Depth of his love

Pei comes behind her and starts to explain "every year on this day the couples in love come here to place the water lanterns to make wishes for their love to strengthen.

And like us will eat and drink together to celebrate the day. Those on the shores some of them are scholars and disciples worshiping with their lovers for good results, while the crowd are watching the competition held for the ladies.

The ladies are competing on threading. Like you had done earlier they are threading with the seven holed needle, the one who threads the fastest will be the winner and get a prize.

After the competition the ladies who are yet to find their lover pray and then sit around eating and chatting until midnight. For couples they roam in the streets, eat and drink.

Soon there will also be a bon fire where all the couples dance and sing together while some will profess their love by asking to dance. If the other party is willing then it conforms their mutual feelings"

Yusheng was amazed by his explaination making Pei Jin chuckle at her amazement. Hugging her from behind he whispers in her year "love.. year after year you will be more amazed on this day.. I will make sure of it"

Yusheng places her hand on his hand which was on her waist then slightly relaxing her back on his chest she too whispers "okay.. I will hold onto your promise.."

Soon cushions and tables were prepared on the deck by the invisible shadow guards while tao was slurping in noodles.

On the table was wine and five kinds of nuts and seasonal fruits which she had offered earlier to the moon goddess. Pei Jin had Yusheng on his lap and both started to drink on wine and munch on the nuts and fruits.

Yusheng takes out her zither and placing it on his lap starts to string and in her beautiful voice for all the people who were in love dedicates a very well known poem "I want to be your love for ever and ever, without break or decay. When the hills are all flat, the rivers are all dry. When it thunders in winter, when it snows in summer. When heaven and earth mingle, Not till then will I part from you"

Pei Jin's hold tighten on her waist. While all those who heard felt their own love gushing like spring for their lovers. Pei Jin was pecking on her neck, nuzzling his face on her back showing his happiness.

Then with his deep but filled with love voice he whispers in her ear "Birds flying in the sky as one, branches growing on the earth as one. Till inside mortal shell will hold hands with you, grow old with you and after leaving the mortal shell will have my soul imbodied on yours, for eternally has promised myself to you"

The festival was on full swing even after the mid night. But before that and at some unknown time Yusheng had reached in her dreamland. Pei Jin very carefully takes her back to his residence.

It was clear to all the servants that the matter was a success as their wangye had brought his princess back together with him. His aura was warm and of happiness cheering the servants inside their heart.

Thus everyone with happy and satisfied soul goes to sleep. Pei Jin places her in the bed very gently and starts to wipe her face, hands and feet's with a warm towel.

Then taking of her outer robe and getting himself wiped, he too joins her in the bed. He pulls her closer while she too cuddles and clutches on his waist. Satisfied by Yusheng's cuddling and clutching Pei Jin also enters the dreamland.
