Primordial Art

From day and night of hardworking till bone tired both Yusheng and Pei jin managed to finish their cultivation. One would say both were monsters at cultivating, unrivaled genius, stubborn to bone never taking their steps back.

Pei Jin had been cultivating primordial arts and forced to stop because of being crippled, but like finding fortune in misfortune he managed to master it completely this time.

This art like Yusheng's heaven art was a gem among gem. It is rumored to be a secret art during the era of immortals and before they ascended to godly realm they have passed this art as a gift of farewell to their closed ones as their hope to meet them in the same realm but sadly none was able to reach that level as the heavens closed their gates and forbided creation of new god from the mortal realm.

The power strong enough to ascend the godly realm was what this art was about, but slowly human treachery was what made this art drop a level, cursed by the heaven itself never be able to ascend in godly realm. But still the power of this art was on par with heaven arts, or even a bit above not sure as there never had been two people duel with these two arts.

Coveted by many, rivers of blood flowed to gain this art, making them go crazy for unable to ascend up like their ancestors hence the final cultivator of this art had it buried deep inside the dragon forest which was later uncovered by a monk also known as great sage of dragon temple.

When uncovered the great sage had made a divination "one born on the dragon year, fathered by the dragon and mothered by the pheonix" would be the successor and true master of this art.

Hence every time a prince born on the dragon year would be given this art to practice, if they were unable to show any result within the first year it was taken back to the dragon forest temple to keep it hidden and safe until the next one is born.

These princes were discreetly taught without even them knowing what kind of art it was, to maintain secrecy. Thus only the emperors had the knowledge about the existence of this art. Though many muddled emperors had the thought to keep it for themselves but because of the fear of great sage they were unable to do so.

Like this it was passed back and forth upon many times until Pei Jin born on the dragon year had managed to show progress in this arts making him the successor of it. The great sage himself had taught Pei Jin when he showed the first sign of progress.

Now able to flatten a mountain and cut the River was not mere words for Pei Jin. His aura was much more sharper and icier than before, every cell of his body had transformed thoroughly after mastering the art and facing the heavenly tribulation.

The day of his tribulation the entire medicine valley felt the tremble of the land, it was so powerful that Tao who was hiding far felt the rush of qi inside his body, making him vomit blood from the aura and pressure generated from the tribulation.

While Pei Jin nearly left the world facing such tribulation, it seemed as if the gods above were angry and wanted to kill him but at the same time couldn't help but feel that he deserved it.

Hence though the tribulation was very harsh but the benifit reaped after was also not small.

Tao was crying rivers, nose full of snot, wailing aloud like his master was dead after he saw Pei Jin in his own pool of blood.

If not for the timely medical help from the elders of the valley, Pei Jin would have definitely died from the blood loss. After the tribulation on the right side of his chest had a imprint of heavenlyi dragon above the cloud. A stamp placed by the heaven itself as if saying your efforts are acknowledged.

While Yusheng was inside in her own deep cultivation, though she felt the tremble of land but herself being in painful and precarious situation never she would have imagined for pei jin to face such tribulation nor she had the time to think about it.
