Reincarnated Into A Girl

Reincarnated Into A Girl is about a college student, Winston Zach, who had an ordinary everyday life and was basically a normal guy, there was nothing special about him. But one fateful day, as he was walking to the bookstore after classes, minding his own business, he suddenly got hit by a car. When he woke up in his hospital bed, he had been reincarnated into a girl, and her name was Alice Morton. She was a girl born into a rich, and loving family. Her life was the complete and utter opposite of how Winston's life used to be. Winston will need to get used to life as Alice Morton, no matter how strange it was to him. Note: I didn't know what genre to select for this novel because he is a dude that got reincarnated into a girl. I don't know if he counts as a girl or guy (people had different opinions on this so I just chose the one with a Teen genre). So, sorry if the genre (or the gender) isn't correct. They didn't have the same list of options for the genre for male leads as they do for female leads and vice versa. I find this really annoying. Thank you for reading this and sorry for (probably?) wasting your time. Hope you will read and enjoy my novel :).

Warning: there is also a little bit of Aunt Flo (menstrual cycle, period) mentioned in here, but not very much, just an itty-bitty smidge of her. But skip if you want.

BAM BAM BAM, "Wake up! Alice, class starts in less than 15 minutes, come on!" I woke up to Sam pounding on my door and shouting at me to wake up before class started.

Suddenly, the song, ''Count On Me'' by Bruno Mars was blaring from my phone. Rubbing my eyes, I declined the call and stumbled out of bed. Trudging towards the door like a zombie, I yanked the door open and mumbled, "I'm up."

"Finally," she sighed, "I thought you had died in there or something. I've been banging on the door for the past three minutes."

"Now go brush your hair, grab your backpack, and head to class. Move it, move it," Sam commanded like a drill sergeant, before telling me, "See you at lunch. Oh, and remember to bring an extra pad or two!" and slamming the door in my face.

Yawning, I stretched my arms over my head and shuffled to my dresser. I changed into a plain white button-up short sleeve shirt and a plain black skirt. Then I groaned, ugh my legs were cold. I grabbed a pair of sheer black tights and slid them on, careful not to rip them.

After changing my clothes yet again, I grabbed my phone and backpack.

As I hurried to class, I checked the time on my phone. I still have about six minutes, so I would probably be able to get to class without being late.

Just as I was about to put my phone away, I ran into someone.

"Oof," peering up at the person, I muttered, "I'm sorry, didn't see you there." Aaaannd I ran into Aric, great, just great. Why do these awkward encounters keep on happening to me?

He peered down at me, "Oh, it was you. It's fine, I barely even noticed."

"Err, okay then see you around, gotta get to class before I'm late."

When I started to walk away, he called out to me, "Can I get your number?"

I stared at him, confused. I made up an excuse, to say no, "Umm, nope, sorry I don't have a phone so, sorry about that dude." I shrugged at him.

He stared at me, I looked at what he was staring at, oh crap, I was still holding my phone in my hand. Ugh, damn it, why couldn't I have run into him fifteen seconds later than I did?

Aric raised an eyebrow, "You don't have a phone you say, then what's that in your hand? It looks very much like one."

Fumbling around for an excuse I just blurted out anything that came to mind, "It's nothing, just something that looks like a phone, I-I mean it's not nothing, it's umm a thing for reading digital books." Well, what can I say? I don't do too well under pressure.

Ding ding, the bell rang the five-minute warning.

Yass, I was saved by the bell, "Oh, there's the bell, don't want to be late so gotta go, bye." I said that as fast as humanly possible and ran like the wind to my class. Which was a bad idea because hello, cramps.

When I finally made it to the classroom, I was out of breath and in immense pain. Walking on wobbly legs, I flopped onto the bench and dropped my backpack near my feet like the lady I was. After catching my breath, I hurried to change into my gym clothes.

At least I made it here in one piece and only one slightly awkward confrontation, I'd call that a win... sort of.

The rest of the school day was as boring as can be. My period just made it worse, giving me intense cramps in the middle of classes, and giving me anxiety whenever I sat down anywhere for the fear of leaking blood. And don't get me started on sneezing, those things were scary, too much force and you feel like blood would come gushing out of you, sigh.

After school, all I wanted to do was get back into my bed and sleep for a couple of hours, or days, that would work too. Oh that would be a dream come true, but sadly most dreams didn't so why would mine?

I also couldn't afford to do that, I needed to finish my homework quickly, so I could head to bed and hibernate for a couple of hours.

Turning on my computer, I clicked into YouTube (mistake number one). Just as I was about to click on a song to listen to, I saw a baby video, (mistake number two). Oh no, before I even knew what I was doing, my hand had moved by itself and clicked into the video (and there was mistake number three).

Oh my god, nooo, this was like falling down a rabbit hole full of cute, adorable, chubby, little babies. Ugh, why were they sooo cute?

About one hour and thirty minutes, and twenty-five or so baby videos later, I finally clicked into my music playlist and started doing my homework instead of procrastinating and getting distracted by cute baby videos.

Two hours later, I had finally finished all the assignments that were due tomorrow and set aside the ones that could be done tomorrow or at a later date.

Stretching my arms over my head, sighing, I contemplated whether or not I should take a shower or just head to bed and save the ten minutes. I decided sleep was more important than my personal hygiene was and all I needed to do was brush my teeth, change my clothes, and then head straight to my comfortable bed that was waiting for me to crawl into.

Grabbing my toothbrush and toothpaste, I scurried to the bathroom downstairs, in a hurry to brush my teeth so I could hurry up and get to bed.

I cleaned my teeth thoroughly and swished some water around in my mouth and spat it out in the sink. After wiping my mouth, I hurried back to my dorm and changed into my pajamas in a rush.

Flopping down on my bed, I sighed happily and curled into a ball. I snuggled against my pillow and grinned to myself, ah, I could finally rest now. Feeling relaxed and slightly more drowsy, I fell asleep in that comfortable curled up fetal position.

Lolz, sorry for the delayed chapter. Hope you enjoyed :).
