Yami had low-level demons go and build these camps. These houses blocked out the sun, which demons hate.

yami wasn't the only demon that hates sunlight. This went for all other demons. But demon lord are not affected by it that much.

"go and summon some more demons. I want to attack one of the 7 great kingdoms. the hero will make her move to stop me, and I don't feel like losing to him." Yami said to the 10 demons.

"I'm going to eat my souls. First, I got around 500 souls waiting for me." a demon with large horns said with a smile.

"so you might become a peak demon?" Yami asked

"no, I still have to give them to the demons under me. we should have attacked a large place so more demons could have died." He said with gritted teeth.

"summon as many demons as you can. Most of them will die in this upcoming battle." Yami said with a shrug.

Everyone nodded as they left. Yami sat there as she looked at her soul.

The next day came as the 10 other demons Yami summoned arrived with their armies. Yami told them the same thing he told the others.

10 days passed, and Yami had gotten herself an army of 50 thousand demons.

Yami was sitting on a demon horse. This demon had sharp teeth and small black wings that were growing.

"report," Yami said as a bat fell from the sky. it turned into Anna said she spoke.

"The humans have gathered, but not all the kingdoms have sent an army to support them. And those that did send an army to help was not that much." Anna said calmly.

"Humans will always let their greed get to them. I bet they think I will be seriously injured, and they will be able to jump in and take all of the benefits." Yami said calmly.

"Haha, I bet I could kill the hero with my pinky." A red demon with large teeth said with a laugh.

Yami just smiled. She would love for a few demons to die so that she could get herself some more souls. This is how demons work.

'how can are we facing?' Yami asked the system.

Fotia gritted his teeth as he had another demon of his level to go with him. he took 1,000 demons and went to face the humans.

Yami began moving forward. After a few minutes, he bumped into the human army, with the hero in front of them, on a beautiful horse.

"you survived." the hero said with a deep and many voices.

"oh yes, that day I almost lost. but trust me, that will never happen again." Yami said with a smile as she waved forward, sending the demons rushing forward to attack.

Yami rushed also rushed forward, as she stayed in front of the group. She jumped off the horse, followed by the Hero, who jumped off hers.

The two swords clashed med hair as they flew backward.

"see, much different from then," Yami said as she floated up with one wing.

The Hero flew up towards Yami. She suddenly disappeared as her sword appeared in front of Yami neck.

Yami twisted her neck as blood appeared on her cheeks.

'she dodged it,' the hero thought as she attacked again, but Yami wasn't going to stand and watch. The fight continued with Yami being pushed backward.

*host, your weapon can't withstand this battle.* the system said as Yami noticed her sword was being damaged with each clash.

Yami stayed calm as black gas covered her blade. She jumped backward. Then she sent a black sword slash at the hero.

The Hero put her sword in front of her to block, but she was sent flying through the forest.

Yami breathed heavily for a few seconds before she regained her energy. That could be said to be her special move.

With her talent in dark magic, she was able to turn fuse that into that sword, let out a sword slash of dark energy.

The hero soon walked out with an armor that was slightly damaged, but she seemed to have dislocated her shoulder.

She coldly looked at Yami, but when she looked at the battlefield, her heart dropped. It was a massacre, with 18 high stages of demons. The humans could not withstand it.

The hero's body shook as she saw this. It was like memories of the past were popping up.

She remembered how demons entered her village and went on to kill everyone. She remembered how her parents used their own bodies to hid her.

She remembered when an angel came from the sky to fight off those demons and even blessed her. she remembered how she promised never to let anyone close to her die.

She remembered the many years she trained. In the cold and the sun, in the storm, she trained hard and pushed herself to the limit.

She remembered all of this as the sky turned dark.

Yami frowned, along with all the demons, as they looked at the Hero and back up at the sky.

*hurry host and eat souls until you breakthrough.* the system said quickly

"but," Yami said, but the system cut him off.

*this world is evolving. Eat souls, or else it's your death.* the system said as Yami quickly began flying backward as she started eating souls none stop.

"no more, this war will end here." The Hero yelled as her power broke through the limit of this world. Holy light fell from the sky as it covered her.

All the demons, including Yami, flew/ran away as they sense that a large amount of pure energy was about to fall from the sky.

"Master," Anna said as she flew towards Yami, who knocked her out and threw her into the system.

Yami looked at the sky and saw angels slowly making their way down.

*host eat." The system said quickly as Yami snapped out of her shock and returned to eating souls.

When she reached 630 souls, divine energy covered this world, as if washing it of all evil. Yami made a dark shield to block this, but it was just too weak as it was slowly weakening.

Yami stayed calm as she continued eating. When she was at 740 souls, the divine energy disappeared, but at this time, the hero was slowly making its way towards Yami.

The Hero appeared in front of Yami at speed Yami couldn't follow. Her sword flew towards Yami heart, but Yami moved, making it stab her rib.

Yami gritted her teeth as she kicked and jumped backward. At the same time, she finished eating the souls as her body began to be covered with a black ball.

The hero attacked the ball, but it only left a small mark on it. Dark energy began rushing towards the black ball.

The Hero flew backs at how evil the energy was. Slowly the ball cracked as it disappeared. Slowly Yami appeared in front of the Hero.
