not perfect is the best reign of gods this universe has ever seen." Trojen said in a tone of reminiscence.

" And you do know how gods are born don't you?" Trojen asked.

"Yeah…..I guess. If my memory serves me right gods are born by the believes people have in the existence of something". Asdek answered in a contemplative tone

"Hahahahaha"Trojen suddenly bursted into laughter.

"What did I expect you are of the new age the supposed 'age of heroes and conquerors'.Your ancestors taught you that I'm I right?". Trojen asked with an amused voice. Asdek didn't know which part of what he said was funny enough to warrant such reaction but nevertheless he answered Trojen's question

" Yes it's what has been passed down through history".

"Hahahahha" Trojen burst into a second round of laughter. Asdek now was totally baffled as he floated with an incredulous expression on his face.

"Let me correct you there human, gods are not born from believe they get stronger the more they are believed in and the more rampant the element of reality occurs the stronger they are also". Asdek floated in this starry expanse of space with a look of understanding written all on his handsome face.

"So you mean to say, suppose I'm the god of war I get stronger the more wars are occurring?" Asdek asked

"Exactly" Trojen said

"It seems you are not as dumb as you seem huh? Hehe"Trojen added in a mischievous tone.

It was really a weird sight to see as a being that exuded such air of dominance and power could have such a playful side to him.

"So how are gods born then?"Asdek asked.

"Well it's a very simple way actually."Trojen said

"Through normal birth by a female when she does the deed with a male" Trojen said with a fulfilling look on his face.

Asdek almost face palmed but remembering how a minuscule amount of this primordial's killing intent almost crushed him and drenching him in imaginary sweat he resisted the urge.

Trojen saw the look on his face as he continued

"Yes it is by the normal means, and if the child manages to cultivate his rank to the pseudo-god rank they will be given a chance to battle for the god they want to be by killing the previous Godoy that element of reality in a duel held in a dimension which limits the current god from his god rank to pseudo-god rank making the match a fair match.The god cannot use divine abilities so will the challenger and if the latter wins then well we have a new god at the expense of the life of the previous one.The new god will then absorb the god energy found within the deceased god and then begin cultivating it from a little ahead of scratch. See so gods are born normally it's dependent on your talents and the risks you're willing to take in your life".

Asdek found this explanation rather hard to comprehend. So he decided to ask the question that troubled him.

" If that's how gods are born then how were you primordials born"Asdek asked.

" Good question" Trojen said and went into deep thoughts.

"We were born from the start of this reality.When this reality was still a child it birthed us to govern the numerous laws that made the reality up. So technically you could say we are all siblings with me being the youngest.Though we were born grown and fully matured."

Asdek took a couple minutes to process this new information and then he had a question.

"How do you you gods lose against pseudo gods even if you have your cultivation restricted."

" Well I've never been challenged for those ragnarok battles before so I don't know much about this but for us primordials we were at a disadvantage, we were born as gods and didn't know much about the stages below the god stage so we were totally overwhelmed by the god challengers if that time."Trojan said in defense of the primordials.

"We are only superior to other gods when it comes to god energy purity which helps nobody in the ragnarok battle." Trojen said in a crestfallen tone.

"So now that you have been fed information will you like to accept my offer to be my champion."

"I have one last question" Asdek said

"Oh do ask" Trojen said

"Why have u never been challenged before?"Asdek asked.

"Would you rather trade your chance to have total dominion over any element of reality or have half dominion over fate that chooses to listen whenever it wants."Trojen asked this question in a sarcastic manner making Asdek

realize why no one had challenged him since the start of time.

"Now that you've been cleared of all your questions will you give me my answer now?" Trojen asked.

"What's in it for me?" Asdek asked.

"There are crazy perks of becoming the champion of a primordial one is attaining a higher affinity to the element of reality they are associated to and being able to choose three divine abilities and I'll give you an extra blessing exclusively from your's truly.And the best thing is your innate talents gets improved a hundred fold and the fact that only primordials can choose a champion will make you the last champion of the last primordial".

"Ok suppose I accept what is in it for you?"Asdek asked again.

"Nothing is in it for me what the current gods are doing can cause chaos to this reality shattering it and destroying it for good,hence the will of this reality….my mother reached out to me and told me to eliminate all the gods including myself.When that happens it'll give a chance for the reality to reboot and correct all it's mistakes.But alas the gods caught wind of this and since they cannot kill me or else fate will go out of control without anyone directing it they trapped me here in order for me to continue controlling or persuading the tapestry of fate whilst I can't thwart their plans in anyway but what they didn't know was that I could control the fate of a strong soul to unwilling be summoned to me and grant it the title of champion to complete this mission for me.That's why you are here to complete the mission of reality and in the same process avenge your kingdom."

Immediately Asdek heard his kingdoms name get mentioned images of his family and people flashed in his mind.With a new hope and vigor to kill all the gods his eyes flashed a dangerous light as he said

"I ACCEPT!" without a second thought. "Good"Trojen said with a relieved sigh it wasn't like Asdek had a choice in the first place but Trojen would rather not resort to force to make Asdek submit.

"Now for your divine abilities"Trojen said with a smile on his face.
