Chapter LXVI - A Royal Invitation

Aiden turned to the old dwarf and asked, "What do these torches represent?"

The dwarf smirked and stroked his beard, "Why they belong ta the Gods of tha world, m'boy!"

Aiden nodded, not really understanding what he meant, but he remembered the list of twelve names within the guide Marcus provided, although not much help as he didn't know which torch represented which God.

He began going in a clockwise fashion and started the painstaking process of transporting each flame until he found the first two that did not reset the puzzle.

He marked down the initials of the Gods next to the torches as he found them, and after finally locating all twelve, the torch in the middle was burning with a massive flame, and the ones around it were extinguished.

The old dwarf released a wicked grin and stroked his beard as he casually approached the center, "Congratulations, m'boy! Oh, how long I have waited for this day... You are a worthy successor and shall be the one to carry on the mantle!"
