"An S-Rank, huh… Then he must be from a different country… Just what does he want in my guild?" Old Huan felt confused.
His guild isn't that big at all. There are only a couple of A-Rank Awakened here. They also do not have precious Artifacts that could attract an S-Rank.
While Old Huan did his best to calmly evaluate the situation, Officer Jacques and the other members of the Awakened Special Task Force stiffened at the sight of an S-Rank.
"This is bad… There's a mistake in our intel." Jacques frowned as he observes the mysterious middle-aged man burst with power.
As an officer, he wasn't afraid to die here. It is probably similar to his subordinates. Their duty is to stop criminals like him in the first place. Casualties in certain operations really happen, especially in their line of work. They only accept high-risk missions after all.
