Sue's mind was now filled with thoughts about how convenient it was for her plan if she could form a contract with a sacred beast!
Sacred beasts were not common on the continent. Even in dungeons, low-level or high-level ones, the chances of meeting a sacred beast were low. It was because of two things.
First, sacred beasts were being hunted by the strong people of the land to make the sacred beasts their mounts or their spirit animals. This was a common practice, especially among those who belonged to the big clans. Growing up, Sue Terin had her fair share of fables about the sacred beasts in the continents. She had also heard about a hidden sanctuary for sacred beasts — a realm only for them.
