Know the Girl POV of Sydney

My name is Sydney Maurice and I am 19 years old. I have always been an outcast and has never been able to blend in to every school I have tried in the US.

When I take a flashback to when I was seven and I lost my dad in a car accident and I have been living lonely with my mum on a wheelchair,there has been no one to talk to so as to boost my confidence and I have been the back seat girl ever since.

Anyone who tried to become friends with me also ends up being like me and I became more hated for that until a year later.

I was crying softly in my backyard when my eye caught a tree that looked like it was being pulled out of it's roots without being touched by anyone.

I was about to run away when I saw a silver gem coming out of it's roots and I thought to myself that it could be an opportunity to become rich and finally earn the respect of everyone in her school.

So i turned the situation to a no holds barred and I went to grab the gem and a large beam shined and the gem which I was expecting to make me a big girl turned to a book.

Then I thought to myself "what do I want to do a useless book" and I threw it on the ground and suddenly a large fairy shining with pink hair and white eyes as beautiful as mine came out of the book and called out to me saying "Sydney!! where are you going,do you not know that you have been chosen by the great Queen Evares to inherit her knowledge book.

I paused for a second and I wondered and asked the fairy "please who is Queen Evares"

and the fairy replied me "I shall explain everything but you need to pick up that book and take it somewhere safe as no one needs to see my face"

Being comfortable with the fairy and comforted by her words,I rushed over to pick up the book and the fairy disappeared into the book and I picked it up.Immediately I touched the book , my eyes turned yellow and I felt a hundred times smarter and I thought to myself that this could be the start of something big.
