Soon after I had tested everything that I was wanting to, I started hearing footsteps, and voices that sounded like the teachers. 'Crap, they must have come to check out what the explosion was.' At first I was just thinking about telling them that I was training, but then I would be asked why I was not training at the designated area that students should be training at, and I did not want to tell them that I did not want to be seen by others while I was training, because that sounded a little childish to me.

I then used the Dark Air skill to climb to a place high in the tree tops, then started to jump from area to area, while using the skill that I had become proficient with.

I soon reached the academy again, and went straight into my room so that if the teachers decide to start checking on the students to make sure that they were ok, I would be safe and sound, far away from where the explosion had occurred.

Just as I had expected they checked on the students, but only to make sure that one of them did not cause the explosion. When they came to my room they started to ask me questions.

"Where did you just come from that you are so dirty?"

'Crap I forgot to shower.' "I just came from the training ground. What did you think that I was the one that caused the explosion?"

That's where I had messed up, because they had never mentioned that there was an explosion, and it was not quite loud enough to hear from the training ground or my room.

"We never said anything about an explosion. So you are the one that caused it, and to think that I had thought that there was no way that you could have caused it. The only reason that I came here was to make it look like we were doing this to everyone."

The teacher then took me to the principal of the school.

"Were you the one that made the explosion in the forest?"

"Yes ma'am."

"And why were you in the forest?"

At seeing my hesitation to speak in front of the others, she sent everyone else out.

"Because I was told that I progressed at an alarming rate by a fellow student, and did not want anyone thinking that I was using shortcuts to progress."

"Ok, but from now on you have to let me know when you are going to train, because I want to see if you really do progress as fast as.you say you do."

"Yes ma'am, I will let you know before I train every day, but just to let you know, I train really early every day. Is that ok with you?"

"Yes, and I can't wait."

After that conversation I left the room and went to my dorm, before collapsing on my bed and falling asleep for the night.
