Ch.5: The Number One Hero.
"What a huge villain.." Izuku said while passing by a crowd of people who were all starring at a giant person, destroying buildings and such in its path. Its head was build like a shark and had rows of sharp teeth to match.
Izuku was now 14. Throughout the last 8 years, he's accumulated enough power to easily have a place in society. And with his body that he's trained over the last few years, he could quite easily go into the Olympics or something.
'After all these years, I have exactly 20 powers. Persuasion, Language Comprehension, Waterbeathing, Analyze, Healing Factor, Auto Write, Night Vision, and a few other 'useless' powers..'
As he was thinking that, a superhero with the power to make wooden tentacles came in and tied the giant up. Another giant then came in and kicked it in its face, causing it to fall unconscious and giving the hero's the win.
'I convinced the quirk doctor that I developed a quirk that allowed me to train faster than others. He accepted this as he did a check on my foot and found that extra bone that told people that they had powers..'
Izuku stopped looking at the giant woman who was shaking her butt for the crowd and began walking away. 'Me and bakugo are even closer than ever as well. We'll be attending the prestigious school, U.A., together and are planning on becoming heroes from there. He obviously thought that I couldn't be a hero since my quirk was so basic, but he never told me that. I could still see it on his face though.'
He couldn't help but smile, arriving under a small bridge in the process. 'Me and him sort of split up over the past 2 years as he got more involved with...'gangs' and stuff, but we still cool. Just don't hang out as much as we used too..'
What he didn't know was that a green smudge was coming out the sewers from behind him. "What do we have here? A host that's just my size?!" Izuku froze from the deep and dark voice behind him, barely being able to turn and react.
The monster latched itself onto him, invading his body from the outside, in. 'A villain? It's..trying to take my body?' He snapped out if it, realizing something he's never realized before.
'This thing...it's made up of liquid. I should be suffocating and yet, I can breathe perfectly fine. Is it because of waterbeathing? I thought it only worked on...well water. I never knew it mean that I could breathe in all liquids and be fine..'
The monster kept telling the kid to calm down and that it'll be over soon. "Wait. You ARE calm! Why the hell..." Izuku teleported followed by sewer lid in his place. Izuku fell down the hole and almost into the sewer if he didn't catch himself on a ladder.
'The feeling is still disgusting though..' Just then, he felt someone grab him, flying out the sewer at the same time. 'Huh..?'
It was now Izuku who was in a state of confusion. "Don't worry kid! Because I am here!" The voice of the man with a huge figure was known by both parties.
The man threw a punch at the slimes body in which it caused a hole to appear in its body. The slime was too stunned to speak or even react, the man continuing to punch at the slime until it turned into a pool of goo.
'This is..all might? His power is truly scary..' All might sat him down and patted his shoulder...aggressively. "Young man! Are you okay?! Did I arrive in time to save the day?!" He was loud and didn't speak with concern. He spoke to you like everything will be alright.
"Y-Yeah, I'm good.." He said with a stutter. 'This is the person that they whole world looks up to. I should be shaking from excitement right now, but...I can't. I spilled my apple juice..' All might nodded rapidly then pulled out an empty soda bottle, putting the goo into it and sighing.
"I'm sorry I was late, young man! Being back in japan just made me overwhelmed with excitement! Now if you'll excuse me, I have to leave!" Izuku nodded as the man saluted to him and jumped away into the sky.
'He's a pretty cool guy though. Loud, but cool.' He then pulled out a magazine and began reading from it while walking away.
