Huan Xue almost flinched when he felt the burning sensation on his shoulder. Five slender fingers of Qiaolian were pressing his clothes when he gave it a side glance.

"Y-You've broken the restriction of your physical---" said Huan Xue but, suddenly stopping his words as his eyes slightly dilated. The moment he looked at Qiaolian's face, his heart shook wildly.

"Huh?! H-Hysteria de Euphoria! T-This... this must be it! A condition when cultivators are being controlled by a desire of its primal yin in order to reach for the seventh heaven! J-Just what strong herb she smelled to reach this condition?!"

So, this was the reason why Qiaolian repeatedly told him not to be offended if she lost control of her consciousness! But is it really primal yin???

Huan Xue quickly extended his hands to seal all movements of Qiaolian's body again. But the dark aura had occupied the vital points of her body. No matter how he tried to exert his remaining power, it was just impossible to restrict her movements for the second time!

"This yin essence... why is it so pure?" Huan Xue muttered out of the blue while trying to analyze how the dark aura could even block his move.

While Huan Xue was still trying to figure out the source of the pure aura, the mysterious cold voice suddenly commanded his enemies.

"Hah! Attack! Get that lady. We need her primal yin!"

Huan Xue has no time to process what he just heard. He quickly grabbed Qiaolian to stand in front of him, as he sensed an extremely strong force approaching her direction.

"This man is quick!" a figure mumbled before it retreated a few meters away and vanished in the night.

"Elemental cultivator, you managed to see through the attack. That is quite a feat. No one has ever predicted our attacks before! I am surprised by your sharp senses!" the mysterious voice sounded once more.

But, Huan Xue had no time to listen to these compliments too. His time was focused somewhere else!

He was more concerned about the burning body that was leaning its weight in front of his chest.

Qiaolian was staring at his face intensely. Even if he was not looking at her, he could still feel her intrusive gaze. Such a sensation was in fact a complete distraction for him!

"Master Huan is extremely handsome," said Qiaolian in a very soft and passionate voice.

Alas! How could Huan Xue pay attention to others when an intense eagerness is starting to burn within his body? He could only look into the darkness and pretend to search for their enemies to redeem himself.

"I've read some celestial cultivation manuals for Silver Celestial Elixir Field... It says that the brightest star is azure. Yet, your deep green eyes are far more brighter than those blue stars in the sky. It's domineering... And when you look at my eyes too, your gaze seemed to hold a meaning that says... Master Huan is capable of anything... And everything."

Qiaolian spoke of it without even blinking her eyes. Her right hand was now holding Huan Xue's right wrist, while her index finger was smoothly moving and drawing circles on his skin.

Huan Xue finally gave in and looked at her face again.

"M-My eyes... Hmmm... is that how you perceive this gaze, my lady?" Huan Xue whispered back. He leaned closer to her ears until his nose touched the skin of her neck. For a moment, he just closed his eyes and inhaled all her fragrance. "But, I'm not capable of anything and everything. My power has depleted."

'However, if you agree to be my cultivation partner, I may reach such a level of power.' Huan Xue secretly thought. In her state, he can't just ask Qiaolian and take advantage of her condition. This man really has absolute character in the entire continent!

"Well... That's true... only your eyes hold such domineering quality. But, if you agree to be Qiaolian's dual cultivation partner, you will reach such a level of power!"

"!!!!"

Huan Xue blinked his eyes in disbelief. Who would have expected this lady to speak his own thoughts loudly to him?!

"Master Huan is smart. There is no cure for me unless I reached what I want. And you know that I can ask any cultivator around. But, there is something that you have and they lacked," Qiaolian smiled sweetly. She turned around a looped her hands on his neck.

Huan Xue looked around, seemingly remembering that they were too open for any attacks. But, when his eyes wandered on the surroundings, he realized that the space around him turned still.

'Is this a Time cultivation technique?' Huan Xue asked in his mind but he could not see anything. If the lady just freeze the time, then, where are the trees in the mountains? Where are their enemies? He should be able to glimpse at them not moving, right?!

Unbeknownst to him, it was not the technique that he thought. Rather, Qiaolian's dark aura engulfed the two of them and formed a barrier. As for their enemies, they were actually attacking her aura outside and trying to break its energy!

If he had known this, he would be sure to realize that the lady had imprisoned him inside her dark aura just to ask him to be her dual cultivation partner!

"My lady, what do I have that those other cultivators lacked?" said Huan Xue with a small frown on his forehead.

But, he could actually roughly guess the answer to this question. Since Qiaolian had lost control of her consciousness and the desire of her primal yin essence is taking over her body, then, she must have sensed the primal yang in Huan Xue's body!

"I could make a list but, for now, I will tell you two things. One, your perfect reputation. Two, your primal yang," Qiaolian casually answered with a subtle grin on her face.

Huan Xue took a deep breath and suddenly understood the reason why the medicine to enhance the passion for dual cultivation was considered a double-edged sword. It was because such medicine can also take over the cultivator's consciousness and create a different personality!

"Nevermind about my reputation. But, if you want my primal yang, then, I will only talk to Qiaolian. Only after you give her back her control over her consciousness, I will answer to your request. Don't deny and tell me that you are Qiaolian. Just as you said, I am smart. I can tell that you are the result of whatever herb she inhaled," Huan Xue stated with a firm tone.

"Ohh? But, that is impossible. You see... the Qiaolian that you are looking for... hehe... she does not believe in dual cultivation. In fact, when she reached the right age to practice this path, she initially refused the Feng Sect patriarch saying she can supply her power by absorbing beast cores. However, due to Feng Lu's persistence, she agreed. But, her heart is not set on dual cultivation. That is why her primal yin is still within her inner core... Ahhh... Of course, I do not mock her principles. For I know that you also have your primal yang, Master Huan. That only means, you might have the same principles as that Qiaolian?"

"I insist to talk about this with the original Qiaolian," Huan Xue simply said.

"Why?"

"I could take over her physical body forever as long as I maintain this desire. Wouldn't it be beneficial for you too?" Qiaolian chuckled.

Under such tempting offer, Huan Xue maintained a firm expression on his face, not even bothering to speak a word anymore.
