"I already told you Lu Beichen, I'm your uncle's wife! I'd appreciate if you can stop calling me so intimately! If you can't call me Aunt, then please call me Li Ran! We are not that close! I am planning to live a good life with your uncle. I'd appreciate if you stop doing things like this!" Li Ran said.

Lu Beichen looked at Li Ran. She has changed. She has changed a lot.

She isn't the Li Ran who has always revolved around him. She isn't the Li Ran whose world has always consisted of him and him only.

Just how did his uncle charm her so much that she now likes him so much that she wants to live with him?

Damn that Lu Sichen, does he have to take everything from him before he is satisfied?! Li Ran is supposed to be his Trump card! She is supposed to be his chess piece to use! How did she change so much in just a few days?!.

What Lu Beichen did not know was that Li Ran had ten years of experience for her to hate him so much?

As she looked at Lu Beichen, the conversation that he had with Li An on the day of her death started to play again in her head.

"Didn't you.... didn't you say that she's going to come....she can't...can't catch us messing around" Li An said. Even though she was trying to stop him with her words, Li Ran was sure that her coy voice was an open invitation for any man.

"You don't need to worry about her! I already have everything planned out! Today will be the end of her and that goddamm Lu Sichen!" Lu Beichen's voice sounded again. There was a lot of hate when he mentioned Lu Sichen. "But...Ah Chen..is it alright for you to do this? Lu Sichen....he is your uncle... you can't hurt your uncle right?" Li An's voice sounded again.

"Don't worry! I already have everything planned out! No one will suspect him! At most, it will all be blamed on that idoit Li Ran! She is the one who ran away from her husband's home. She wanted to run away with me but I didn't agree! Lu Sichen came to look for her and they got into an accident on the way!" Lu Beichen saidLi Ran has always been idoit! Does she really think that I like her? How can she compare to you at all? Lu Sichen's taste must be really hardcore to like a woman like that!" Lu Beichen said with a sneer.

"Don't worry Li Ran! Once my uncle is gone, the entire Lu Group will belong to me. I'll marry you then. You won't have to suffer any grievance with me!" Lu Beichen said.

Li Ran waved her head and forced herself to come back to the present. Does this man think that she will still believe his nonsense?

"Li Ran, why did you change so much?" Lu Beichen could only ask this.

Li Ran only tilted her head to one side when she heard this. "Really? How have I changed? Why don't you tell me about it?" She asked.

"You weren't like this before Li Ran. You used to be a very good girl...how can you want to be with my uncle all of a sudden?" Lu Beichen asked. Perhaps, he will never understand this for the rest of his entire life!

"I already told you. What makes you think that I'll choose Lu Sichen over you, Lu Beichen. Lu Sichen has the entire Lu Group in his hands, he's handsome, he's mature, he's rich... who are you to compare to the owner of the entire Lu Group?" Li Ran asked. She knew that the more she talked like this, the more Lu Beichen wanted to just lose his temper and hit her.

It was fun watching the man trying to restrain himself in front of her.

"How can you say that about brother Beichen Sister?! What's wrong with you?! Brother Sichen and Brother Beichen are two different people! How can you compare them like this?!" A shrill and coy voice sounded from behind Lu Beichen

Li Ran's cold eyes landed on Li An. Even though she was smiling, her smile was so cold that it sent shivers down one's spine.

Li Ran's eyes remained on Li An. 'My good cousin Li An, I gave my entire life for you...this time, I'll take back everything that you owe me with interest! Just you wait!' Li Ran thought to herself.

Li An who has been hiding and listening to thier conversation ever since Li Ran and Lu Beichen started talking finally could not bear to listen to Li Ran's words anymore. She walked out of where she was hiding.

Even though she agreed with Li Ran that Lu Sichen is better than Lu Beichen, she could not say it out. She knew that she will be finished for sure if Li Ran stops liking Lu Beichen now. Her entire future depends on Lu Beichen and Li Ran. Li Ran must not stop loving Lu Beichen!

"Sister, I don't agree with your words. Brother Sichen is the son of the Lu family and Brother Beichen is the grandson. The both of them are different from the beginning. Comparing them like this isn't right sister! Even if you are brother Sichen's wife, you can't talk to Brother Beichen like this!" Li An said.

Li Ran really wanted to applaude Li An at this point. She can even call him Brother Sichen so sweetly when she was an accomplice to his death! It would really be a waste of this woman's talent if she didn't choose acting.

Somehow however hearing this fake woman call her husband "Brother Sichen" made her blood boil. It really annoyed Li Ran!

"Sister, I really don't know what you mean. I'm Lu Sichen's wife and I'm supposed to be on his side. Should I side with Lu Beichen now? No matter what happened between us before, I'm his aunt now!" Li Ran said.

Ha! They aren't the only ones who know how to act!
