PCN: "Welcome to Pointless Celebrity News, AdminAll Corporation's chairman. Mr. some Phreak, you're only wearing a swimsuit today. Are the restrictions on showing your face also including showing your body?"
ASK: "Thanks. No, there's no need to hide my body. i am not ashamed of my chest hair or my inability to gain enough weight to turn my 4-pack into a 6-pack."
PCN: "You seem a little thin for someone 5'10"."
ASK: "Genetics are like that. It will be difficult for me to gain weight before 30, and i won't have enough fat to develop an ass before i turn 40."
PCN: (laughs) "Let's start with how AdminAll was created."
ASK: "Okay. The founder of AdminAll was an old man i became friends with when i lived close to him. He started AdminAll by forecasting profit margins to gain 1% of the forecasted profit. The businesses that paid for our services then profit by minimizing their losses and marketing the correct ventures to be even more profitable than their initial plans would have been. This makes our forecasts a negligible cost to them. After he retired, i took over the forecasts." then he created Kitsune."
PCN: "How about creating Kitsune's and Penny Profits?"
ASK: "This happened when i was visiting the area where the founder lived and complained to my mom that i wanted Chinese food and to see cute girls. Later, my mom talked about how none of the places we lived in had quality grocery stores. The founder questioned both of us about what we wanted. i stated that i wanted to see cute girls that didn't look like Barbie dolls, and my mother just wanted the food deserts that we lived in to have grocery stores."
PCN: "You mentioned Kitsune's body requirements. What exactly are they?"
ASK: "They are mostly a counter-culture against the mainstream view of the "busty blond bombshell" type being desirable. Personally, i'll always support more redheads, Asians, including Hispanic girls, and smaller breasts, or if the girl has big breasts, i like to see a bit of chubbiness to match it. Those are things that make me think that a girl is cute."
PCN: "You didn't mention black girls in your list of cute girls you favor. Is that an admission of racist hiring practices?"
ASK: "Racist, no. Discriminatory, for sure. However, as a private business, i can discriminate to fulfill image requirements at the lower level of employment. i don't think black girls make any attempts to appeal to guys that prefer cute girls. That is why they are not allowed entry-level employment at Kitsune's. We do hire managers who are black at Kitsune's. We discriminate more against the blond, busty bombshell girls. They are only allowed to purchase franchises and are not hired to be managers or lower. That being said, the main discrimination is against guys. We do not allow any guys to own or manage any female-orientated industry. The reasoning is that the potential for sexual harassment is not worth the productivity you would add from male employees instead of female employees."
PCN: "You said that discrimination was based on the majority of employees being female. Does that mean you wouldn't hire a female leader in a male-orientated industry?"
ASK: "No, i have no reservations about hiring female leaders. Most of that isn't because women don't victimize men, though. Instead, it's because men are more likely to just endure the harassment and discrimination."
PCN: "How much profit do those companies make?"
ASK: "Not a lot. For all of our industries, we have flagship locations, mostly based in major metropolitan areas that we run. We pay all the employees at those locations so much that they are actually subsidized by our annual franchise fees. We also encourage the cutest girls to apply to those flagship locations. Even our franchisees are required to pay relatively high wages compared to our rivals in the industry."
PCN: "If your companies are not profitable, why do you continue operating them?
ASK: "Our company doesn't exist just to make money. Our primary goal is to give the highest wages we can to our employees, with the secondary purpose of giving good service to our customers. The third goal is actually to make my life more convenient."
PCN: "How does the MaidAll make your life more convenient?"
ASK: "It's a way to employ my mom since the company rules limit the amount of money i'm allowed to give myself. That means that while i can create an entire company just to employ one person, i can not directly pay anyone. Unless i want to give up the salary, i deserve for the work i do for the company as well."
PCN: "Since you raised the subject of your salary, how much do you make."
ASK: "i don't take much of a way from the company. Most of my salary gets traded for my expenses. This includes all the things i direct the company to buy for me, property that i maintain for the women i've impregnated, etc. In the end, i take home less money than i pay my employees, and the child support i give for each child is tied to the average annual salary that we pay our employees".
PCN: "Speaking of child support, do you want to say how many people you are paying."
ASK: "Not enough. We want more women to bear my children. Most candidates are probably waiting to graduate before considering getting pregnant."
PCN: "So you refuse to talk about your lovers?"
ASK: "It's not my place to disclose personal information about anyone else, and it is inappropriate for the media to disclose my children's information. i will never discuss them."
PCN: "What was the reason for creating your Labelless clothing label?"
ASK: "That started as a company to produce merchandise for Kitsune. Eventually, we expanded to clothes i like to wear or see others wear."
PCN: "So you like to see smaller breasts shown, big breasts hidden, Lolita, and cosplay fashions?"
ASK: "As an anime fan and a fan of Victorian fashions, those are pretty appealing."
PCN: "This brings us to your investment in K-pop. This seems like a losing venture so far. Please explain why you support the growth and expansion into this genre."
ASK: "This is losing money because we're still too early in the genre. i do like the direction that it is moving towards. Over the next 15 years, we predict that Korean artists will be known by most. Then, in 20 years, they will also consistently reach the top of our charts."
PCN: "So this is a long-term investment?"
ASK: "Somewhat. i still have to appreciate something about the industry to want to get involved in it."
PCN: "ModelSafe?"
ASK: "That one is self-explanatory. i need the models i care about to be safe when they get filmed. That one is accidentally more profitable than expected, so we are still dialing back the profit our company receives. We want the photographers and models to make as much as possible."
PCN: "It's weird to hear a chairman or CEO talk about wanting to reduce their profits."
ASK: "Our CEOs have maintained our profitability, but the way we increase profits is to expand into new markets and companies. Then, we reduce waste. If we want to increase productivity, however, we will hire more employees instead of pushing the same employees to do more. Within reason, of course. If employees do nothing when you're busy, they need to work more or move on."
PCN: "AllTickets is you trying to destroy Ticketmaster, isn't it?"
ASK: "Not at all. We are aiming for completely different markets. They are aiming for high ticket prices with fees, etc. We are aiming for low-cost, low-profit tickets. This means most major acts will choose Ticketmaster, and local events and bands with lower margins will use us to keep their tickets affordable for their fans. It helps that we sell mostly in our other businesses or some online. Hopefully, we can increase our online market soon."
PCN: "SecureAll?"
ASK: "That was formed as a need arose with our sponsorship of Woodstock '99. That event had so much potential to backfire with violence and sexual assault that we needed professional security that could cooperate with local law enforcement to keep the attendees safe from criminals and predators. We weren't perfect, but it would have been so much worse if we hadn't been involved."
PCN: "Why did you choose Google as the first company to buy shares of instead of founding a competitor or taking over the company?"
ASK: "This is mostly because we support their web services, especially Android for cell phones, Google Pay digital wallet, and YouTube. Their founders have mostly good ideas, and i could help them avoid the few bad ones through my forecasting services."
PCN: "Why did you decide to make movies, specifically the Dragonriders of Pern and Belgariad series?"
ASK: "This is simply because i want to see movies of some of my favorite novels, and i couldn't forecast anyone else making them in the next 25 years."
PCN: "AllCyber?"
ASK: "That's kind of a boring reason. i wanted to help our local governments with their IT weaknesses, but none of the companies under us has that skill set. We chose a local group to bridge that gap and help Google with the legal complexities of creating the Google Pay digital wallet."
PCN: "What is a digital wallet?"
ASK: "It's a secure and indirect way to pay for goods and services online. If enough people use digital wallets, the small sellers can avoid some of the cost of redeeming the money consumers pay them."
PCN: "So like PayPal?"
ASK: "Similar, but not the same. i wouldn't be able to describe the differences well enough to matter."
PCN: "AllService?"
ASK: "Generic company, mostly mechanics, that i started to employ a family of friends. If employers are smart enough, they will let us hire their mechanics and then contract our general services. That allows them to pull any specialists we have while lowering their cost to about the same as if they had a set number of mechanics. The downside of this is that specialists may develop waiting lists. This will probably result in most service companies being located in spots closer to our franchise locations."
PCN: "Woodstock '99?"
ASK: "This was mostly us needing to rein in the profiteering at all costs mentality. We chose to operate at a loss, but we should be able to use this for annual festivals in Dallas. i mostly supported it because i wanted to enjoy both the bands and the willing women at the festival. i wouldn't be surprised if several of these women didn't believe that i was giving them plan b pills and got pregnant because of that disbelief."
PCN: "Do you welcome their children?"
ASK: "Yes. i support all the mothers of my children to claim their rightful child support, as long as they respect that the child support is only meant to support the children and their mothers. Deadbeat men may make you lose eligibility for support."
PCN: "So you support your lovers being with other men?"
ASK: "i'm not offering marriage or relationships, so i don't object to my partners finding men offering those things. i do think the smarter move is for them to bear 1-2 children for me first. Then they should require those men to either be house husbands while they work to support him or make him have at least a part-time job to support himself."
PCN: "Are you encouraging women to be gold diggers with you?"
ASK: "If you're willing to bear my children and use that money mostly on children and yourself. By having raw sex with you, then i have already considered you as a potential mother to my children. So sure, dig away. Just don't let a boy mess up your good thing."
PCN: "You seem to distinguish between "Men" and "boys"."
ASK: "Yes, a man can accept a woman that has kids with one guy from her few sexual partners, or if he's not offering something permanent, he will let you know and try to avoid taking anything more than you have agreed to. A boy won't care about how many sexual partners you've had because his only goal is to use whatever he can before he leaves. It's a sign of maturity on both sides. If you accept a boy who doesn't give you anything, you may have trouble ever deserving a man. That said, a boy for you may decide to become a man for a woman who demands his respect."
PCN: "This seems to put most of the burden of relationships on women."
ASK: "Yes, and we forecast it to get even worse. These are consequences of a few attributing factors. Feminism and online dating culture lead to the same promiscuity that women blame men for. Then, online shaming and false accusations will lead to fewer nice guys attempting to even approach women. Then, suppose the legal system continues to punish men for marrying and having children. In that case, men will be even further disincentivized for those things. (Like i was in my original life.) This still leads to a culture of sexual availability, with women sharing the few promiscuous men and guys who want actual love and not just sex, withdrawing from the dating market. We project that number to easily exceed 50% of men and 20% of women. 20% of women that don't date doesn't sound high, but the number will continue to grow."
PCN: "Thanks for your time. We look forward to more conversations with some Phreak, the Chairman owner of AdminAll Corporation, in the future.
This was slightly rushed. i think i left out some stuff. The r18 chapters will have to wait for my next weekend.
