" Hi guys I'm Damien. " He flashed them a smile before concentrating on the Batman. " Mr. Bruce Wayne, I need your help in finding someone." Damien adjusted his glasses as he spoke with a semi serious smile.

" Who are you?" Batman spoke in his deep voice that felt like he was grunting. " I just told you, my name is Damien." Damien looked at him with a confused expression which caused Superman to almost laugh.

" I meant what are you?" Batman replied in his stern voice, sizing up Damien. " I mean I'm a bit handsome but I'm a perfectly normal human ." He said with a big smile and Diana could no longer hold back and laughed.

" You just killed an alien that even he was struggling with. No offense Superman " Batman walked to Damien with steady steps.

Superman stood on the side with a slight smile.

" I told you, I just need your help in finding someone. After that I'll be on my way." Damien spoke. " How did you know who I was?" Batman spoke with a slight murderous intent. " Well it's easy to figure out that part actually. " Damien shook his head.

" He has very powerful raw strength, a strength in a different league compared to Superman and other than his exceptional temperament, he looks completely human. It'll be difficult to form a contingency against him since I don't know the limits of his strength." Batman quickly assessed the situation.

" Also he knows my true identity. Could he be sent by the Joker or one of my enemies?" He squinted his eyes as he watched Damien intently.

" You don't strike me as one who'd like to be controlled by others. So I'm thinking you're here if your own accord." Batman looked at Damien and gestured to Wonderwoman.

" You don't need to use that stupid lasso on me, as it won't work. Anyway that's very smart of you Bruce. I'm not being controlled, but I'm here on an errand. I plan to find someone." Damien looked at the lasso in Diana's hand as he let out a smile.

" The lasso can bind even the most powerful Gods. You think you're invincible?" Diana asked, clearly annoyed.

" Forgive me Diana, but if you think the Olympians are the strongest Gods in the existence, then you're fucking mistaken. Even Supes here can crush some of them with ease." Damien chuckled as he looked at Superman who was calmly looking at him.

" You know what, this isn't a good place to talk. " Damien frowned as he snapped his fingers. The trio immediately felt their senses overwhelmed as they shifted through space instantly.

Less than a second later, they found themselves in a cave with large computers and other technological devices. " Welcome to the Batcave." Damien opened his arms in a welcome.

" How did you do that?" Superman grunted as he lifted himself off the floor, fists clenched. " Oh it's just a normal teleportation. You'll get used to it." He smiled as he sat on Batman's chair and relaxed.

" That's my seat." Batman's cold stare quickly made Damien stand after a short relaxing moment.

" Are you a God?" Diana looked at Damien with a fascinated smile, though she wasn't really impressed.

" More or less.." Damien smiled. After hearing him say this, Batman thought for a while before speaking. " I'll help you find whoever you want however, in return, I want you to be part of the Justice League and protect earth." Batman said negotiatingly.

" Hey since when did we decided to become a band?" Superman asked as he took a seat, however all he got was a glare from Batman. " An alliance to fight against the strongest foes should be fun." Diana smiled as she posed heroically.

" No. " Damien said sternly. " Then I guess we have no deal then." Batman spoke as he began to walk away.

" I say no because, firstly, I'm on an errand and I don't plan on getting distracted. Secondly, conflict of interest. How I handle my enemies is different from your childish ideologies and principles. I like to nip things in the bud." Damien spoke with a smile.

" Over here we settle things differently, preventing as much bloodshed as possible. If what you say is true then we can't have you on our team." Clark shook his head.

" What you say is very idealistic but unrealistic. Batman here could've killed the Joker yet he sent him to a courtroom where most of the judges are criminals in their own right. They set him free and then he causes even more havoc and kills more people. In other words, Batman is doing more harm than good." Damien said with his hand on his chin.

" You have no right to question what I do". Batman sighed and spoke. He had questioned himself severally as to whether he was on the right track.

" That being said, since I'm here on this planet, earth is under my jurisdiction for the time being." Damien let out a smile.

" We can handle everything by ourselves." Superman spoke with arms crossed. Pride emanating his entire being. " You have no idea what you're up against Clark. " Damien scoffed. " You couldn't even hold your own against that alien." Damien laughed.

" I would've destroyed it ." He argued. " Yeah you would've, but if I hadn't intervened, it would've cost you your life ." Damien laughed. " It's impossible. " " Lemme show you something." Damien waved his hand and soon, they were transported through space time.

" Look. This is what would've happened if I hadn't intervened." Damien pointed his arm forward, before the trio saw countless scenes that seemed to pierce through their very soul.

Beside the body of the alien, lay Superman with a gaping hole in his chest. His body was buried and he was mourned by the world...

" Okay and cut." Damien waved his hand and they were returned to their original time.

" I died." Superman was heartbroken. " What about Lois, my mum." Tears began to drip from his eyes as Diana comforted him.

" You should thank Bruce. He eventually brought you back from the dead, though doing so alerted one of the most dangerous and probably the second strongest entity in the universe." Damien spoke with a gratifying smile.

" What was that alien anyway.?" Bruce asked as he took off his Batsuit. He went even further to pour himself a glass of whisky.

" Yeah what was that? I've never seen any monster like that in Greek Records." Diana added.
