A Day of Relaxation

As the first rays of dawn filtered through the castle windows, Emily stirred awake, feeling the rare sensation of true relaxation. After the intense battles and the recent triumph over the Leviathan, she was ready for a day of peace. Stretching out, she felt the comfort of her bed and the promise of a calm day ahead.

Down in the dining hall, breakfast was already in full swing. The room was filled with the sounds of laughter and clinking cutlery. Emily joined her friends at the long, ornate table. Arawn was mid-story, his animated gestures causing his audience to giggle uncontrollably.

"And then, Baelgor tried to roast the chicken with his bare hands!" Arawn exclaimed, causing everyone to burst into laughter.

"Hey, it worked, didn't it?" Baelgor retorted, a playful grin on his face. "It was the best chicken we've ever had!"
