Chapter 225: BREATHING LIFE BACK: VALERIE
Miami was magical. Being there with Flynn, Kayden and Amber was an incredible experience. It brought us all together, and it was the closest I'd felt to Kayden for years. I marveled at my wonderful, funny, brother, and seeing Flynn relaxed and having fun had felt amazing. Kayden had been in a horrible place after we'd lost our brothers and for a short time I was scared he'd do something and leave us, too. Not that he'd take his own life, but that he'd opt-out of our family because it was difficult to face us as the sole survivor.
