Samia fainted

"What's wrong?" Abigail asked. She saw Samia frowning once in a while over the past 10 minutes.

"Nothing, I just don't know how to express what I am feeling. It's weird." Samia replied.

"How are you feeling exactly?" Abigail probed. She recalled that last time Samia had a dream.

"Like something bad is about to happen," Samia replied. What she didn't tell Abigail was that she felt someone was staring at her the whole time she was in the restaurant.

She looked around to find someone suspicious but everyone seemed normal people. She wondered who is it to be this skilled. She was quite proficient in martial arts too.

"Everything will be fine, don't worry. Nothing bad will happen." Abigail comforted her. She couldn't understand why Samia was so tensed just over a feeling.

Samia nodded to assure her. But she was having an ominous feeling. Samia hated it when you are in open and the enemy is in the dark. But who would try to harm her now when she is a nobody?

Samia's phone buzzed, pulling her back from her thoughts.

It was a text from Felix.

Felix: [I had my dinner. Text me when you are done. I will drop you home.]

Felix: [Don't reject, please. I love spending time with you.]

Samia replied with a smile on her face.

Samia: [okay]

"Someone's so happy just because her boyfriend texted." Abigail teased. After seeing her smiling like a fool she couldn't help but take a glance at her phone and Felix's text.

"You won't understand this feeling anyway, since you have no boyfriend." Samia retorted.

"Sam, Do you wanna get killed tonight? Deliberately rubbing salt on my single soul. I don't have a beautiful face like yours to tempt people. It's not like I love to be single ok, in fact, no one likes that." Abigail pouted.

Samia gave her a no-nonsense look.

Abigail wasn't the most beautiful woman but she was one of a kind.

"Ok let's not talk about it," Abigail said intending to change the topic.

After dinner Samia texted Felix.

Samia: [I'm done. Waiting.gif]

Felix: [okay, I am waiting for you outside.]

Samia saw Felix leaning against the door of his car when they exited the restaurant.

"S..Sa..Sam.." Abigail was stuttering.

"What?" Samia asked curiously.

"He is so pretty, I think I'm gonna faint. Are you guys still human? How are you even existing with these pretty faces? Why is God unfair to me?" Abigail said after composing herself. She has heard the rumors about him being a godly beauty but the rumors didn't do any justice to him.

"Don't tell me that you both are some gods traveling the mortal realm," Abigail exclaimed.

"What are you even watching these days? Aren't you exaggerating right now? And try looking at him normally. He's not your meal." Samia said.

"Awww someone's jealous already. If he can't be my meal then can you?" Abigail smirked.

Samia rolled her eyes.

"Come on. Won't you introduce us?" Abigail asked.

"Is there any need to? You both already know each other." Samia rolled her eyes.

They walked towards him "Hi I am Abigail. Her best friend, unfortunately."

"And I am Felix, her boyfriend, fortunately," Felix said with a smile.

Abigail knew Samia had no intention of introducing them so she did that task herself.

"I have heard a lot about you," Abigail said.

"Have you?" Felix raised a brow.

He wanted to know what they talked about him.

"Of course, she won't stop talking about you. Felix this, Felix that. You guys just met before the dinner and she was already missing you." Abigail said.

She winked secretly to Samia from an angle Felix couldn't see.

Samia was shocked. When she said all that. She must say Abigail was a master at making things up.

And they even ignored her completely. She wanted to say that Abigail is spouting nonsense, and don't listen to her but thought against it when she saw the smile on Felix's face. He really looked like an otherworldly person right now.

"I really envy you guys," Abigail added. She wasn't making this. They looked good together.

Samia looked at them chatting happily with Abigail telling him all kinds of rubbish. They even forgot her.

"Are you planning to go home or are you gonna talk the whole night," Samia interjected them. Abigail was about to tell about her crush in school.

"Ok ok so someone is jealous. I will take my leave then." Abigail said teasingly.

Samia had the urge to roll her eyes. If she said a word more it might have been someone else who would have been jealous.

Samia nodded helplessly to end the conversation "Yes I am jealous. Will you go now?"

Abigail pouted but didn't say anything after that. She said goodbye to them and hailed a cab to go home.

They both got in the car.

Felix helped Samia in fastening the belt.

He patted her head with a smile.

"So you missed me a lot huh?" Felix asked teasingly.

"It seems like you didn't." Samia retorted.

She should have seen this coming.

"You don't know how much I missed you," Felix replied. He was enjoying a lot in teasing her.

Samia's face was already so red. He would have been a blind man if he couldn't see that.

"Can you focus on the road, please?" Samia urged. She doesn't think she can handle it.

"But I want to focus on you." Felix retorted.

Samia glared at him.

Felix smirked at her and looked ahead.

Samia shook her head helplessly.

Felix glanced in her direction after every few seconds.

His face gradually turned serious.

"Sam, Why your face is still so red?"Felix asked.

"I guess I ate some peanuts earlier in the vegetables. I am allergic to them." Samia recalled.

"Don't worry, I will be fine till tomorrow," Samia assured him. She would take the medicine later when she will reach home. She might run a fever till then. She just hopes Felix won't notice.

Felix touched her forehead. "You're running a fever." Felix turned the car in the hospital's direction without saying a word.

Before Samia could say something, she fainted.
