"AHHHH!
I suddenly woke up from my sleep due to the loud shouting of a male and female voice. I must have been really exhausted, because it was already the following day. But after a good rest, I felt energized and more refreshed than ever.
I was surprised to hear cries that sounded like they were coming from people. "Are there actually people here?" I exclaimed in amazement.
I gave the forest another thorough examination, not much had changed since the day prior, however, there was now a plume of smoke coming from the north some distance away. I exclaimed in alarm, "That must be where they are! They could be in trouble!"
I was overly enthusiastic and completely disregarded the fact that I was in a Dungeon, not an idyllic paradise.
Just a few moments of respite from all the bad luck I had been having left me stunned. I suppose it was one of the effects of being in a Dungeon that made me forget my predicament, a cruel deception, but it was my huge mistake.
I sprinted towards the summit of the mountain I was on, and leapt off the edge. The strong gusts of wind brushed my skin as I plummeted downwards.
I felt a thrill as the air rushed around me, and I spread my arms wide, embracing the moment. I felt like I was flying. The ground below me was growing closer and closer.
*CRASH*
I plummeted to the bottom of the mountain, creating an immense crater upon my perfect landing. At the time, the magnitude of the mountain's height hadn't registered due to my overwhelming joy, but it was surely as tall as a skyscraper. Despite this, I had just leapt from its summit as if it were nothing.
I took a few steps forward, getting myself into a running stance, and thought to myself, "Now is the perfect moment to try out Flashstep!"
My entire being vibrated with intense speeds, urging me to take action. My feet sunk into the dirt beneath me, as if they were desperate to take me away from where I stood. The energy coursing through my veins felt like a jolt of electricity, and I felt my heart pounding in my chest.
*FLASH*
I took my first step and then began moving faster than I ever thought possible, almost as if I had teleported. As I moved, the surroundings froze in place, creating an illusion that nothing could keep up with me.
As I shifted the soil beneath my feet, small stones flew out. I couldn't help but grin and remark, "This is incredible!"
