Chapter 53: A Pointless Fight

As Eiham gazed upon Lars and the others he became overcome with anger. Looking behind him he saw the last two layers of the pandora about to become undone.

"What are you looking around for!" He screamed at his workers. "Keep working!"

As Eiham spoke, the engineers resumed their work, trying to break the pandora open as fast as they could.

"Split them up!" Eiham ordered.

"You... the one who dreams" Jonah said stepping forward. "I shall be your opponent"

"Haven't you ever heard of Ladies first! The pink one is mine!" Kira said

"I'll deal with the loud one with the mechanical arm!" Musa yelled

"Who are you calling loud?" Reggie boomed

"Monkey brothers, one of you take the green haired and the other white!" Eiham said.

6 hearing himself being called out, shuffled behind lance for protection.

"How about this" lance said grinning. "I'll take you both on right her right now!"

"Heh whatever you say moss head" They laughed.

"YOur going to regret that,,," Lance growled.

"Well? Lets get this party started!" Kira yelled

Dashing ahead towards B, two black wings sprouted from Kir'as back. As he wings grew, a set of antennas appeared on her head, pulsing with some kind of electric effect.

B, noticing her approach jumped off to the side to seperate herself form her friends

"Take this!" Kira cried.

extgending out her hand, Kira morphed her fingsrs into an orange bulbt that hummed with an electric pulse. Driving it towards B the static sound of orange elctric particle filled the air.

Wrapping her fist in earth, B created giant gauntlets colliding with Kira's stinger on impact.

"Your... a bee?" B asked. "That's ironic."

"How so?" Kira asked.

"I'm a B too" B laughed.

"What kind of bee shoots rocks through her fingers?" Kira groaned

"This one!" B answered sending another gauntlet towards Kira.

"So you I finally get to end you little rascal! I can't wait to silence you!" Musa yelled a team of his stone golems circled Reggie.

"Sticks and stones may brake my bones..." Reggie said. "But your breath is hurting me! At least the words comin gout of my mouth are fresh!"

"You little!" Musa yelled. "kill him my minoins!"

"Heh... you don't have a chance" Reggie laughed.

Cashing

A blade of steel appeared from his arm.

Cutting through the stone puppets like butter he easily made his way through the mob."

"Oh... well how about this! Terragolems!" Musa cried

RUMBLE RUMMBLE RUMBLE

"Woah! what the hell is going on?" B said.

Out from the ground ten giant stone creatures at least twenty feet tall came out from the ground, the slowly crept around Reggie, completely cornering him.

"YOur finished!" Musa cried

"Heh I can take this guy all by myself!" The first monkey brother yelled

Gallopin gon the ground, he approached Lance from the right ready to ambush.

"No me!" The second brother cried, doing the same from the right.

The two brothers convereged on Lance's position jumping up into a dual dropkick.

"Dodge... no..." Lance said. "I'm gonna spank these monkeys."

"What the!" The twins cried.

Channeling his wind, Lance caught the two brothers in midair preventing them from moving any closer.

"Wind powers?" THey cried

"Monkey see?" Lance cried "Monkey... DO!"

WHAM

Slamming down with all his might he slammed the monky duo face first into the ground, burrying them in dirt.

At the center of the room, Lars and Jonah were deadlocked.

"Your friends seem to be doing well..." Jonah said. "But to what end?"

"What do you mean to what end?" Lars asked.

"Everyone and everything will come to an end... that is what life is... our existence here is not even a blink in the spectrum of eternity"

"Why do you keep talking like that?" Lars said. "You are living and breathing now... isn't that all that matters?"

"But... not for long.." Jonah said.

"What do you mean?"

"THere is one who will come who destroy us all, he will take the pandora and at that time, this world will be doomed for extinction."

"Wiat! THe man in black! How do you know about him!" LArs yelled.

Jonah's eyes opened wide, hearing Lars mention the man in black.

"You... you know... that is impossible... for only i know... he chose me as his servant.. I of all people was chosen, that was my role... what can a teenage boy know of The followers of Apophis?"

"Apophis..." LArs said. "What are you talking about? What does this all mean?"

"Whether you know or not, this island... this world... all are doomed... the knowledge of that doom will only complicate your life."

"Then allow me to complicate it!" Lars yelled. "I want to know!"

"Then come child" Jonah said outstretching his hand. "Before we have such a pointless conversation, let us first have a pointless battle... once you see the gap in our strength, maybe then you will understand your helplessness."

"This is really bad!" Lars thought. "This guy is talking as if the entire globe is about to end! This isn't about money or power... there is something in that box that could possibly end the world!"

Deep in the shadows, the man in black watched the battle unfold.

"So... somehow the boy has come this far... Taliyah... if I were to kill him now... what would you do?"
