The next day I woke up refreshed with my chakra pool full and quickly henge(d) before waking Amefumi up, his condition was even better than yesterday despite not applying any medicine. Although we ran for hours it was only on the four days that I perceived a massive black cloud pouring rain on some large, sprawling towers that should be factories, which are visible from a distance emitting smokestacks. Although the industrialized architecture of Amegakure may seem utilitarian and lacking in aesthetic appeal it was only through them that they became able to have enough money for the village. These factories are responsible for producing a variety of goods, including weapons and machinery, which are exported to other parts of the world helping the country to be self-efficient not like Sunagakure where their income came from the wind daimyo mission. I opted to be careful with my meeting with Hanzo as he was said to be a very security-conscious individual who trusted no one. Knowing this, I decided to take some precautions, one of which was to use the shadow clone technique to create a shadow clone. This would allow me to keep my distance from Hanzō while still being able to converse with him. I also made sure to gather as much information as I could about Hanzō before our meeting by asking his son. I learned that he was guarded twenty-four hours a day and did not allow anyone in his presence even him without being thoroughly searched. This showed that he was very serious about his security and that I needed to be careful with how I made my demand.

The buildings in the village were mostly made of steel and concrete if the owner had enough money, with few embellishments or decorative features. The harsh climate of perpetual rain likely contributes to this practical approach to architecture.

Despite the functional nature of the architecture, Amegakure's industrial zone is an impressive feat of engineering. The factories are organized logically, with efficient production lines and transportation systems that ensure smooth operation. However, the village's focus on industry has also had negative consequences. The pollution and waste generated by the factories have taken a toll on the environment, and the local ecosystem has suffered as a result, the surrounding nation also started to pressure them judging by the conversation I overheard from the factory worker. Additionally, the concentration of industry has led to a large wealth gap, with a small elite class benefiting from the profits while many citizens struggle to make their livings, the main body will be happy to learn that destroying the village will be this easy if Hanzo tries to kill him.

Back to the mission, I approached Hanzo's heavily fortified compound, I couldn't help but feel a sense of danger from the chakra emitting from everywhere if it was not an order from the main body I would run immediately. I was greeted by several well-armed guards with a terrifying chakra pool, who subjected me to an intense search before finally allowing me entry

"State your business you two," growled one of the guards.

"I wish to speak with Hanzo," I replied, trying to keep my tone even as the boss always says.

"Hmph are you even qualified?" said the guard with anger but suddenly became quiet at the apparition of a man with a mask giving him a scroll and disappearing either by substitution or Shunshin no Jutsu

"Follow me," the man barked, leading me through a labyrinthine network of corridors and rooms until we reached a grand chamber where Hanzo was waiting.

"What brings you here? Are you a supporter of my brother ?" he demanded, eyeing me suspiciously.

"No, I have come with your son. I rescued him from your brother by chance" I said

Hanzo's eyes blazed with anger and something else. "Prove it," he demanded.

As Hanzo asked me where I had been, I nervously replied with a high-pitched voice, trying to maintain my disguise as a male. "Hehe, Dad, Uncle wanted me to help him with some things, but he trapped me with the help of a strange seal," I lied, hoping he would buy my excuse, the truth was that I was too weak to do anything and when I had an opportunity to kill my opponent I became scared to kill him.

Hanzo's eyes narrowed in suspicion, but he didn't press further. "You... forget it," he said dismissively.

I took a deep breath and gathered my courage. "Father! Train me!" I exclaimed, feeling a surge of determination. "I know you said that you became so strong because of a series of encounters, but at least give me a chance to pass the test of the salamander! I want to be strong like you and protect our village!"

I could see a flicker of surprise in Hanzo's eyes, but it quickly turned into a cold glare. "You want power, AmeFumi?" he asked, his voice low and dangerous. "Power corrupts, and it's not something to be taken lightly. It comes with great responsibility and sacrifice. Are you willing to pay that price?"

I nodded eagerly, trying to hide my fear. "Yes, Father. I know the risks, but I want to be strong enough to defend our village and our people. Please, teach me."

Hanzo regarded me silently for a moment as if weighing my resolve. Finally, he spoke. "Very well. But know this, AmeFumi. I will not go easy on you. You will have to work hard and prove yourself worthy of my teachings. And if you fail, there will be consequences and on the other end if you become strong I may allow you to take this seal off"

One hour later, I was summoned back to Hanzo's chambers. "After deliberating with my son and the council, I have decided to grant you the reward of three months in the first layer of the Library of Amegakure," Hanzo announced.

I couldn't believe my ears. The Library of a village was one of the most well-guarded places, and gaining access to even one layer was considered a great privilege. Three months in the first layer meant that I would have access to rare and valuable information that could help me become stronger.

"Thank you, Lord Hanzo. I won't disappoint you, but could I have access to the history section of the second floor as well" I said, bowing deeply.

Hanzo seeing no interest in history nodded. "Make good use of your time there."

Once I had exited his mansion I quickly got into an inn and dispelled myself

Hmm, the meeting with Hanzo went better than I expected. Despite his reputation for being paranoid and untrusting, he was quite amiable and even offered to share some of his insights on the path of shinobi. He was not stingy with his reward. Being given unrestricted access to the village's library's first-layer and second-layer history for three months is already a boom. But now he even granted me the privilege of seeking assistance from Genin and Chunnin ninja without any charge as long as they had accepted. Some may argue that three months is a relatively short period and that Hanzo was being frugal, but both of us were far from naive. It was clear to me that he wished to establish a solid bond with me, but unfortunately, he couldn't risk me divulging the library's jutsus - the very techniques that had brought their village to fame to the world. If I were to learn and then sell those secrets to another village, it could spell trouble for them.

It was on the last shelf near the second layer and when reading it I was surprised at the flow of the chakra, in my last attempt I was injured a little because I didn't gather the chakra correctly but I was right in the rest. Did the Uzumaki had a talent for creating jutsus? They did create Fūinjutsu, naruto was able to create the Rasenshuriken after learning the Rasengan too. It seemed that I should learn more about the origin of the Uzumaki.

The reason why replicating jutsu is impossible without understanding the chakra path and flow required is because chakra is a complex energy that cannot be manipulated at will. It must be channeled through the body in specific ways to achieve the desired effect. To perform a jutsu correctly, one must follow a specific chakra path and flow. Any deviation, no matter how slight, can result in failure or unintended consequences. Hand signs are merely a way to manipulate chakra and direct it along the required path. Therefore, knowing the hand signs alone is not enough to perform a jutsu successfully. It's like following a recipe without understanding the ingredients or cooking techniques required. It would be a futile effort that would most likely result in failure. To successfully perform a jutsu, one must have a thorough understanding of the chakra system and the specific requirements for each jutsu. But the reason I was able to recreate the Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu was that I paid a price. The Katon Gyoka no Jutsu requires a specific chakra path and flow that is unique to this jutsu. To perform this jutsu, you must focus your chakra in your lungs and stomach area, as this is where the chakra will be converted into a fire-based chakra. You must then perform the necessary hand seals, which are horse, tiger, and boar. The hand seals are essential for manipulating the chakra and shaping it into a ball of flames. While still holding the hand seals, inhale deeply, drawing air into your lungs. Then, exhale sharply, forcing your chakra out of your mouth and into a large ball of flames. As you exhale, you must use your chakra to control the size and direction of the fireball, guiding it toward your target. But at the price of burning your lungs or more Chakra, you could do the same thing although it was not used frequently it allowed you to perform some jutsu without completely knowing them. There is also another case where the user simply has achieved a level of chakra nature transformation at a high level allowing the creation of original jutsu like Kakashi with his Chidori.

You also have techniques like the "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu," or Shadow Clone Technique, a jutsu that creates a physical clone of the user. The technique is performed by focusing Chakra into a specific point in the body, creating a temporary copy of the user that can be controlled. To perform it, the user must first focus their chakra on a specific point in their body, typically their hand or fingertip. Next, they will create a hand seal and release the chakra, causing it to transform into a physical clone of themselves which is easier to recreate as it's not dangerous.
