Chapter 78: Video (1):

"Right now, we're gonna take a video and send it to your parents bright early in the morning. How much do you think your parents are willing to pay to get you back? 1 million? 5 million? 10 million? Luckily I'm only asking for 100 million US dollars. That's not that much. It's enough for me to fly to the USA and start a new life," laughed Feng Xiu Ying as I looked at her as if she was ridiculous.

She walked up to me and began brushing out my curtain bangs out of the way just so they could see my face probably. My hands were tied together but at least I could move it up and down. This is going to be really helpful for what I'm about to do next.

"Boss the phone is ready," muttered one of the underlings. Feng Xiu Ying nodded walked over to the phone and began filming me. She was speaking into a voice changer machine so the voice that came out sounded like a man's voice.

Immediately, I grab my hand and began to tap lightly on my forehead. Well, the corner of my forehead. My curtain bangs were moved out of the way so hopefully Mum and Dad can realise what word I'm trying to create. You see it's not commonly known that I know Morse code, but I learnt it. Hopefully, they can tell what words I'm trying to make out.

As I was tapping on my forehead Feng Xiu Ying was busy saying the typical lines of kidnappers saying: "Give me 100 million USA dollars or I'll kill your daughter. Don't you dare call the police or your daughter dead! I'll text you on 6 June 2022 at 8 am. Then you're going to do as I say or your daughter dead. You have got a whole day before we meet to prepare the money. If you don't prepare the money you're daughter also dying. See you then".

She stop talking and began to grab the phone and voice changer along with her to go closer to me and film me. I wasn't going to disagree, this made it easier for my parents to notice my frantically tapping finger.

"Fu Hui Qing, do you have anything to say?" she asked whilst ripping off the tape covering my mouth. I looked at her smiled a creepy smile and spat on her saying "Go to hell,". My finger hadn't stopped tapping until just a moment ago. I've a good mind that Feng Xiu Ying will cut off the video even if I said her name. The video cannot be cut off otherwise my parents would never know. Feng Xiu Ying immediately cut off the video and punched me.

Ouch, that's gonna leave a bruise. I could feel the taste of Iron in my mouth. I immediately spat it out and notice splashes of blood. This is a good thing because if the police were to find this place, they would know I've been here by extracting the DNA from my blood. And besides I've left a lot of clues in the car before I was knocked out hopefully they can rescue me soon.

"FU HUI QING, YOU B*TCH. YOU. YES, YOU. HUNG HER UP ON THE CROSS AGAIN AND START WHIPPING HER. CLAM HER MOUTH WITH SOMETHING. I DON'T WANNA HEAR HER VOICE," screamed Feng Xiu Ying as her lackeys immediately did as they were told. Before they put something in my mouth I muttered "Feng Xiu Ying, we were once such good friends, must you do this?" as she laughed weirdly. "Fu Hui Qing, I never treated you as a friend. To me, you were just a stepping stone to my success," she uttered and left the room.

The lackeys did do as they were told and immediately rushed me onto the cross and started whipping me. The pain and agony was so much. I won't be able to last any longer, so hopefully Qi Yan can get here quicker. I think I passed up a few hours later.

When I woke up I was lying on the bed already. I didn't realise that there was a bed there. It was quite hard actually. My eyes were a bit dazed but I could still hear the conversation going around me. The boss of the people who kidnapped me was having a furious discussion with Feng Xiu Ying about abusing me. "Your boss said I could do whatever I want as long as she's not dead,". So she's not the top schemer. Well, I gathered. After all, with that brain of hers, there is no way she could've thought of this.

"It's getting late, just let her sleep," muttered the leader. It seems like Feng Xiu Ying lost the debate.

Qi Yan where exactly are you? Hurry up. Wait... My watch. I slowly used my other hand to get my watch. I suppose they wouldn't have guessed that I have a smartwatch. It was just the latest gift and I hardly wear it. Luckily I've it on me today. Sh*t. It only has 2 % left. I forgot to charge it. Brilliant. Of all the times. Without further ado, I quickly searched for the share location bit in the watch. I pressed quickly on it as my watch turned off. Uhh brilliant. I don't even know if it worked. Please, Lord. Please make sure it works.
