(General POV)
Location the Chaos Waster/Battlefield near the Fortress of the Damned-Chaos Undivided vs. Norscan Raiders
As the forces of Ixion/Dark Gods of the Warp, wait for their enemies to appear, they started to listening to marching boots getting closer.
The Dark Gods inside of Ixion sensed another army of mortal humans, numbering 500 strong slightly larger their own forces but from what they can sense only three souls in the enemy side, were strong.
Over the grey, desolate hill the covered most of the glimpse of the fortress they were heading towards, came a strong, muscular pale skin man with some Norscan runes painted onto his skin, specifically his right waist, and all the expose flesh on his arms.
He was clearly the army lord, for the strength emenating from this human, he has on a rounded metal helmet that covered most of his face, it has small horns, and a opening for the man's jaw revealing a reddish thick beard, that was braided on the front.
A fur coat hanging from his shoulders, on his right shoulder a three spike rounded pauldron with leather straps connecting the pauldron to a steel, rough chestplate.
Aside from a pair of black wristbands, a large leather belt with a furred made loincloth, at his waist hanged a couple of withered head and skulls bound onto his loincloth.
This mortal wear thick furred and pelted pants with a heavy set of greaves and knee-guards made from crude metals.
On his left hand he wielded a great metal shield that bared the eight-point star of Chaos, while on his opposite hand he held a heavy axe, with a leather wrap at the bottom of the axe-handle.
Laharl commented that he is obviously the tribal chieftain of these mortal, and an unaligned servent of Chaos.
His brothers agreed as the rest of the Norscan Chieftain's forces started to emerge and join their lord/chieftain side.
Amongst the chieftain's follower was a magic wielder, as this Norscan spell caster atood beside him, Aillia told the unknowing Chaos Gods (Khorne and Nurgle) that, that man was a Shaman Sorcerer, with a white wolf pelt over his head like a hood, Aillia explained that a Shaman Sorcerers are one of the so-called "shamans" native to the tribes of Norsca, the harsh lands of the Chaos Wastes.
This chieftain stood forward introducing himself Ud'ghar Baine, the Bloodsoaked, he demanded that Ixion/Dark Gods of the Warp, surrender to the greatest warrior of the Gods.
Laharl, Khorne, and Nurgle ignored the fool and looked around at his forces, within his command are over a hundred marauders from axe-throwers, to berserkers, as well as some fimirs one of them being the strongest as the Chaos energies overflowed from the weird cyclopian reptial thing, or as many call these servents of Chaos, Bog-daemons of the North.
Several beasts were also in his control from Norscan ice wolves to warhounds, all in all a puny, weak force that all three Gods could agree it will serve as small amusement for them, as they commanded their avatar to close his eyes and crack his neck on the side.
Taking full control over their avatar, and looking directly at Ud'ghar Baine, they spoke, "I Ixion Daemonhart, will not kneel to shall a weakling, that dares claims favor from the Gods!!!!" they pointed their sword at the tribesmen chieftain, and continued, "A deluded fool's only worth is servitude...or as meager sacrifice to the Dark Gods!!!" Ixion's proclamation was heard not only by the Norscan, but by the Chaos Gods, as a storm started to form above the soon to be made battlefield.
Enraged the Norscan Chieftain, Ud'ghar Baine yelled out a battle cry, and commanded his fellow tribesmen to charge as hundreds of Norscan Marauders, Fimirs, Ice Wolves, and Warhound rushed forward.
Then Ud'ghar rushed forward as well to join in glorious battle, especially when it was the Gods themselves that have sent him here to face this warrior name Ixion Daemonhart.
Ixion watched the fools rushed down from the hilltop, they scoffed as Laharl taking over the mouth of the avatar ordered his mortifinis to start charging forward, followed by Khorne switching voices and ordering his bloodletters to attack as well.
As the new laharlish daemons along with khornate daemons lead the charge, Laharl took command again to summon the last two and largest units in their army.
Rising his left arm into the air, channeling a small amount of his power to open a small rift in the sky, turning the storm into a small violet vortex within a spot in the Warp, completely disconnecting it from the Old World, Realm of Chaos.
As two violet flame coated meteorites fell from the vortex came crashing down, already claiming a bunch of marauders once the two meteorites struck the corrupted ground.
Both Khorne and Nurgle were surprised at what they saw, as the Dark One told them that is a unique ability all his Infernal are able to do as long as a powerful sorceror or daemon is able to summon them.
He explained in the world that Infernals originally came from called Azeroth, infernal get summoned/launched at enemies like meteors, and his Infernal are able to do same, and once they make landfall...
As the two daemonic constructs, rouse from violet fiery crators they made, huge daemonic stone made behemoths with their stone head ignited in violet colored flames.
Bursting fort roaring as their fire and violet energy flared up, as the two Infernals were targeted by the axe-throwers and greataxe marauders but their weapons only bounce off the hard surface of the daemonic constructs.
As one of the infernals rised his arms high, and smashed them through the Norscans, crushing their bodies, exposing broken bones and oozing blood, along with cracking the ground from the impact.
Before the Norscans could react or counter already the Bloodletters of Khorne have made it to them, one of those said khornate daemons taking advantage of the infernal's position, climb up the daemon construct and jumped off of it.
Leaping at a human marauder spearman, the bloodletter swung his hellblade slicing throught the human, spraying blood everywhere.
The Norscans were shocked to see the Blood God's daemons serving a unknown warrior, but that shock was shortly lived as the other bloodletters arrived joining their kin that has already spilled fresh blood, the marauders were about to face off against the Blood God's minions, when the Infernals once again struck at them, followed up by the unknown Chaos creatures (Mortfinis) within maroon gibbets also joined the battle.
As the bloodletters and the mortfinis hacked and slashed their victims apart, as hellish blades, longswords, guillotines, and harberts were being bathed in flesh and blood, along with daemonic constructs stomping, crushing, blasting, and burning away their human prey...
All the while the Dark Gods of the Realm of Chaos watched both intrigued and pleased as the now revealed Ixion Daemonhart, made his next move...
The brothers within the avatar Ixion, were please with their initial attack being a utter success, as Laharl advised Nurgle to send his infectors and infected hounds to "infect" some of the Norscan, to add to their numbers and claim a "Heroic Victory", Nurgle loved his brother suggestion and did so.
Just as the Dark One, suggested Nurgle took control of the avatar's voice, and ordered his plague daemons and host to charge in with the infected hounds being a lot faster than the Infectors.
All the while, Laharl could really see the similarities between this battle and a compute screen watching a Total War battle, but it was enough delay it was time to strike and slaughter!!!
Khorne felt his older brother's bloodlust and hunger for battle, completely agreeing that it was time to move in!!!
Ixion watched as the nurglish daemons started make their way to the main battle.
As the avatar rised their daemonic greatsword, speaking in three sets of male voices, addressing the remaining troops that have yet to move, "It time to slaughter!!!! Harvest their souls, in the name of Dark Gods!!!!" the shi'lanorai/frost eldars, plus the remaining finis daemons let out, a great battle cry as they started marching forward, to battle.
Ud'ghar Baine was admist of clashing against one of the "Hound's" (Khorne) minions, the bloodletter's hellblade blocked by his shield, as he pushed the lesser daemon back and drove his heavy axe straight through the daemon's skull, ending it's life.
As the Norscan Chieftain, pulled his weapon out his kill, he saw his tribesmen struggle against the forces of Daemonhart, enraging the northman, but the fimirs were able to fight back against the gibbet creatures with their maces and clubs, as bladed weapons unless using piercing attack were utterly ineffective against the creatures.
But the biggest threat were those flaming golems (Infernals) no attack his warriors tried worked, only resulting in broken weapons or another one of his tribesmen slain.
This only fuel the chieftain's rage, as he yelled, "You weak scum!!! Are you all sastified with shaming our Gods, our ancestors with weakness?" Ud'ghar's setting a fire on his tribesmen feet, as they rallied and fought harder then before.
Ud'ghar roared, and smashed his axe against his greatshield as he charge right into battle as he ran head first at the squad of bloodletters, norscan berserkers joined him as he clashed against the Blood God's daemonic servents.
While that scurmish happened at the east edge of the battle, Nurgle's infectors and infected hounds have finally reached the main frontline battle between the combined daemonic forces of Khorne and Laharl, against the Norscan.
And it was clear which side was dominating, despite some few loses of bloodletters, and a couple of mortifinis that spearmen took down with a stab through the head between the mortfinis' gibbets, the Norscan have clearly suffered heavier losses.
This battle was just starting already it was clear to the Dark Gods which of the two most recent, aspiring Champions was going to emerge victorious and continue to earn their dark favor...
Location the Realm of Chaos
While all this bloodshed, destruction, havoc, and glorious battle was occurring the four Chaos Gods of the Old World, were watching attentively at this new warlord, name Ixion Daemonhart, possessing great power, strategic ability, unknown magic, and dominion of Chaos Daemons none of them have ever seen before.
They were curious and pleased with the new daemons of course they tried to gain dominance over them but all their attemps, were meet by an ancient power, older than them but clearly born of Chaos as well...
Each of the God OW-Khorne, OW-Nurgle, Tzeentch, and Slaanesh craved this new warrior as an exclusive servent and champion, under their respected thrall...
OW-Khorne was watching from his hellish domain, sitting from his throne, all he wanted is to see this warrior reach his fullest potential and strength, under his banner, the Blood God could already see he is able to not only command his daemons but also elves that have been stubborn enemies almost as the damned Lizardmen, kneel and fell to Chaos.
The Blood God craved for such a mighty champion, spreading the flames of war endlessly on the land, but claim countless victories and skulls in his name, OW-Khorne, he'll blessed this mortal greatly should he pass this trial and convince him of entering exclusive worship to him!!!
OW-Nurgle he was overjoyed as he watched from his beloved cauldron, the vile waters showed him everything that is happening in the Wastes.
He watched as the maggot daemons called Infectors as Ixion call them, to enter the battle with the infected warhounds ignoring the wounds the humans were dealing which only cause more wonderful infection to grow, along with spawning another maggot daemon!!!!
The Plague God was soo happy, especially when the warhounds of Ixion bit a Norscan immediately infecting the mortal with sicknesses that he has never seen before, immediately they prayed to him for alleviation and salvation from the rot.
Being the loving "benevolent" God he is he immediately turned them into his followers and instructed them to fight and serve under Ixion, but unknown to him while he did receive the prayers and worship the Nurgle within Ixion has already converted them, tricking the Old World counterpart that these mortals belong to him...
Regardless, the Rot Lord was beyond pleased as the maggot Infectors also infected and "animated" some of the fallen corpses making the Plague God, not only want the infectors and all Hosts of those maggot daemons under his control...but also this powerful aspiring champion, Ixion Daemonhart!!
OW-Nurgle predicts great pandemics happening at the hands of Daemonhart, similar to one of his mightiest follower, Bödvarr Ribspreader, not only has he possesses a great body, perfect for hosting countless gifts, but the power to infect the world in endless carrion!!!
Regardless of the outcome...which is obvious...of this battle, the Plague God will welcome him to his service and love, delivering endless gifts and blessing to the next "Rotbringer" in his servitude.
Tzeentch he has recovered from his migraine cause by whatever daemon that dared attack him (Iron Maiden 666), and pushed back his hated sibling, Nurgle invasion he immediately changed back to his most strongest state and started observing the mortal known as Ixion Daemonhart.
From his Impossible Fortress, the Changer of Way saw the power that Daemonhart was capable of not only could he summon daemonic constructs that would be perfect vassal for sorcery and change, but he was able to invoke these daemonic creatures without a ritual or chanting!!!!
This meant that this mortal possessed not only talent but magical knowledge that none of his daemons were capable of, which only served to increase the Sorcery Lord's interest and curiosity, he craved that knowledge, those secrets, and magic for his own, especially since the Architect of Fate could sense even in the Infinite dark void that shrouds Ixion, power and magic...a magic capable of binding daemons of different pantheons into one force.
None have been able to achieve this unless he and his rivals command or reward their daemons to a worthy champion, but this unknown warlord unaligned to any singular force of Chaos was able to achieve this, the Raven God desired him and he'll manipulate everything and anything to gain Ixion Daemonhart as his servent, he might even send Vilitch or even Archeon to led the fate of Ixion to his rightful destiny, at his side, as the Changer of Ways smiled in his innumerable mouths and faces...
Lastly Slaanesh too was watching very attentively at the newest Chaos Lord to emerge in their corrupted lands.
She was very intrigued, amused, and curious of a warrior capable of not only command elves but corrupt them, the only elves that freely "worship" her were the dark elves of the Pleasure Cults, but that whore Morathi found a method to gain her power but not lose their souls to her, just remembering this enraged the Dark Princess, as she stab a daemonette close to her through the chest!!!
Flicking off the daemon blood of her hand, she could sense great desires, hunger, and lust from this mortal, greater than even her favorite champion Sigvald the Magnificent.
Not only that but his strategies and leadership can be considered nothing less than perfect, especially his plots were meant to bring utter suffering to his opponent she was glad she lead the Norscan barberians to him, so she can test the little mortal, and at last she is able to see him in battle as he enter the battle.
Slaanesh could only see perfection, beauty and desires being fulfilled and denied those rewards to others in sweet agony, not only that but this Ixion Daemonhart might be the champion she has always desired to not only conquer, destroy, and corrupt Ulthuan, Naggarothi, and Althea Loren, finally all the elves souls shall be her's, she moaned in pleasure at the thought is was clear, she needed to seduce this mortal to her service immediately!!!!!
