Broken flesh and bones littered the surrounding area, a brutal battle took place here and standing amidst the corpse was a ferocious looking hyena with a weird looking tail.
Blood mist appeared in the air which further magnify the intensity of the situation.

The scorpion tail hyena pounced at the mutated thunder a aiming his tail to pierce the tiger's body , with a thunder roar which could be heard from the distance, lightning rained down on the approaching hyena.
Dodging most of the lightning strikes, the scorpion tail Hyena arrived infront the mutated thunder Tiger, however the mutated thunder tiger, known for it's speed,dissappeared in a flash and arrived at the side of the hyena slashing down with its claw almost severing one of the hyena's leg.
" This really is a bloodline advantage despite being higher rank than the Mutated thunder tiger it still couldn't get the upper hand" Leon said

The fight continued for a few minutes when the Mutated thunder tiger thought he was going to win, fate played a trick on him, without anyone noticing, the tail of the hyena bent in an unnatural position and stabbed the mutated thunder tigers back, the tiger instantly collapsed from the intense poison coursing through his body.
Seeing this Cold sweat ran down Leon's back " No wonder it's has scorpion in it's name,this poison is too powerful, should I retreat now?, although this hyena is weak now, one drop of that poison and I'm dead"

A victorious hyena laugh echoed in the surrounding as the Scorpion tail hyena cheered in his victory .
The hyena continued to laugh as it entered the cave, while Leon followed close behind.
The cave was really big, it went more than 50 meters
Inside the mountain , the cave looked really beautiful as stones on the walls of the cave reflected light coming from outside, giving the cave some life.
The hyena stopped infront a stone and behind that stone, two cubs that looked like a mix between a lion and a tiger was seen trembling in fear.
The scorpion tail hyena didn't show any mercy to the cubs , it viciously approached and when it was about to bite the two cubs to death, Leon controlled his Flames to form a lion image that bombarded the hyena's back.
Not waiting for the Hyena to attack a flame bomb exploded directly in his face, taking such a hit directly from the level 2 Flame bomb, the already severely injured hyena had no chance to survive, it fell to the ground with it's face still burning.

Seeing that he received so much system points Leon was ecstatic, only 25 more points to upgrade to mid stage Common rank beast, I can get that tomorrow.
Observing the two cubs he realized that they were actually twin tigons, the same mixed race species from earth or something close to that, the male mutated thunder tiger that guarded the entrance should be their father.

The name immediately popped in his mind, 'spiritual pond ', when spiritual energy becomes concentrated around a body of water, the water can be transformed into spiritual liquid, this can be used for cultivation.
