"You're saying that Huan Huan is the next Geo Archon?"

Hu Tao finally processed all the information Ganyu had shared, her eyes full of surprise as she looked at Lin Yuan.

The new Geo Archon appeared in Wuwang Hill and was coincidentally picked up by her. How could such a coincidence even exist in this world?

Even with Hu Tao's bold personality, she couldn't help but reflect on her behavior toward Lin Yuan after finding him.

Hmm, although I initially wanted to bury the egg, I did end up bringing it back to Liyue. That's worth some credit, right? And though I wanted to raise the new Archon like a pet, it was out of kindness, to give Huan Huan something to do.

After some serious self-examination, Hu Tao concluded she had done nothing wrong and felt relieved.

While Hu Tao was justifying her actions, Ganyu questioned in confusion, "Huan Huan?"

"Oh, that's the name I gave the new Geo Archon while he's staying at the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor. Isn't it vivid and fitting?" Hu Tao crossed her arms, looking quite pleased with herself, clearly proud of the name she'd come up with.

Lin Yuan felt speechless. No one even complimented her, yet she was already boasting.

But "Huan Huan" as a name really isn't something just anyone could think of. Whether Hu Tao had artistic talent was debatable, but artistic quirks? Definitely.

Hu Tao's art might just be a little ahead of its time for humans to appreciate, but at least Lin Yuan didn't get it, and he protested with his usual response: "Ying ying ying!"

Ganyu listened to Lin Yuan's whine and said, "It seems like this little guy doesn't like that name."

Lin Yuan was almost moved to tears. Finally, someone could understand him! Ganyu, with her Qilin bloodline and millennia of experience assisting the former Geo Archon, could even comprehend his baby dragon growls!

Of course, Zhongli would also understand him, but he rarely spoke up after meeting Lin Yuan, so there was no point in relying on him.

Hu Tao, somewhat dissatisfied, replied, "Huan Huan is such a nice name, why wouldn't the little guy like it? Ganyu, don't you think it suits him perfectly?"

Ganyu, being kind-hearted, responded tactfully, "Maybe… perhaps."

"By the way, I was thinking of taking this little one to show to the Qixing," Ganyu added, smoothly changing the topic.

After all, the fact that Liyue had found its new Geo Archon was of utmost importance, and the Qixing, as the highest authority in Liyue, needed to be informed. Ganyu also wanted to pave the way for Lin Yuan so he could be recognized by the Qixing and groomed as the next Geo Archon.

Hu Tao, not too happy about it, suspiciously asked, "You're just going to show him to them, right? You'll bring him back afterward?"

Even though Lin Yuan had just been born, Hu Tao already considered him a part of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor. If it weren't for the fact that this matter concerned Liyue's Geo Archon, she wouldn't want anyone to take Lin Yuan away.

"Yes, I promise I'll bring him back afterward," Ganyu nodded.

Though Hu Tao seemed unreliable at times, Ganyu felt that Lin Yuan was somehow quite suited to growing up in the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor.

Still not entirely reassured, Hu Tao clapped her hands, saying, "You know what? I'll go with you. Huan Huan would feel uncomfortable without me around, I'm sure."

Lin Yuan stirred in Ganyu's arms, internally grumbling: "No, I'd be much more comfortable without you around, trickster!"

He thought back to all the nerve-wracking moments since he'd met Hu Tao. Being with Ganyu felt much more secure.

Ganyu nodded in agreement, allowing Hu Tao to accompany them. But before they left, Ganyu glanced gently at Lin Yuan and asked, "Have you fed this little one anything yet?"

At this, the members of Wangsheng Funeral Parlor stiffened and quickly sent meaningful glances at Hu Tao, signaling her not to mention the earlier attempt to feed Lin Yuan leftovers.

A guest stepped in, saying, "No, we haven't fed him yet. We were actually wondering what we should give Huan Huan… this little one to eat."

Others chimed in, "Yeah, the mighty Geo Archon—what would be suitable for him to eat?"

"We were afraid of feeding him the wrong thing and stunting his growth," another added.

Hu Tao ignored the hints from her employees and said directly, "What's so hard about it? As a member of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, Huan Huan should be able to eat what we do, no problem."

Otherwise, she figured, she wouldn't be able to afford to raise him.

The staff almost rushed over to cover Hu Tao's mouth, trying to prevent her from saying anything else.

Ganyu, slightly puzzled, innocently asked, "But isn't a newborn supposed to drink milk?"

Hearing this, Lin Yuan was so excited he almost roared again. Ganyu really was too considerate!

Could it be that Ganyu was going to give him some coconut milk? He was all for it—he loved that stuff!

At that moment, Lin Yuan felt an overwhelming connection with Qiqi.

The employees of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, on the other hand, were confused. "Milk? What kind of milk?"

"Whatever you need, Ganyu, just say the word, and we'll get it right away," one offered.

"There's a shop nearby that sells cow's milk. If that's what you need, we can fetch it quickly," another added.

Despite Lin Yuan's internal pleas for coconut milk, Ganyu of course didn't produce any herself.

"Cow's milk will do," Ganyu said, and Hu Tao immediately sent someone to buy some.

Once the milk was brought back, they filled a bottle used for Liyue's infants, placed a nipple on it, and brought it to Lin Yuan.

"Here, drink some milk first. Then we'll head to see the Qixing," Ganyu said gently, holding Lin Yuan in one arm and bringing the bottle close with the other.

Everyone watched curiously, eager to see how the newly born Geo Archon would drink his milk.

Although Lin Yuan was slightly disappointed at not getting coconut milk, being cared for by Ganyu was a nice trade-off.

He opened his little dragon mouth, revealing sharp baby teeth, and eagerly bit into the bottle, beginning to drink.

After finally having his first meal since being born, Lin Yuan felt his body hungrily absorbing the milk's nutrients, fueling his growth. This made him even more eager to continue.

Ganyu's eyes twinkled with amusement, and the staff of Wangsheng Funeral Parlor marveled at the sight.

Once Lin Yuan had his fill, Ganyu held him in her arms and, along with Hu Tao, headed to the Jade Chamber to meet with the Qixing.
