Chapter 48: Returning back home

Author here.

Before I start the chapter, I wanna tell you all something.

You see, I am trying my level best to make this story spending a lot of my time instead of studying. At least you should give me a comment or review about how the story or the chapter is.

You can truthfully tell me that - "This is the worst book I have ever read!". Even if someone reviewed my book as such, I won't tell a thing about it even though, I might be sad.

A review will motivate me and helps me keep going. At least, give me a review once a week.

Back to story info.

I will first tell you some of the info that I forgot to put in the previous chapters. It might be needed in the future.

Also, I have not put the romance part into the action. I will soon do it.

I am thinking of writing the life of someone in a few chapters. He/she might be connected to our MC's future.

As I always say, I don't know what I write.

I write what my mind says without any pre-plan. So, my thought of making the side character may or may not happen.

But as of now, I think I will write about it.

Monsters are not only found in the dungeons.

They are also founded in the wild albeit in low numbers.

The monsters in the dungeons spawn endlessly as they are made of some sort of weird energy. They are just an energy of physical form and the looks of a monster.

Monsters in the outside world are found in forests or deserted areas.

The type of monsters varies from area to area. From the {Sandy Serpant} in the desert areas to the {Wild maki} in the forests.

The monsters killed by one wouldn't get respawned as they are similar to humans. They die, then die.

Most of the monsters in the outside world are low-intelligent ones.

But, some of them have very high intelligence. Some of the most intelligent ones are in contact with humans and other kingdoms. They help when some calamities come or the monster tide comes.

What's the monster tide?

It's the coming of a large number of mindless monsters to attack a place or a kingdom on the telling of an intelligent one.

Due to their large numbers, they are very hard to handle and the kingdoms take the help of the monsters who are sided with them.

Of course! The monsters don't do these things for free.

The humans would have to give them an appropriate thing in return for their work. Also, every death means more things that they need in return.

(AN: So, this is the info I wanted to give you so that you won't get confused. Also, this chapter is in the real world and not in the game world. So, plz remember that!)

In one of the forests…

A boy was fighting with monsters continuously.

There were sweat beads on his head and his hair shone as if he was bathed in oil.

Monsters swarmed him from all sides.

One might expect the boy to get anxious. But, this one just smiled and shouted.

"Devastating Blaze"

A large ballot fire formed in from of him. Then, it compressed itself as it split into so many fragments and launched itself in all directions.

The way it left, it left a path made of fire and the dead bodies of monsters.

These small fireballs were a deadly attack to deal with. The more the number of monsters, the more this attack is valued for the mana used.

"Off! That was a nice one." The young man muttered. This young man was none other than Eren.

He was on his way to his home to meet his mother and ask her about his origin.

He had left the academy one day ago and was close to reaching his home.

After this forest was crossed, he will reach his home and could meet his mom.

'I wonder how will mom react when she sees me without informing her.' Eren thought with a smile.

He was thinking of all these things while continuously walking and killing the monster that was coming on his way.

'My academy life wasn't that bad. With the arrival of the game, it became more interesting. But, I am skeptical about the game. I am sure that it's not a game but the real world and Gods are involved in it. The most intriguing part is about my physique and my bloodline. The system cannot process the information or it is waiting for something to happen.' Eren thought.

He walked and flew for another hour and at last, he reached home.

Now, he was standing in front of his home. He was thinking about how to surprise his mom.

He was sure that mom was inside and took a step forward to open the door to 'announce his unannounced arrival.'

What a sentence! Even I am astonished that I could write such a meaningful sentence. Who told me I am weak in English? My dad, I will show you one day! )
