VOLUME 1: CHAPTER 4 THE THIRD PRINCESS

The soldiers who saw this unfold were left in awry they couldn't believe when they saw Black horn on the ground bleeding whiles Lucryn stood there unscathed as if nothing had happened, He walked toward Black horn's body and began to heal his wound this shocked the soldiers even more Lucy was also confused by his actions. After healing Black horn's wounds, he dragged him towards where the carriage was. As he dragged him Blank horn he cried out in anger and cursed at Lucryn for intervening, after their leader was captured the remaining bandits tried to escape but were caught by the soldiers and after a while they were all rounded up.

Lucryn brought Black horn to the duo in the carriage and said "This is your bad guy and no need to worry he won't cause problems again and goodbye" After saying this he took his things and turned towards the capital ready to continue his journey, but just as he was about to leave the girl in the carriage came out and held his hands and with a gentle voice said "Please wait don't leave I would like to thank you properly" When Lucryn heard the girl's voice he couldn't help but turn around to look at her and what he saw at that moment changed his life forever. A girl with hair as pure as snow skin as white and smooth as jade but the thing that made Lucryn mesmerised was her pure golden eyes which would make anyone that looked into them get lost but Lucryn was not the only one .When the girl saw how he actually looked and his golden eyes she also had the same reaction and couldn't look away when the soldiers noticed this scene they were left mouth open even the soldier in the carriage and Lucy were shocked, whiles looking at the two love birds suddenly noises could be heard from afar as knights on horses were charging towards them.

The soldiers held a flag up high into the sky and on it were two griffins one golden and one white when the injured soldiers saw the flag they began to cheer as backup had arrived the flag was the royal family's symbol. Lucy immediately got her answer since the time everything began the strength and the number of soldiers that protected the carriage was not a normal thing though she didn't know that she was from the royal family she suspected her to be a very important figure and her level of spirit energy was unbelievable. Even though backup had arrived the soldiers had not taken their eyes off what was going on, after a while the light covering them disappeared the two now caught hint of what had happened the two started to blush when they saw everyone looking in their direction.

As the two were blushing a huge and thick voice spoke "Faeryn dear are you okay" this drew the attention of all those around but when the girl heard it she immediately turned around and ran into the person's arms as if she knew who it was. When the other soldiers saw the person they all went down on their knees bowing down to the person Lucryn and Lucy were confused at first but the moment they heard the girl say "Am okay father thanks to this two people" they immediately went down on their knees in an instance to show respect. The person that spoke and was being bowed to be [Raymond Gryphon Endra I] the current king of the Endra kingdom, when the king heard what his daughter said he walked up to Lucryn and Lucy went down on his knees and thanked them the surrounding people were shocked to see the king the ruler of the kingdom bow down to two commoners which he hadn't seen in his life before.

The two siblings stood up and tried to convince the king to stand up and not bow to the took his arms and raised him up after thanking them he asked of their names with a mild voice filled with relief "Am Lucy and this is my twin brother Lucryn your majesty sir" Lucy said feeling nervous 

The king looked at the duo a second time and said "Those are nice names where do you come from and where are you going" They were reluctant at first to say anything but later told the king everything till now but hid the truth about their abilities.

After listening to their story the king ordered the soldiers to escort the two and his daughter to the carriage, but just as they were about to leave the soldiers brought Black horn to the king and reported all that happened in that instance the air became heavy it became hard to breathe and the atmosphere became hot everything around started to burn the king was so enraged that he couldn't keep himself calm and the spirit energy he released was so overwhelming that no one could move but just as things were about to get even worse a figure appeared and placed his hands on the king's shoulder this immediately calmed him down this figure had purple hair and was tall he had a well built stature and was adorned in dark black robes , his spirit energy was so overwhelming and was on par with the king's own but his was calm in nature.

The king with drew his spirit energy back calming everyone down Black horn had fainted and was being please in the cage Lucryn and Lucy were able to hold out for long couldn't stand on their feet and fell to the ground they were breathing heavily, when the king saw them he ordered the soldiers to take them into the carriage and send them back to the capital. The soldiers immediately took action and took them into the carriage Faeryn was also went along with them but for some reason she didn't faint or suffer any setbacks like the others.

Lucryn later opened his eyes only to find himself laying down on a bed so soft that he felt like he was sleeping on clouds but that wasn't the only thing he felt that some was holding his hands and the moment he turned to look his heart skipped a beat ,it was Faeryn holding his hands and she had been taking care of him for the past few days whiles he was unconscious .Faeryn also woke up when she felt Lucryn move the two stared at each other without uttering a word suddenly they both began to blush.

"Hmmm you are awake, how do you feel?"Faeryn asked with a low voice

"Aaaa! Am okay don't feel anything wrong with me" Lucryn said whiles stammering 

"That's good to know and I would like to thank you for saving me from those bandits"

"Don't worry about that there's no need to thank me that what a spirit knight would do" He said with a smile on his face.

Faeryn couldn't help but also smile back at him she had respect for Lucryn after seeing what he did for her without even knowing who she was and for that reason she felt that she could trust him.

"I know this might be late but can I know your name" She asked feeling embarrassed 

"Oh am Lucryn it's a pleasure to meet you too princess! Sorry but it seems I also didn't get your name" 

The two started laughing at each other as if they knew each other; Faeryn then stood up from the floor and looked at him then said then said

"Am Faeryn Gryphon Endra the third princess of the Endra kingdom and it's a pleasure to meet you spirit knight" 

"The pleasure is mine Princess Faeryn Gryphon Endra"
