THE NEW GOVERNMENT OF ATLANTA EMPIRE

Before coming here, Titus has already thought of this issue for just a little bit of time, to decide on how the new court should be after all the the world he transmigrated from was once the ancient china before it developed another system of government , though he say he wasn't the best in history, he had still known the Chinese history by merit. he had already thought of the idea of implementing the systems of the ancient china Court to govern his kingdom.

The four palace departments will be formed and known as the:

The Department of the Palace ; it's responsible for the upkeep of the imperial household and the palace grounds.

The Department of Secret Books; it's responsible for keeping the imperial library and palace records.

The Department of Service ; it's responsible for staffing the palace with eunuchs, servants, maids and

The Department of ambassadors; it's responsibility is to represent the country and the emperor to foreign kingdoms

The left hand man and the right hand man of the emperor shall be called the right prime minister and left prime minister of state of Atlanta respectively the leaders of the government.

The Three Departments will be the three top-level administrative structures in the empire of Atlanta.

They will be the Central Secretariat; "responsible for drafting policy," the Chancellery;

" responsible for reviewing policy and advising the emperor",

and the Department of State Affairs; "responsible for implementing policy" . The former two can closely be joined as the Secretariat-Chancellery working hand in hand. 

The Six Ministries also be known as the Six Boards, who will be the direct administrative organs of the state under the authority of the Department of State Affairs. These are the following Ministries.

The Minister of Personnel,

The  Minister of Rites, 

The Minister of War,

 The Minister of Justice, 

The Minister of Works,

The minister Revenue.

The following ministers are of great importance in the assistance of the central government , they will be as follows;

~the Director of the Imperial Clan

~the Grand Minister of Agriculture

The other ministries will be approved and appointed by the court through their qualifications and their services they have provided so far and also other ministries will be selected through examinations given by the court.

The officials are to be ranked from 1-rank official to the 5- rank official respectively to their position of post.

Titus finished talking to people inside the palace Hall and waited for them to digest the information, he knew that people could find it difficult to believe in such a government system due to many people having administrative powers unlike were only three to four figures could hold administrative powers to give decisions and opinions in the court.
