He also won’t be helping the avengers and stuff. His powers that he starts with won’t in any way be op. And the world will me slight AU with mutants etc. I was inspired by another FF with a similar concept can’t find the name tho. *disclaimer current chapters 31 I reread chapter one and it's pretty bad unfortunately I don't have the time to rewrite it but I do want to say from chapter 15 I started using grammerly. I never expected to enjoy writing so much so the first couple chapters are rough sorry 😅

I woke with excruciating pain and memories getting hammered in my head about some one names Norman Osborn, funny right you read about these situations in fanfics or light novels and think to your self 'the pain can't be that bad' but trust me it is.
Getting reborn into the mcu wasn't something I ever even imagined for myself but it's now my reality. My name is not Ajax smith now I'm Norman Osborn father of Harry Osborn. From 19 and singe to 40 with a deceased wife and a young child, from poor to rich.
Looking around the room it's honestly very fancy to fancy for the old me but for the new me it's the norm.
*beep*
My phone goes off opening it up I see a text that honestly makes me almost shout thank you to the heavens it read:
HAHAHA PERSON THAT REINCARNATED YOU HERE HAVE FUN IN THIS LIFE AND DON'T BE A LOSER! I GAVE U SOME COOL SHIT TO START OFF. SHADOW CONTROL, MENTAL IMMUNITY, AND TOUCH OF THE PLAGUE WITH A FREE OUTFIT THAT IS BOUND TO YOU!
Well that was something, the information of all the abilities and outfit mentioned got immediately sent to my dome shadow control is very self explanatory it lets me control shadows and I can even step into them and pseudo teleport maybe even store stuff in my own shadow, I made a note to try that out. Mental immunity is nice because it shields me from all things mind related like telepathy. Lastly my favorite touch of the plague it lets me put any disease, sickness or poison at the same time making me immune them. ( the outfit is same as cover but you can post others that look cooler if you want)
Getting up I equip my souls bound outfit, it looks sick to be honest. I un equip it and put on my normal suit and leave for the office Harry at this time is already off at school and I'm late to the office.

Walking into the office everyone looks at me kind of fearfully? But with some respect I guess that's what it's like being the big boss.
"Please cancel all of my meetings for today" I say to my secretary
Once I reach my office I started to formulate plans for the future. I want to become not only more influential but also someone that is a big player in the mcu and to do that I must create something that will strike fear if they come after you.That's right I want to make the 'league of shadows' but in marvel. The abilities that the mysterious person who reincarnated gave me Were imprinted into me so they don't need to be trained the same can't be said about my body I need to train myself fast.
I worked for the rest of the day then left for my house walking in I saw Harry sitting on the couch watching some kid show.
"Hey buddy how was school today" I asked in a tired voice
"It was cool! I played around with my friends and drew a spaceship!" He practically shouted not able to hide his enthusiasm
Me and Harry talked for a bit then ate dinner together old Norman was a shit parent but I won't be. I asked if he wanted a nanny to stay with him when I'm not here and he agreed so I'm going to start looking for one tomorrow.
