Chapter 25

(I tried my best and this is all I could write. I would love to get some suggestions for improvement.)

Around the same time Kaito was struggling to control both the good and evil ki, Bulma, Gohan and Krillin are travelling in a spaceship.

Bulma had a phone near her ear. She hears a message "Device not found".

The throws the phone and shouts " Aahhh! That idiot said he would be back in two years. Call me when there is trouble he said. I am not going to forgive him when he returns. Do you think something happened to him?"

Krillin says "Relax Bulma, Kami-sama said that he felt Kaito's ki and it was too high even for him. I don't think something is going to happen to him."

Gohan who didn't know who Kaito was, asked "Bulma, who is Kaito?"

Krillin whispered in his ears "He is Bulma's husband. They married 10 years ago. He left to train and didn't return till now. He said he would return after two years and now she is both mad and worried."

Krillin then turned to Bulma ans asked "Bulma, we have a lot of time until we land on Planet Namek. Till then, why don't you tell us how you and Kaito met and liked each other."

Bulma shouts "As if I would tell you that." and then starts blushing when she remembered that time.

"It all started when I was small. Kaito's mother, Ayaka, and my mom were classmates in university... " Bulma started.

Krillin said in a low voice "So, you are still going to tell is then."

Bulma continued "They were best friends and Kaito's parents lived in the same locality as ours. We were of the same age and aunt Ayaka brought Kaito to our house to introduce him to me.

That's when we first met. He had a mean look on his face and didn't talk much. Even I didn't talk to him as he didn't even look like he was in a mood to talk.

We both ended up in the same kindergarten and he was alone even in kindergarten. He would always sit alone and read all the books he found. He never played or spoke to anyone, even the teachers found it hard to approach him with his mean looks.

Even though he had a mean look, he looked good and almost all the girls in kindergarten were itching to go and talk to him. He had a lot of girl followers.

All this happened at the age of two and a half. I was a very curious girl. I would always get into mom's lab and see her make things. It was fun to learn new things.

I wanted to make something too. So, I sat in the lab with my mom for a whole week and made a RC drone. The next day, I took it to the park and showed it to my friends. We all had fun with it.

But, from the next day, all my friends started avoiding me and some even started bullying me. I didn't understand why that was happening. They all started ignoring me when I try to approach them and when I asked them to play with me, they pushed me aside and said "We are different. We don't want to play with you."

I was still a kid and didn't know what was happening and what I had to do."

Gohan stopped her in between and said "Kaito came to save you right?"

Bulma smiles and says "No, you are wrong Gohan. Kaito was there nearby. He just looked at me and walked past me. I was expecting him to do something but, he just walked off like didn't even know me.

I felt very sad that even he ignored me. After school, I went and spoke to him. I shouted while in tears 'Why didn't you do anything? Why did you ignore me like others? Why are they ignoring me?'

I couldn't bear them ignoring me. That's when I heard Kaito speak for the first time and I will never forget what he said."

"Stop all this and tell us what he said." Krillin said.

"He said 'When someone sees something interesting, they would also want it. After seeing your drone, your friends went and asked their parents for a drone.

Their parents said that they can't get it because they are different from your family. Now that they were told that they can never get it, they didn't like it. If someone is told that they can never get a thing they like, they will slowly start hating it and the one who has it.

Until you stay weak, they will continue to bully you. Only when you stay strong, will others stop bothering you. That doesn't mean you become strong and bully them. Now figure out what to do next. Depending on others is not a good thing." Bulma said.

"That is too wise for his age. I didn't even understand what he meant." Krillin said.

"Even I didn't understand anything but, Kaito was cool when he said that. That's when I fell in love even though I shouldn't be feeling that at that age.

The next day, I spoke with my friends and gifted them each a drone. We all made up and Kaito also started talking with us all little. He quickly became famous among girls.

I had to keep him away from girls so I asked him to date me. His reaction was the one which everyone would expect. He said I was mad but, I didn't leave him. I kept pestering him and he finally had to agree." Bulma said.

"So, that's how you guys grew closer and ended up marrying. It was a good story." Krillin said.

"No Krillin, it didn't end there. All was fine for two years except some moments where he would repeatedly say that he hated this world ruled by strength. I didn't understand what he meant at that time but after seeing all these aliens and their strength, I think it is true.

At the age of four, an incident happened. I was working on a new machine with my mother when I heard some tremors outside. I went out to see what they were and was shocked.

In a kilometre radius around Kaito's house was all flattened, with rumble everywhere. I wanted to check if Kaito was fine but wasn't brave enough to go there. I used my drone which has a camera to check where Kaito was.

I found him in the centre of the crater. He was shivering, looking at his hands stained red. He then immediately ran into the nearby forest.

I wanted the drone to. follow him but the drone I made didn't have that much range. I kept wondering what happened. He came back the next day and went back to the centre of the crater.

He touched the ground with his palm and everything was back to normal. The people that we thought were missing, returned back to the city from the same forest Kaito went to.

I knew that Kaito had something to do with that incident but, I didn't investigate. After that, Kaito went somewhere and never returned to the West city. His parents also went missing from the West city.

After the incident, I tried searching for him and when I learnt about the dragon balls, I decided to wish for his whereabouts. I left searching for the dragon balls and met him while searching for the four star ball." Bulma narrated.
