Future Plans

I entered the training ground with fresh energy, not that I ever felt tired after reaching my current level. I didn't even need to sleep or eat, It was just a hobby now which gave me some "me" time, not a necessity.

I started practising the Physical and Spiritual Training Technique. I can feel the bottleneck, which will take some time break. I am sure it is not unbreakable. There will a big surprise

waiting for me after I break it.

In the afternoon after I was done with my mendatory training, I started practising the Water element nature change.

My Heaven Defying Comprehension Ability kicked in and various insights kept on appearing as I dwell deeper in the mysteries of nature.

Water changing form, somtimes it is a rain, other times it is flood. There is water present everywhere around us. May it be in the form of vapours, clouds, river, oceans or ice. It can be Solid, liquid and gas. All kinds of insights kept appearing in my thoughts.

Night approached and I ended my training for today, Shadow Clone was released and the memory feedback came. No major incident.

I walked my way home, kept greeting people who greeted me. It warmed my heart to see such a lively Konoha. I reached home and went inside.

Kushina was there waiting for me. After seeing me enter, she ran to me and jumped into my arms. Naruto was on her back attached properly to her with straps and clothes.

The night went on, we ate dinner and played with Naruto. I put Naruto to sleep and left a Shadow clone near him, if he wakes up crying by chance in the middle of the night.

I went to Kushina, The night was getting hot. We fucked for hours, I stopped after seeing her completely out of energy. Maybe I should get another wife.

"Minato, Is not completely satisfied and I am already out of energy. Maybe I should propose to him to get a concubine. Obviously no wife, As I will be his only wife." Kushina thought with some hesitation and expectation.

She expressed her thoughts to Minato but he did except the idea directly and said he will think over it. She decided to find a suitable candidate till then.

We woke up next morning, freshen up and ate breakfast. Kushina took Naruto from the Shadow Clone and I released it. Then I went to work and training. The Shadow Clone went to work while, The main body went to train.

I went straight to Hokage tower after separating from Main body. Everyone I met on the way looked at me with respect. Many greeted me and presented some gift for me, but I declined most of them and greeted them back warmly.

After reaching the Office, I looked at the today's pile of paperwork to do. I have basically understood what these paperwork signify for a Hokage and I am sure most tasks can be dealt with by any responsible Jounin. That leaves me to designate just the A nas S level tasks.

There are reports and the Hospital, Police Station, Ninja School and the protection fees provided by the businessman.

We can't directly from every businessman but the one's dealing with ninja stuff must provide certain kind of fees to the village. Village's source of Income is mostly from the tasks and montly rent of land allocated to villagers.

Rather then considering the economic consition of Konoha which doesn't seem to have a major issue. I would like to start with the school. The quality of ninja needs to be improved

Chakra Control, Secilization in Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu atleast one of them. Looking for talents who learn hard subjects like Fuinjutsu and Iryo Ninjutsu. Teaching atleast one Ninjutsu for attack and defense according to the affinity they have. We also need sensory ninja's.

Maybe I could come up with a special seal which could indentify, what would be the best direction for the student to choose to achieve his full potential.

As tye Hokage I should have been the school principal, but Sarutobi Hurizen still hasn't given up his position. So I still had to talk with if I want to make some changes in school curriculum.

He came after some time, first I finished dealing with the paperwork. It was afternoon by the time I finished checking all the tasks and reports.

"Third Hokage sama, I have some plans I want to implement on certain departments and institutes in Konoha" I said while looking at him smoking tobacco.

Let's just make him my puppet, Absolute Mind Control Technique. I used the technique on him and made him my loyal subject. He will do as I say from now on.

So I gave him some ideas about training students in ninja school. I wanted certain results from it such as most students should be able to reach Chunin level strength before they can graduate by the age of 12.

I want a proper army who follows my orders unconditionaly. I also want Navy and Air force. For Air force, I will have to come up with a Ninjutsu which helps them fly. They also need a counter measure for these kinds of forces.

I also need to start making a complete guide on becoming a ninja from Genin to atleast a Peak Kage level powerhouses. Obviously It will only be given to the cream of the crop, who will also be applied with Absolute Mind Control Technique.

So my to do list contains :

1. A technique to check what to practise for students.

2. A Ninjutsu to help fly

3. A guide to make Genin into peak Kage, only for those who have the potential to become one.

I also want to push forward the architecture and technology of Konoha. Research department in various field also needs to set up. May it be coming up with Jutsu's which help increase productivity and not just for killing.

Well this is for tomorrow, It is already night. I released myself and returned to the main body, After I was done instructing Hurizen on the School matters.
