"He-He-Hehe... Insolence is when an outsider pretends as an empress. Such a grandiose illusion you've put in your appearance but not as perfect as the Melody of Manipulation technique. He-He-Hehe... Coming here uninvited is requesting the sea bottom as your graveyard."

Qiaolian ignored the voice and carefully observed the surroundings. She then realized that the sound of the female echoed through the entire sea, and all particles of water were reacting to it. There was no doubt. The owner of the voice could really influence the seawater with great mastery. Just like how the Hex Mile of Tears formation was carried out with the sea waves!

While Qiaolian was busy calculating the intricate changes around her, the strange bubble in front of her suddenly scintillated and transformed into a bright turquoise eyeball.

Upon seeing the true form of the bubble, a flicker of recognition flashed in Qiaolian's eyes. She softly scoffed and stared at the eyeball with interest.

"Ahh... No wonder you can see through my illusion. It turns out you obtain the celestial treasure called Candor Eye. This ability is indeed rare but not that special compared to Foresight. Hehehe... The blue-eyed celestial hydra beast... is that the descendants of your kind?"

"Bah! Foresight? HAHAHA... What delusion! No one has ever reached that level of power. Even the biggest constellation formation can only produce a power of Candor Eye!"

"You're not so informed then. But, speaking of constellation power... Hmmmph... In the end, you are no different from me. Aren't you also pretending?" Qiaolian smirked and continued to observe the changes in the environment. She somehow felt anxious about the amount of inner force that she was using to regulate her breathing. She won't be able to stay longer if she drags their conversation too much!

"HAHAHA... I am the Empress of the Open Sea. Why else could I see you and control the Candor Eye if I don't rule this empire?" the female voice retorted in a tone full of contempt.

"You are only utilizing the power of constellation not the power or authority of a celestial domain. Ohh... dear, you think I don't know the difference? Hehehe... You tried to convene a power of authority but the particles in this place are reacting. If you have true authority, the particles won't react. They will just obey. You are pretending as the empress of this place," Qiaolian replied with a blank expression on her face.

"What do you mean reacting? This empire is obeying my command!"

"No. Cultivation of celestial powers follows a distinct but complicated class and hierarchy. A ruler is a ruler. A follower is a follower. A low class born with the power of authority will eventually rule...--"

"---And a high class born without it... Hehehe... That's you. You have a divine bloodline. But, that's it. There is no power of authority on your bloodline which means your elixir field may not be originally yours? But it belongs to someone that is born with the power of authority. Too bad... Too bad... the power of authority is attached to the inner core. Not to the elixir field. No matter how you try... the result is futile. Ahhh..."

After Qiaolian spoke, she was completely breathless. She needed to pause for a few seconds just to regulate her breathing again.

The particles of water around her slowly shuddered. She raised her hand and sighed. "See? If you read the main manual on celestial cultivation, this kind of reaction is a disappointment. The particles only follow the force from the constellation power. But, not your power."

"Impossible!!!" the female voice screamed in annoyance. The water instantly turned into many swords and suddenly started attacking Qiaolian.

"A sword array? I wonder which divine bloodline you belonged to. But, I'm not that really interested. After all, you are a coward hiding within the dimensions of water. I'd rather search the true Empress of the Open Sea." Qiaolian spoke with provocation. She raised her head and looked at the city in front of her.

The figures of swords completely halted before they could reach her body. "Don't waste my time," Qiaolian added and raised her hand to move the Candor Eye out of her way. The bubble instantly swirled on the side and the turquoise eyeball erratically move.

Qiaolian turned around and notice a spark of silver in one of the tallest buildings in the distance. There was a shadow standing on the rooftop of the building. She took a deep breath and stretched her body comfortably.

"What did you do to my celestial treasure?!" the female voice angrily shouted after Candor Eye lost its focus.

"I've found you!" Qiaolian simply giggled and in an instant, her body turned blurry as she forced her speed to approach the source of the female voice.

"Y-You--- you've been tracking me?!"

"Why else would I speak for so long!?" Qiaolian spoke calmly while facing a beautiful sea monster adorned with red pearls all over her body as clothing. "Where is the Empress of the Open Sea? Don't waste my time. No one has ever beaten me when it comes to trickery. Don't embarrass yourself. You're not that cunning enough."

Before this beautiful sea monster could react, the rooftop where they stood suddenly violently shook. Qiaolian regulated another amount of her inner force just to retain her balance.

"Bring me to the true Empress of the Open Sea and I won't harm you. Don't waste my time. This is the last time I'll warn you!" Qiaolian coldly said and crossed her arms in her chest.

However, the violent shaking did not stop until the entire building started to collapse. Qiaolian reached the arm of the sea monster and quickly move to a safe place.

"You can touch me? B-But your elixir field---" the female voice suddenly asked. Her blue eyes widened in surprise.

"Hehe... What about my elixir field? You are not the only Forged practitioner here. If you can use the elixir field of others, then why can't I? Hurry and speak where your empress is. Otherwise, I'll turn this entire empire into a dust of the sea."
