Fate sealed

The capital turned lively once again. Song hui, Bai lan and zhou xuan became talk of the entire capital. Many stories were created making Zhou xuan a villainess jealous of her friend and trying to tear apart a romantic couple, while some had bai lan as the evil one, some even made song hui to turn into a lusty person playing with two girls.

Each version worst than the other. Their families were greatly shamed. Duke ying for the first time berated his son, bai Qi who was bai lan's father felt like killing his daughter, while Zhou xuan was punished heavily by prime minster.

Zhou xuan was caned till she fainted then made to kneel. Though heart broken she still was not giving up and became dilusional that song hui acted so cruel only because of Bai lan. Thus her hatred reaching to peak. In fear of having her betrothel broken even before being announced she acted to commit suicide.

Learning of Zhou xuan's attempt to die her mother cried and begged to her husband till he had finally relented to have their marriage announced. Prime minister though anger boiling remained calm as he knew that this time it was his daughter that had created this situation so he answers " minister Qi I accept that xuan has indeed acted very outrageously but she had done so because of her love towards song hui.

You and others not know but our Zhou and song family are clear on having them tie the knot in future thus from small age she had hui in her heart. And duke ying, song hui clearly knows that he and xuan are to be married yet still not maintaining proper distance. Who seduced who is not the matter. The matter is song hui himself not being able to restrain himself.

Xuan is wrong I accept but don't think and stick gold on song hui's face infront of this minister. I clearly know of his abilities and intelligence so him being easily fooled or seduced is just ridiculous excuse.

Duke ying felt great anger but kept silent as what prime minister Zhou said was true, bai Qi also cooled down as prime minister was mellow to him than duke ying.

My solution is to have song hui marry both girls together one as a main wife while other as a high consort on the same day. We will hold a grand banquet showing others that all of us are in peace and what happened was just children's bickering.
